Hôtel en réparations, PAS AVISÉ devait avoir un restaurant sur place FERMÉ DÉFÉNITIVEMENT et AUCUN AVIS de votre part ni d'eux. Cette photo de l'accueil est loin d'être la bonne. L'accueil est très sale dû aux réparations, même chose pour l'ascenseur. Je suis vraiment déçue Beaucoup de bruits à cause des rénovations.

Hotel totally under construction. Check in in rear of hotel via an unmarked construction trailer. While the room was excellent - brand new after renovations, no food/restautant, delivery guy gave up, elevator problems. Staff however were great .

Mon auto a ete volée dans le stationnement de l'hotel dans la premiere rangee juste en face de l'entree principale. Le systême d'alarme de la voiture a sonné au moins durant 5 minutes. Aucun préposé ou agent de sécurité n'est intervenu. Je voulais voir les images des caméras de surveillance et c'était impossible. Je ne recommance pas cet hotel ce n'est pas securitaire du tout. Aucun retour de Quality Inn depuis cet evenement du 16 mars 2024,

This property is a dangerous construction zone. After driving around massive parking les of rubble and fenced off areas we finally stopped to ask a construction worker how to get into the building as there is no front door access (or a front door). He directed us to a door in the back of the building next to a large wooden construction ramp. Once inside the lobby reception area had been gutted so we followed signs to a make shift “reception” desk where someone with a computer signed us in and gave us a room number. The room was in need of major renos as well, with no proper climate control. Heat was on or AC was on. There was no off. It was 10 degrees outside so the heat had been left on and the window was wide open over the noisy construction site. I tried closing it be the room got way too warm. We paid in advance full rate with no warning or mention of the state of this property, and no discount offered. The hotel we were at the night before in Montreal was lovely and $90 per night less than this place. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was closed for the day on Saturday but open on Sunday so we ate breakfast there before heading out. The food was good and the waitress was very friendly and did a great job. The person working in the make-shift lobby was friendly and professional as well. No complaints with the staff at all. Guests just need to be warned they will be maneuvering a noisy construction zone if they book here and will be paying full price. Not pleasant.

Did not appreciate the ceiling being pounded on at 7am by construction workers We were staying on the 6th floor and the place was not full for the night so why not put us somewhere where we wouldn't have been woken up by construction. We are travelling for 6 weeks and this was our catch up and breath morning. That didn't happen. Plus no breakfast offered at this location. My bad on this one cause when I book hotels I look for breakfast included which I must have missed on this one No breakfast offered so I find the price was steep.

Worst hotel ever. Our car was stolen in this hotel. They don’t have security and they don’t do anything.They don’t help. I think the employees are connected with the thieves.

The staff were lovely and courteous but... 1. Signage to the entrance was not clear 2. Expected breakfast per the Hotels.com posting - no breakfast. The posting should clearly state that the hotel is under renovation; therefore certain services are not available. I did not have a car and had no way of getting breakfast the next morning. 3. The room appeared clean, but soap from the previous occupant was not removed and there was food in the refrigerator. It made me question the cleanliness. 4. Garbage only removed every 4th day. This was not explained when checking in, and, quite frankly is a ridiculous requirement. The desk person actually asked me to empty my own garbage. I am not a snob, but I don't ask guests at my house to empty their own garbage, I would certainly not expect to do so in a hotel where I am paying for the room. Especially since my garbage was already full from emptying the refrigerator of food from the previous occupant.

There was nothing positive about this experience. Old facility, dirty rooms, old carpet. Yes there are renovations going on but the exterior and interior that was available to me was dirty and old. Noise early and into the evening due to renovations. No mention of any renovations on any websites, all photos were false and misleading.

with all the renovations going on it was a construction zone but the new room we were in was beautiful and comfortable. the staff were very friendly and made it comfortable for us. it will be very nice and the addition of a gym and breakfast area will be welcome

Upon check in the front desk staff said we had a free breakfast, woke up the next morning to find out it was not free, it was for a fee. The bed was definitely not a queen bed.

I stayed at the hotel in the middle of a major renovation. The parking lot surface was uneven and I had a hard time rolling my luggage through the parking lot. It had just snowed too, so the parking lot was also muddy. Due to torn down front door, I had to enter the hotel with a side door. While I wasn't able to nap during the day due to construction noises, I was very pleasantly surprised with the newly renovated room. Not only I was given a king bed for a queen bed reservation. Little details like foot bar for shaving/washing legs in the shower, invisible shower drain, additional shelve for toiletry under the mirror, and coat hooks near the door stood out to me. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I loved the pillow I was sleeping on and asked to purchase one. I hope they have rooms with bath tub option and I hope they keep this property in good condition for my future visits.

The staff is probably the biggest asset in this property. Everyone is so willing and accommodating, addressing each request courteously and effectively. Unfortunately, the property was under renovation, which means constant noise from 7 AM to 7 PM. The location is very convenient, right next to Hwy 40, with ample parking.

