We found a man urinating in the bushes in the parking lot two of our four nights stay. We returned to our room after leaving one morning to find our used toothpaste tubes missing. We presumed they were thrown away while someone cleaned. One manager worked around the clock every day to maintain the facility. He tried…We may try the Comfort Inn next door on our next visit.

The entry doors didn't open very well, the shower head was falling apart, the bed was really stiff, & the breakfast was completely gone before 7am as if the only thing they put out was cereal and day old bagels.

The beds were great but the bathroom needed some attention. The shower curtain was nasty and there were stains on the bathroom door. The towels also had stains. When I arrived the elevator waa broken, so I could not use the handicapped room I had reserved. We were moved to the 1st floor. They had painted a wall that morning in the new room and the fumes were so strong I couldn't stay in there. They did move us. Between the 2 days we stayed, 3 separate times there was no hot water for showers. We were told it was because they were doing laundry. I couldn't even take a showwer! The second morning the milk was spoiled and there were no serving tongs for the bread items. On the first morning I asked for napkins. They brought a tissue box. A Doller General was right across the street but the 2nd morning, we.were.still using the tissues.

Ive stayed there many times and never had an issue but this time i had a non working toilet, a dead roach, no bath towels and a hand towel that wasn't folded (looked used) and trash in the parking lot.

Unexpectedly needed a place to stay after 11pm, and a long drive. The exterior is clean and tidy. The desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was non-smoking but the entire floor smelled like fresh smoke, (of multiple variety) and the room very strongly smelled like old stale smoke, causing me a headache. The stench stuck on all my belongings & hair long after check out. The toilet seat had burn marks and there was only one towel for two guest. Housekeeping missed a few things in the room like a glob of something on the dresser, and packaging waste from previous guest in multiple places. I did stay with a dog as they are pet friendly place, and it was quiet. Location is good for the events within the city. Had I not been exhausted, and already inconvenienced I would not have stayed there.

The entire hotel smelled really bad. Lady checking us in wasnt the most friendly and then charged our card without asking or even telling us about the $100 deposit (we wanted to pay cash). Then, the room was a bit dirty - dirt, or boogers all over the wall. Bed was averge. View out our window was hideous, and there were window screens and trash out our window (see photo). The parking lot had trash all over it. Overall, the price was cheap, but i would've paid a little more to stay in a cleaner hotel. 4/10 wouldnt recommend.

I had a room reservation and they couldn't find it, then they gave me a room on the ground floor and it smelled like cigarettes and mold. The bed had hair on the sheets and what looked like old dried blood on the bedspread. I had a non refundable room. I threw the room key down and left. So nasty. I wish I could give it a negative rating. There were used needles in parking I seen when I was leaving. Do not stay here

This hotel is disgusting. When we first arrived, went up to the front desk. They haven’t vacuumed then we get our room as we’re walking. They haven’t vacuumed the stairways or the hallways and the carpets are dirty and stained. They’ve never been cleaned in a long time and then we go into our room and the sheets are so dirty and they haven’t looked like they’ve been changed, Then we go into our second room they gave us and it was even worse with hair and stains. The sheets were nasty and then we go into our third room and that room was a little bit better but not much the pillow stunk I would not stay here and the guy at the Front desk smell like BO bad you can smell it when you walk in !!!

The hallway smells The door to my room looked like it wouldn’t lock properly, which made me feel unsafe. On top of that, there were stink bugs in two of the three rooms we had with family — clearly a pest control issue. customer service was extremely slow and unresponsive. For the price, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and professionalism. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made.

The linens had holes and were covers in hairs. Our towels also had hairs and were bloody. Someone’s shirt was left on the door of the bathroom and the shower curtain was covered in mold. While our shower worked it did not drain, leaving us standing in several inches of water for our showers. The hotel is also very close to the highway on ramp for anyone that would bother. It is also a very loud place. You can hear everything the other patrons are saying!

For the price we weren't looking for luxury, but finding old food in the fridge, stains on the bedding, and an AC unit that just couldn't stay cool made out stay really unpleasant. The sanitation rating was a B (85) so we did not eat the included breakfast. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but helped when I told them about the food in the fridge. I would not stay there again, but I did appreciate having a low price.

Debbie the front desk manager was extremely helpful. Our rooms were not cleaned when we arrived early and she cleaned the rooms herself, so that we could get checked in. She was very apologetic about the rooms not being ready and appreciated her service. Good service is hard to come by these days and Debbie met the mark.

