The location is perfect. The parking is across town, but we knew that ahead of time. Aubra was helpful and responsive.

A compact hotel close to centre of Ronda. Easy to walk to. Check in was friendly and efficient. Car parking was at public lot about 300m away. No complaints.

För att vara ett enstjärnigt hotell, toppen, mitt i smeten, nära till allt. Enda nackdelen är väl parkering, lyckades hitta en plats märkt PARKERING runt hörnet men lyckades trots detta få en bot under natten!

Great location at the cost of having to park in a public lot about 7 minutes walk. Very basic accommodation with very few items provided. Even though it has 3 beds, the accommodation is not comfortable for 3 individuals.

Great location! Room is basic but provides all we needed. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Parking is a challenge in the area. No staff present at time of check-in and phone number left on the door did not work (had to call the number provided by Travelocity booking).

Hotel Ronda is a great place for a short stay. It is on a very steep street, right beside the main attraction, the Puente Nuevo. Our room in this old stone building was large, comfortable and quiet. The lack of a mini-fridge was a minor inconvenience. The staff were nice and the hotel is very clean. There is no hotel kitchen or any other amenities. If you have a car, parking is an issue. We were instructed to park at the town underground parkade, 800 metres away, for 16 euros a day. There is no available street parking. Overall it was a nice room in a great walkable location.

We chose this small 5 room hotel because we had stayed there on 2 previous occasions several years ago and was impressed by the location but mainly by the very warm welcome and the great service we received then from the Spanish owners. Unfortunately this time, under new management, it was a very different experience. On the hotels.com reservation it stated check-in was from 12:30 pm and we arrived shortly after then, with no other guests at reception, to be told by the English receptionist that we were early but we could leave our bags there and would be contacted when our room was ready. We were given some information about the Ronda feria which had just started but this was a very unfriendly welcome. When we did get to our room 2 hours later, it was the same room number 5 we had stayed in 16 years ago and hadn't changed in that time although not as clean as before as there were hairs on the floor of the cramped shower. There was no safe in our room which didn't really worry us until one day we arrived after we had been out for lunch to find our room door wide open. The receptionist said she had left it open to allow the room floor to dry after it had been cleaned, but that she had been there all the time so there was nothing to worry about. Ronda is a great place with incredible mountain views and some really interesting places to visit and nice restaurants to sample the local food and wine. We will come back to Ronda in the future but definitely not to this hotel.

Dålig standard och bekvämlighet. Väldigt obekväm säng, gick inte att vända sig i sängen utan att väcka ens partner. Delvis ostädat, sänglampa var täckt i ingrott damm. Doftpinnar som stod i rum luktade så starkt att man blev illamående och det gick inte att få bort doft trots att vi tog dem ur rummet.Golv var så kallt att man inte kunde gå utan skor.

The reception was responsive to any queries we had and helped sort the fact we had driven through a restricted area, so thank you. O Hotel ´é simples mas super limpo, bonito, organizado e com camas super confortaveis. Fomos muito bem atendidos! E a localização é excelente. Não tem estacionamento, mas há alguns bem perto com custo medio em Novembro de 2024, de 12 euros por dia. Ronda é impressionantemente linda e voltariamos com certeza.

Habitación pequeña, descuidada, mala cama, mucho frío y no muy limpia. El servicio.. no hay. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Bed we’re very uncomfortable

If you come in the winter-you will be cold. They start heater when you arrive and it takes hours to warm up the room. Bathroom is freezing as heat doesn’t go there.

The main minus was uncomfortable beds and, hence, not a good sleep.

Stop in Ronda on longer trip in Spain. We asked for room with two beds. We were given a room with three smaller beds ( family room?). It was cold, heat didn’t work properly. One bed broke, just by sitting on one end. Proprietor gave us another room with two beds two nights later.

Overall an okay place to stay for one night, but wouldn't have wanted to stay longer. The room was tiny and the bed wasn't of the quality of some of the other places we stayed. The owner was nice and helpful though!

El personal del hotel, una mujer británica, no estaba presente para registrarse. Dejó una nota en la puerta para llamarla. Ella dijo que no estaba disponible debido a problemas con el auto y que solo trabajó a partir del mediodía, por lo que tampoco estuvo disponible para pagar. Cuando pedí artículos para imprimir, ella fue grosera. Tenga en cuenta que no hay ascensor.

Hotel Ronda is small but comfortable. It’s in a fantastic location. The service was exceptional. I had a minor health issue and they were a great help getting me rides to and from the hospital.

Brilliant location. But, not what I’d call a hotel. Nice clean room and great for all the things you want to do and see. However, lack of any staff presence makes it feel more like a hostel. I would recommend it as it is great value and so close to the action.

I was almost locked out of the property when I arrived at 10 pm as there was no front desk available. There were no renters other than me inn the whole building.

Lovely little property situated downtown in Ronda, two minutes from the bridge. Only spent a night during our trip but we were very happy with it.

Good location for walking. Parking was not that convenient but manageable. Was a good value. Love the peacocks nearby.

This is a hidden gem- a very reasonable simple and small hotel in a superb location just 5 minutes walk from the Roman Bridge over the gorge leading into the town. Great communication from the owner regarding our late arrival and free local parking. An ideal base for exploring this beautiful town.

If you're looking for a 4 star hotel or is not but it offers many other things. A orivatr key for the front door, cute sitting atea and key card for your room. I say no one at the front desk since I WhatsApp them to say I arrived but there's nothing I needed that required a receptionist . They are available by WhatsApp number is you need any thing howver. Super clean and there's coffee, kettle and cream in the rooms however its seconds to many restaurants and tapas if you choose. I didn't like a comforters on hotel beds so that would be they only con. And another pro is the peacocks and babies outside the window. No lift but I was in the first floor. Would definitely stay here again!!! Yes there's AC!

Our hostess, Aubra, met us within minutes of us ringing her through WhatsApp as per the directions on the door. Our room was on the ground floor and very easy to access. A/C worked great! My only complaint is no shampoo was provided in the bathroom. The hotel is just steps away from Casa del Moro Rey (listed as a National Monument) and the local peacocks who reside there kept us entertained in the small plaza by the front door. Recommend the National Monument just to see the “Water Mine”! Aubra also owns the restaurant right up the street and we had a very nice lunch there on the terrace overlooking the gorge.

I had a lovely stay at this cozy mom-and-pop hotel! The owners were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice personal touch that made it feel special. They also own the restaurant right down the street! If you're looking for a warm, friendly place to stay, that feels like it is your own home this is the perfect spot! If your looking for the staff to give you non stop attention and be at your beckon call, this is not it. The sweet lady let us be and we came and went as we pleased. Would recommend to any of my friends.
