I had to wait 10 minutes to check in because there was no one at the front desk. They were away and did not leave any sign saying they had stepped away. I rang the bell multiple times and called the location from my cell phone, no answer. Finally someone showed up and when I confronted with them they argued with me about how long they were gone rather than apologizing for making me wait.