It took over 15 minutes at arrival to Find someone to check us in at front desk. We had to go look for them And found in parking lot playing around in car with others. Our bathroom was dirty and shower had hairs all in it. We went down for clean towels cause they were dirty and could not find anyone at desk again.
It took over 15 minutes at arrival to Find someone to check us in at front desk. We had to go look for them And found in parking lot playing around in car with others. Our bathroom was dirty and shower had hairs all in it. We went down for clean towels cause they were dirty and could not find anyone at desk again.

Fist the front desk was empty I had to wait 30 minutes just for him to have an attitude about me calling the office from the lobby to get help at the desk, I get my room after making an $100 deposit that was not mentioned when I booked the room, I was told I get that back in a few days, I checked out 4 hours earlier because of the smell, just to get home and fine that they changed me for my deposit, claimed he had pictures I was smoking in the room, which I wasn’t but they had to say something to keep my deposit, how do you have pictures of me smoking in the room? That creepy statement made me report it to my bank, I would not recommend anyone stay here

When I arrived, I could not check in as their system was down. Finally, they said they would charge my card later. As I was waiting, a mouse ran across the counter and just played there. Disgusting. Then, an employee let me in a room. I could not get a key. I went in the room. I realized that they placed me in a room that was not cleaned. There was trash in the room. The bed was not made (used). Finally, the bathroom was dirty. I went downstairs, and they switched me to another room. They told me the TV in my previous room did not work any way. The new room was better. Its a quiet area and has 2 convience stores and a dollar general just across from the motel.. staff is great and prompt and never had any real concerns or issues any time ive stayed there (ive stayed there alot) its my "repeat stay to getaway" for myself and my significant other when we need time away..

Unexpectedly needed a place to stay after 11pm, and a long drive. The exterior is clean and tidy. The desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was non-smoking but the entire floor smelled like fresh smoke, (of multiple variety) and the room very strongly smelled like old stale smoke, causing me a headache. The stench stuck on all my belongings & hair long after check out. The toilet seat had burn marks and there was only one towel for two guest. Housekeeping missed a few things in the room like a glob of something on the dresser, and packaging waste from previous guest in multiple places. I did stay with a dog as they are pet friendly place, and it was quiet. Location is good for the events within the city. Had I not been exhausted, and already inconvenienced I would not have stayed there.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The breakfast included spoiled milk which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and food safety. The hallway smells The door to my room looked like it wouldn’t lock properly, which made me feel unsafe. On top of that, there were stink bugs in two of the three rooms we had with family — clearly a pest control issue. customer service was extremely slow and unresponsive. For the price, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and professionalism. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made.

The beds were great but the bathroom needed some attention. The shower curtain was nasty and there were stains on the bathroom door. The towels also had stains. When I arrived the elevator waa broken, so I could not use the handicapped room I had reserved. We were moved to the 1st floor. They had painted a wall that morning in the new room and the fumes were so strong I couldn't stay in there. They did move us. Between the 2 days we stayed, 3 separate times there was no hot water for showers. We were told it was because they were doing laundry. I couldn't even take a showwer! The second morning the milk was spoiled and there were no serving tongs for the bread items. On the first morning I asked for napkins. They brought a tissue box. A Doller General was right across the street but the 2nd morning, we.were.still using the tissues.

I asked for a full housekeeping service as a stay over they didn’t comply. They also didn’t have any breakfast just muffins and cereal and the juice was nasty. I also found hair on my towels. Very disappointing stay. First of all if you are traveling with a pet, be aware of a non disclosed hidden $40 pet fee upon checking in. Our room was noticeably dirty with dust and crumbs on the floor like it had never been thoroughly mopped/ vacuumed. I found 3 dead bugs near the mini fridge right off the bat. The fridge itself had a strong nasty odor so we didn’t feel comfortable storing our cold food and baby milk in there. The bed was okay but our bedsheets had stains on it. The advertised free breakfast was stale mini muffins, brown bananas, and near expired yogurt. I rarely leave reviews but this stay was not enjoyable and felt more like a $40 a night motel. It’s worth paying a little extra to stay somewhere else!

I have stayed at this hotel before and it seems to be a little run down and lacking upkeep since. I did not consider the room clean. My feet was sticking the the floor when you walked on it. I would not take my shoes off in the room. I paid for a king bed but it was only a queen. not a deal breaker as it was just me but if you are expecting one thing and get another it makes you wonder. you could tell the room was originally set up as a king as there was space between the bed and nite stands.
