I slept in the room 134 at your hotel. The noisiest hotel I've ever been to in my entire life. It's like I'm sleeping in a laundromat, the noise of washing machines running all night long without a break. I couldn't sleep. On top of that, at first the room card didn't work and then the safe didn't work either. When I went to the front desk, the guy told me to talk to maintenance during the day. Why do I work at your hotel and have to look for him? After my vacation was already ruined, they changed my room but to a room without a balcony, even though I added money for a balcony, and then they resolved it by crediting me only for the difference in the extra charge for the balcony, but not for the entire room and the night when I couldn't sleep all night. So if I had known in advance that I wouldn't get a balcony, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. What good was this relative credit for me compared to all the heartache of this hassle during a vacation?

Very bad experience. First we arrived no reservation because I booked with expedia for f it was Booking will be easier that what they said. Second dirty Hotel. Third very important we have to walk 5 min outside the hotel to another hotel to have breakfast wait for it, When we arrived and get in to the food room they came to us u don’t have reservations after we start eating, their is no connection between both hotels . So expedia you shocked me .
