We love our room...good size for 2 people..has 2 chairs to sit,and a big bathroom..we had a queen size bed.. fridge and microwave in a long dust to eat at...pool was great and relaxing..had a waterfall in the middle..of side wall..first time I did not see any bugs...which was very good..we would recommend to stay here...if town again will go..thank you had a good time.. The only thing I didn't like is can't take the breakfast to the rooms..my hubby gets up early..I have a bad back and hip so I get up later...it's all good ..we got our own breakfast..

We had the entire pool to ourselves in the evening, was awesome, but we like to meet people too. We thought we would be closer to Lake Placid, but it was nice, less expensive, dog friendly and a great pool, so worth the 15 min drive!

The hotel was going through a make- over when we stayed there. It was still very nice! The pool was nice and relaxing as well. Our room was extremely comfortable too. I definitely recommend this hotel. Staff at the desk were all very pleasant.

When we arrived we learned that the facility had no ground floor rooms and no elevator. Being disabled, there were no rooms I could get to. The front desk was helpful in helping us find other accommodations.

My room was absolutely filthy. Dirt in every corner of the armrest on the chair had a burn hole in it. There was still coffee stains on top of the microwave from the previous gas. The refrigerator did not work and I only got four TV channels which place in the downstairs unit by the stairway, which got very limited Wi-Fi bedspread Was filthy had pet hair all over everything

The room was not terrible, but I found black hairs in the sink, on the bathroom counter, and on the toilet. The pillow I first used was very smelly.. smelled like sweaty body odor. The staff at the front desk and the lady who took care of breakfast room were all VERY nice.

Horrible place! Our door barely opened, toilet seat falling off, toilet paper holder broken, frig and climate control so loud we had to turn them off. Doors and walls chipped and filthy. Layers of dust on everything. All this for $177! We are in the area every year. We will sleep in our car before we ever stay at the property again. Don't let the outside fool yu!

The hotel staff was very nice. But I have reservations about cleanliness. The walls and doors in the room were very dirty, the fridge stank. And the biggest problem was the Internet, there was no Internet at all, which was a big problem for me because I was in the hotel for 5 days. And the information says that the Internet is free. Motel is in need of renovation. Our main complaint is that wifi did not work at all in our room. Closer to the reception we could get online after several attempts, but it was very slow. There was absolutely nothing close to the motel. We did not understand that the main picture of the hotel on hotels.com was not from the hotel at all but from down town Lake Placid. Breakfast was very basic.

Although the room seemed clean the furniture was falling apart and the walls were in desperate need of paint. We tried to check out at 8:30 am and there was no one at the front desk. Waited for about 10 minutes then finally just left. Manager office was dark but lobby appeared to be open. Halloween decor was lit up etc.

Don't stay here hotel messed up gave me a room that was occupied by someone else did not know it was the other person who was assigned to room came in when myself and dogs were sleeping wanted to start a fit apologized to them but they were angry and I would be also if someone else was sleeping in my room. Honestly, I have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel. We had to evacuate our campground due to hurricane Helene and came across this hotel at the very last moment. I contacted to hotel late at night in a frantic state and spoke with a lovely young lady at the front desk that answered all my questions and assured me that our dog would be accepted and there would be plenty of room for our camper in the parking lot. We were able to check-in early and I was able to park the camper right outside our room. Check-in was smooth and quick and staff was efficient and very friendly. The room was impeccable. Very clean. Nice updates. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff have been amazing, in particular Carmen. She had been very kind and accommodating. We even extended our stay by one night as we couldn’t access our campground until the next day. We thought about getting a hotel closer to my husband’s job but the thought of possibly moving to something that was not near as nice as this wasn’t worth it. If we ever have to evacuate again, this is where we will go! For sure!!! Excellent hotel!

We had to evacuate for the hurricane and the Ramada was great! Easy check in, friendly staff and very clean! And pet friendly was a plus! Thank you so much for our wonderful experience!

The staff is friendly. The a/c leaked and they fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. Only downside was the wifi was spotty. But, the place was clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

I stayed there for 16 days. It started okay. Nice big room. Old, but pretty much clean.Some bugs here and there, but it is Florida. What started a bad experience was the last few days I spent there. One whole day we were out of power/ electricity. And the hotel had no back-up plan for this, så I had to sleep somewehere else in Sebring that one night. When the power went back on after one day, there was no internet or TV working for my remainer of my stay there. I have tried to get compensated for at least one day stay. I talked to the general manager about this when I checked out of the hotel and was promised that she would look at it and contact me. She has not, even after several e-mails. Service is not the best, hotel is old, no back up plan for emergencies like power outage. Room is okay, but when the internet is working, the connection is bad. I would recommend somewhere else to stay in Lake Placid or in Sebring. I have had to contact my credit company to get credit for at least one night. Something that could have been unnecessary.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful towards me; The night desk person was extremely helpful in helping me to locate the hotel when my navigation system failed to direct me to the property. My room was clean and everything I needed was stocked within the room and functioned as expected including both the mini refrigerator and microwave. Other hotel guests were loud outside the door long beyond my bedtime (I had to get up early the next day), but I chose not to involve the hotel staff regarding my inconvenience. Unfortunately, the hotel was much farther than expected from where I needed to be the following morning so, for this reason, I probably would not choose this location again. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant.
