This was just what we expected. I like the layout with both an interior hall as well as an outside entrance. The outside entrance makes it easy to unload. The inside hall lets you go to breakfast without having to go outside. Never saw this before. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very basic .

Our stay was great. We had truck and trailer with quads on and lots of parking and round about for easy pull out as well. Check was easy and quick. And the rooms were quiet and air conditioned. Thanks for a great stay.

I wish I could post pictures! Blood on blankets and ceiling, chairs were so badly ripped material hanging on the ground, cigarette butts, holes in the walls, a lot of pubic hair on bathroom floor.

Clean clean clean. The property was very well manicured. Very inviting and had a homey feel to it. The room had tons of space...a big tv...a good size very clean bathroom and private entrance. Also the breakfast area was super clean.. spacious and plenty of simple food options. Price was right!!! The hosts were very attentive and really cared about their guests and property.

Rooms are in need of serious maintenance and upgrades. Vinyl floor is peeling and water damaged. Rooms are very dark and rooms are musky. Tub doesn’t drain properly. It’s in a prime location for shopping and restaurants and staff were great.

The staff was always on thier cell phones. There was a snow storm and they never sl Salted the walkways. I slipped on the ice and twisted my ankle and banged up my right knee. I went into the office and the staff was on thier cell phone. I was in tears bc of pain. I told them what happened and all they said was oh no. I had to go to the hospital ( why I was down there where my father is ill) and no one apologized or followed up with me. And still 24 hrs later still nothing and the salt was not placed down. So disgusted and disrespectful.

Great staff, efficient check-in and prompt service when we requested an extra blanket and a toothbrush. Good continental breakfast to get you back on your travel. Easy access off the trans Canada. I would stay again if travelling through the area. The gentleman at the front desk was most efficient and helpful.

I was travelling and just looking for a bed and a shower. This place met my needs along with being just off the highway made for a good night. Breakfast was not much to speak of but the Irving Big Stop was close by.

We stay often at this hotel traveling over 2 hours for medical appointments in Fredericton. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. We do travel with our dogs, (1 service 2 pets) very well behaved and used to travelling and hitel stays. Typically we stay in a room (drive up) on the backside facing the pool. For some reason we were on the opposite side of the hotel and the room was definitely not what we were used to. The flooring was extremely damaged, very very small beds, and the room was small. We didnt want to make a fuss, so we just rolled with it. That being said, next time we stay we will make sure to let them know which side we want to be on. Good breakfast selection, continental works for us. Will stay again.

Economical choice but the whole motel needs a good cleaning, some maintenance and maybe some paint as our room smelled like old cigarette smoke. The lady at the desk was kind and helpful.
