1 working elevator the entire trip…had to take the stairs because it took forever for the elevator, housekeeping never came to clean my room the entire stay, I had a garbage bag full of trash in the room and had ask them to remove it from the room. Ice machine on the 2nd floor didn’t work. Some of the employees are rude as if they are not happy to work there. Michael at the Vincenzo’s restaurant was the only thing good on this stay. He’s polite and great customer service. Location is great but won’t stay here again. Not the Marriott standard I was hoping for

The main issue was only one of the elevators worked and the key cards would not work from the outside for the stairs. The wait for the elevator was ridiculous. It was reported that the keycards were not working at the stairs multiple times.

Dont let the exterior deceive you the room was fantastic and clean, plenty of power and USB charging from anywhere in the room. The lobby and restaurant areas are gorgeous. The pool is kind of small but having great pizza and cocktails poolside from buccetis makes up for that. The pool area was very clean as well. Beach access that is in a less crowded area is the best perk. My wife and I have stayed here twice now and it was great both trips. The only con is parking is limited so if you have a trailer that may be an issue if it is a busy or holiday weekend

Excellent spot to vacation with family. But Very difficult and time consuming leaving room —only one elevator the entire stay and 15 -30 minutes to leave each time. Soap dispenser empty. Ice machine was always empty. Beach entrance “wash your feet” fountain not working. So track sand in everyday.

Less than 5 minute walk to the beach! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. My two teenagers had the best time! I left a blanket there and the staff got it so a friend could pick it up for me. Will recommend!!

We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night. This information should be noted when reserving any room through expedia (next to ice machine or next to elevator).The faucet in the shower leaked and was cranked tight to stop leak vs just repairing it. It is the small things such as these that would stop us from using this facility in our travels. If I were YOUR consultant (which I am not) I would point out to the facility manager to be corrected for better client satisfaction.

It’s an older hotel which is ok. Great beach access, but it lacked amenities for the price you pay. The A/C in the halls of the hotel did not work so it was hot. The A/C in the room struggled to keep up.

When I arrived at this property I was notified that the ocean view room that I had booked someone had smoked in and that was the last ocean view room they had available. They told me we could stay in that one but the smell was pretty bad. She offered me a different room without a view and would take care of the price difference seeing as it would be cheaper. They charged me $157 more than what my original booking was. They had two elevators but only one was operating. The one that was operating was literally on its last leg, and took a really long time to get up and down it. The ice machine on the 3rd floor never worked. The room was clean and I was happy to see that. Other than that there’s nothing to rave about.

The property itself amazing. Great location, several great seafood restaurants around it. The room was spotless and very great condition about no complaints. However the check in was not pleasant, the two kauoexat front were unfriendly and more annoyer doing their job. Not sure what was the problem.

great location, easy check in, staff were all superb, rooms were clean, bed was more firm than i personally like but not the worst i’ve slept on. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again on future trips if the price is right.

We arrived early for our check-in time. We went inside to make sure that it was ok for us to park while we waited for our room to be cleaned. Staff was nice and gave us a pass and told us a time on when we could expect to get into our room. We were not allowed to check in until 4 hours after the time we were originally told...while we sat in the parking lot.

Less than 5 minute walk to the beach! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. My two teenagers had the best time! I left a blanket there and the staff got it so a friend could pick it up for me. Will recommend!!

Dont let the exterior deceive you the room was fantastic and clean, plenty of power and USB charging from anywhere in the room. The lobby and restaurant areas are gorgeous. The pool is kind of small but having great pizza and cocktails poolside from buccetis makes up for that. The pool area was very clean as well. Beach access that is in a less crowded area is the best perk. My wife and I have stayed here twice now and it was great both trips. The only con is parking is limited so if you have a trailer that may be an issue if it is a busy or holiday weekend

There was bugs in our room. They didnt met us switch rooms. We got food at the restraunt the food was under cooked. The pizzeria was very dirty. Thry did not provide clean towels. Way overpriced for what the stay was. The people ant the front fesk were not nice too me.

Upon arrival, we were given a credit for breakfast for three that we did not ask for, but was offered as a conp due to our room not being a full ocean front view as we paid for. The next morning upon attempting to redeem the comp, the staff at the dining area at first refused to honor the comp and then insisted it was only for two regardless of the fact that the card had a #3 on it. The two women were very dismissive and defensive when all they had to do was contact hotel management. After about 20 minutes of treating us like crap, they finally did just that and told me. When our food was ready, they set it down in front of us. Not one word. We took it to go because that environment was not one we needed to be in if we were going to enjoy our very short vacation. As a single mom who works 50 hours a week and takes only very brief "vacations" a year, I don't want my kids having to deal with people who clearly don't belong in the hospitality business. I worked in the business for several years. You don't treat repeat customers like that. We likely won't be staying at Courtyards anymore after this xp.

1 working elevator the entire trip…had to take the stairs because it took forever for the elevator, housekeeping never came to clean my room the entire stay, I had a garbage bag full of trash in the room and had ask them to remove it from the room. Ice machine on the 2nd floor didn’t work. Some of the employees are rude as if they are not happy to work there. Michael at the Vincenzo’s restaurant was the only thing good on this stay. He’s polite and great customer service. Location is great but won’t stay here again. Not the Marriott standard I was hoping for

The room itself was clean, but the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. One of the elevators and the ice machines were broken and the staff had to go get ice from the kitchen to fill our cup, Even though there were only 6 cars in the entire parking lot during our stay, they refused to provide us a room on the ocean side because we booked through a third party instead of directly through the hotel. Be aware, breakfast is available but not complimentary, as well as the beach chairs and umbrella which is a 45.00 per day rental and parking is additional as well.
