Had to use my phone as the room key not great if your battery dies. Also shame there was no welcome when you come in as you do it all online. The room itself was lush executive suite but they hadnt washed the bath properly and had left over rose petals all behind the bath. Also there was a black hair on the towels and the towels where slightly stained. Went to the bar downstairs and 2 double amaretto and coke was £28 . We went for breakfast the next day £25 each. The breakfast was small and not much choice in the continental and then they add a £6.50 service charge on top which i didn't notice till was to late. Lady didn't understand my order. Gentleman didn't even give me a menu i had to go up and ask. Definitely wasnt worth the price. Even tho the room was nice we probably wont return. Really wanted to use the spa but £25 each extra is abit steep

Great location, a few minutes walk to train and tube station. Lots of Coffe Shops, Bars and Restaurants close by. Very easy to get into Central London Theatre District. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Bar in Hotel had a really nice vibe in the evening. Rooms spacious and well equipped. We had a GREAT stay, will definately return.

Fruktansvärt hotell! Har bott på många hotel under åren i olika prisklasser, men detta är 100% det värsta. Dålig luft i rummen på plan 1. Dåligt städat, låg avföring i toaletten när vi kom in på rummet. Duschen funkade knappt, samt spolknappen. Betalde 500 kr för att besöka deras spa, varav den enda poolen är iskall. Vi fick under vår vistelse på 3 dagar byta rum 2 gånger. Att detta marknadsför som ett hotell med 4 stjärnor är galet. Max två oavsett stad/land. Trots detta fick vi bara 30% tillbaka på första natten.

I have stayed here many times over the years, I am usually comfortable and I do love the fact that most rooms have baths. However the room furniture is starting to look pretty tired and the weekend breakfast is now a blanket £20 continental/£25 cooked (no a la carte choice) which means if you just want a bowl of granola & a coffee that’s £20.00. And you can’t order a fried egg on toast at the weekend (whereas you can during the week). Paid £25 for the spa but hakf is it wasn’t working (ice room out of action, sauna smells bad, like stale oil, steam room not very effective).. needs some TLC!

I was disappointed when we arrived as the room we were given after reading good reviews was shabby, outdated and dirty. The lovely young lady at the customer service desk upgraded our room the next day and it was amazing how different it was from the previous room it was beautiful, clean and airy. The food they serve is a very limited menu but I must honestly say the quality of the food we ate was really good it tasted clean and fresh. The bar man who told me about his travelling adventures was a lovely man and his side kick a young girl at uni was also lovely, they kept me laughing. The staff were all quite pleasant apart from an asian lady that worked at the spa she was quite rude to other staff and guest. The hotel could be amazing with a few upgrades to rooms and repairs in the spa area as some facilities were not working.

Der Hammer ist, das sich das Hotelpersonal welches für die Reinigung zuständig ist an unseren Pralinen die wir gekauft hatten bedient hat.

We booked to stay at K West hotel in Shepherds Bush in London, through your website. This was a getaway break for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, the hotel was not to a standard to what we would have expected, having paid for two nights stay. Firstly, upon arrival the room sink was full of water, which we reported but nobody came to investigate this and the room was generally grubby. Next to the bedside table the lamp didn't work, and we had to call Maintenace to try and sort. The room wasn't particularly clean either . In the bathroom there was white dust all over the ceiling, and there was no hot water, and a bulb out in the bathroom also. The TV also cut out at times and so we coukdnt watch this. The outlook to our room was also a main noisy road. We did report these issues, several times but little was done. Upon check out we were not even asked how our stay was which is disappointing. We booked to go to the spa which again wasn't quite what we were expecting. The water was cold, and the general cleanliness is questionable. We did not stay the full hour. Quite honestly the money charged, and pictures on the website does not reflect this hotel at all and we have come away disappointed ,and I would not recommend this hotel to stay. This is a good property for a short stay as it is in a very convenient location. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. However, there were loose wires coming out of plug sockets which when knocked would send the ceiling lights out. The finish could be improved as there were cracked tiles and one of the windows didn’t close properly. There were no plug sockets located next to the beds or bedside tables and a number of the other plug sockets didn’t work. Also, our TV would randomly turn off whilst we were watching it. The issues we raised to staff were dealt with quickly. Overall, the hotel was clean and in a good location but work could be done to improve overall comfort.

This hotel is not as advertised. It smelt really bad, bed hard, pillows hard. Spa unusable needed a refund. You will be better off in a premier inn. Don’t book this hotel

Oplevelsen var for så vidt ok, dog konstaterede vi skimmelsvamp på tapetet ved det ene vindue. Fjernsynet slukkede sig selv efter meget forskellige tidsintervaller.

Overall did the job, however was disappointed by the lack of a robe when this was on the room spec as well as faulty electrics as bulbs were out in the bathroom and some plug sockets did not work. For the money we paid we were very disappointed!

Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Schöne Einrichtung, alles sehr modern. In unserem Zimmer war es nur sehr kalt, weil die Fenster relativ undicht sind

We booked to stay at K West hotel in Shepherds Bush in London, through your website. This was a getaway break for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, the hotel was not to a standard to what we would have expected, having paid for two nights stay. Firstly, upon arrival the room sink was full of water, which we reported but nobody came to investigate this and the room was generally grubby. Next to the bedside table the lamp didn't work, and we had to call Maintenace to try and sort. The room wasn't particularly clean either . In the bathroom there was white dust all over the ceiling, and there was no hot water, and a bulb out in the bathroom also. The TV also cut out at times and so we coukdnt watch this. The outlook to our room was also a main noisy road. We did report these issues, several times but little was done. Upon check out we were not even asked how our stay was which is disappointing. We booked to go to the spa which again wasn't quite what we were expecting. The water was cold, and the general cleanliness is questionable. We did not stay the full hour. Quite honestly the money charged, and pictures on the website does not reflect this hotel at all and we have come away disappointed ,and I would not recommend this hotel to stay. Hôtel avec spa , chambre assez spacieuse , personnel à l’écoute , très agréable. Malheureusement peu de prise accessible dans les chambres notamment dans la salle de bain pas de sèche cheveux tuyauterie à changer on ne peut pas se laver a l’eau chaude donc obligé de se laver à l’eau froide ce qui n’est pas normal.

