Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Memphis/Germantown by IHG

The staff were all helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well supplied, including better tasting coffee than most hotel free breakfast bars. The location was lovely, with direct access to the Germantown Greenway, a paved walking path along by the Wolf River. We enjoyed a morning walk before checking out. We will stay here again.

This one didn’t quite meet the standard expected at a Holiday Inn Express. It was just average. Lots of noise from the hall and neighbors. Unfortunately, I stayed the night after a long ultra running race, and the elevator was brokedown. Hobbling down from the 3rd floor wasn’t great. I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was above average and the 24 hour coffee was exceptional.

Staff are exceptionally kind and helpful here. Going back for our third stay this year!