What a find, everything was faultless. Now this isnt the ritz, however, it is clean kept in great condition, EVERY member or staff was incredibly helpful, the location is fantastic and great facilities. We didnnt use the spa, but did use the bar and parking. This is very easy to use and you can pay on arrival. The rooms are excellent in size with a very comfy bed and pillows. Bottled Water and shower gels, shampoo etc provided. Iron and safe in the room. The only thing they didnt have in the room was a hairdryer however, im sure if i had asked they would have given this to me.

Had to use my phone as the room key not great if your battery dies. Also shame there was no welcome when you come in as you do it all online. The room itself was lush executive suite but they hadnt washed the bath properly and had left over rose petals all behind the bath. Also there was a black hair on the towels and the towels where slightly stained. Went to the bar downstairs and 2 double amaretto and coke was £28 . We went for breakfast the next day £25 each. The breakfast was small and not much choice in the continental and then they add a £6.50 service charge on top which i didn't notice till was to late. Lady didn't understand my order. Gentleman didn't even give me a menu i had to go up and ask. Definitely wasnt worth the price. Even tho the room was nice we probably wont return. Really wanted to use the spa but £25 each extra is abit steep

Great location, a few minutes walk to train and tube station. Lots of Coffe Shops, Bars and Restaurants close by. Very easy to get into Central London Theatre District. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Bar in Hotel had a really nice vibe in the evening. Rooms spacious and well equipped. We had a GREAT stay, will definately return.

This is a good property for a short stay as it is in a very convenient location. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. However, there were loose wires coming out of plug sockets which when knocked would send the ceiling lights out. The finish could be improved as there were cracked tiles and one of the windows didn’t close properly. There were no plug sockets located next to the beds or bedside tables and a number of the other plug sockets didn’t work. Also, our TV would randomly turn off whilst we were watching it. The issues we raised to staff were dealt with quickly. Overall, the hotel was clean and in a good location but work could be done to improve overall comfort.

とても良い滞在でした。駅からは少しだけ歩きますがそう遠いほどではなかったです。近くにスーパーマーケットの入った商業施設もあるのでそれが大変便利でした。Executive Double Room の利用でしたが、地下のお部屋でも明り取りの窓があり閉鎖的な印象はありません。部屋も広くキレイなので快適に過ごせました。個人的には滞在中に浴衣を着る機会がありましたので、大きな鏡の設置と広いスペース、そしてアイロンも助かりました。冷蔵庫も完備されているので、夏場の滞在ではとくに助かりました。ひとつだけ難点といえば、洗面台の水道の取っ手がやや硬く、水を止める位置がものすごくシビアで、両手で調整しないと水が止まってくれないところでした。とはいえ笑って許容できる範囲の不便でしたので、全体的には大変満足のいく滞在ができました。

I have stayed here many times over the years, I am usually comfortable and I do love the fact that most rooms have baths. However the room furniture is starting to look pretty tired and the weekend breakfast is now a blanket £20 continental/£25 cooked (no a la carte choice) which means if you just want a bowl of granola & a coffee that’s £20.00. And you can’t order a fried egg on toast at the weekend (whereas you can during the week). Paid £25 for the spa but hakf is it wasn’t working (ice room out of action, sauna smells bad, like stale oil, steam room not very effective).. needs some TLC!

I was disappointed when we arrived as the room we were given after reading good reviews was shabby, outdated and dirty. The lovely young lady at the customer service desk upgraded our room the next day and it was amazing how different it was from the previous room it was beautiful, clean and airy. The food they serve is a very limited menu but I must honestly say the quality of the food we ate was really good it tasted clean and fresh. The bar man who told me about his travelling adventures was a lovely man and his side kick a young girl at uni was also lovely, they kept me laughing. The staff were all quite pleasant apart from an asian lady that worked at the spa she was quite rude to other staff and guest. The hotel could be amazing with a few upgrades to rooms and repairs in the spa area as some facilities were not working.

Der Hammer ist, das sich das Hotelpersonal welches für die Reinigung zuständig ist an unseren Pralinen die wir gekauft hatten bedient hat.

We didnnt use the spa, but did use the bar and parking. This is very easy to use and you can pay on arrival. The rooms are excellent in size with a very comfy bed and pillows. Bottled Water and shower gels, shampoo etc provided. Iron and safe in the room. The only thing they didnt have in the room was a hairdryer however, im sure if i had asked they would have given this to me.
What a find, everything was faultless. Now this isnt the ritz, however, it is clean kept in great condition, EVERY member or staff was incredibly helpful, the location is fantastic and great facilities. Immediate welcome was cheerful and cooperative when I asked to drop my bags early in the day From the moment I explained that I was in town for my daughter's wedding, the friendliness, service and treatment went up a notch The room was great; clean, well equipped and quiet. The hotel is stylish and attractive, a nice environment in a busy city But the stars are the front desk, to whom I say thank you for a special stay

I enjoyed my stay at the Indigo from start to finish. The staff was super helpful in checking me in. They even upgraded my room which was a nice surprise. The decor in the room was very stylish and had everything from coffee to water on hand. My room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. I decided to stay in on night one and order room service. The food was surprisingly good! The food prices were standard for a London restaurant. I left feeling rejuvenated and like my money was well spent. I’ll definitely be back!