The staff were lovely and courteous but... 1. Signage to the entrance was not clear 2. Expected breakfast per the Hotels.com posting - no breakfast. The posting should clearly state that the hotel is under renovation; therefore certain services are not available. I did not have a car and had no way of getting breakfast the next morning. 3. The room appeared clean, but soap from the previous occupant was not removed and there was food in the refrigerator. It made me question the cleanliness. 4. Garbage only removed every 4th day. This was not explained when checking in, and, quite frankly is a ridiculous requirement. The desk person actually asked me to empty my own garbage. I am not a snob, but I don't ask guests at my house to empty their own garbage, I would certainly not expect to do so in a hotel where I am paying for the room. Especially since my garbage was already full from emptying the refrigerator of food from the previous occupant.

A perfectly cromulent hotel if you have to stay in this area of the city. It's not anywhere near downtown or any tourist attractions but sometimes you have business or family or some sporting event in the area. The rooms and the hotel are clean and well maintained. Certainly a better option than anything else in the area. Really can't say anything negative about it. I appreciated my time here.

The staff is probably the biggest asset in this property. Everyone is so willing and accommodating, addressing each request courteously and effectively. Unfortunately, the property was under renovation, which means constant noise from 7 AM to 7 PM. The location is very convenient, right next to Hwy 40, with ample parking.

I booked at this hotel as it stated it is 9 minutes from the Biodome, 17 minutes from the Old Port, and claimed to be near a bunch of attractions well it is not even close. Almost all the attractions are over double to time to get, the Biodome is over double the KM away then what they had listed. So i called them as soon as I got to the hotel the agent i had spoke to gave me 3 options, pay a extra $500 for 3 nights to be moved to a different hotel, get a full refund and have no hotel or get a refund for all the extra Uber fairs. I picked the third option because it seemed like the only reasonable one well the agent forgot to mention the refund would be Expedia points from the "goodwill' of them like they arent falsey advertising listings to be near popular tourist attractions when in reality it is in a not so nice section of montreal not near any attractions I had already booked and paided for hence why I book a hotel that was supposed to be under 5KM from the Biodome. Every single activity I have seen listed to be close to it is no where near it all the KM and times I have seen are wrong. I was okay with it being no where near the attractions that it was supposed to be near when I was told we'd be reimbursed for the extra Uber fairs but coincidentally they forgot to mention it would be Expedia points. Ok I booked this hotel under the understanding which they advertised a lounge/bar and a restaurant. I contacted them and asked for a refund as I wanted a place to unwind and I received poor results as they would not cancel and give me a refund, definitely won’t recommend thanks for charging me a nights stay and I didn’t even stay! You suck!

They only serve bkfst. in the rest. and you have to pay for it. No place to have dinner if you do not have a car, you can walk but options are limited. Cost 38-39 dollars to uber to downtown monteral.

Hôtel en réparations, PAS AVISÉ devait avoir un restaurant sur place FERMÉ DÉFÉNITIVEMENT et AUCUN AVIS de votre part ni d'eux. Cette photo de l'accueil est loin d'être la bonne. L'accueil est très sale dû aux réparations, même chose pour l'ascenseur. Je suis vraiment déçue Beaucoup de bruits à cause des rénovations.

Hotel totally under construction. Check in in rear of hotel via an unmarked construction trailer. While the room was excellent - brand new after renovations, no food/restautant, delivery guy gave up, elevator problems. Staff however were great .

This property is a dangerous construction zone. After driving around massive parking les of rubble and fenced off areas we finally stopped to ask a construction worker how to get into the building as there is no front door access (or a front door). He directed us to a door in the back of the building next to a large wooden construction ramp. Once inside the lobby reception area had been gutted so we followed signs to a make shift “reception” desk where someone with a computer signed us in and gave us a room number. The room was in need of major renos as well, with no proper climate control. Heat was on or AC was on. There was no off. It was 10 degrees outside so the heat had been left on and the window was wide open over the noisy construction site. I tried closing it be the room got way too warm. We paid in advance full rate with no warning or mention of the state of this property, and no discount offered. The hotel we were at the night before in Montreal was lovely and $90 per night less than this place. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was closed for the day on Saturday but open on Sunday so we ate breakfast there before heading out. The food was good and the waitress was very friendly and did a great job. The person working in the make-shift lobby was friendly and professional as well. No complaints with the staff at all. Guests just need to be warned they will be maneuvering a noisy construction zone if they book here and will be paying full price. Not pleasant.

Did not appreciate the ceiling being pounded on at 7am by construction workers We were staying on the 6th floor and the place was not full for the night so why not put us somewhere where we wouldn't have been woken up by construction. We are travelling for 6 weeks and this was our catch up and breath morning. That didn't happen. Plus no breakfast offered at this location. My bad on this one cause when I book hotels I look for breakfast included which I must have missed on this one No breakfast offered so I find the price was steep.

I didnt like the fact that expedia website advertises as having a bar a restaurant and coffee at reception are all false. Theres only a restaurant that is open mornings only for breakfast and the rooms are extremely out dated. The staff are very welcoming

Renovated rooms (we were there a year ago) but the breakfeast doesn't compare to what it used to be. The food was the usual cheap hotel buffet style. The place was packed. Nowhere to sit. We had to go out to the parking lot to eat. The A/C in the first room we got was not functioning, however they quickly found us another room. Overall, I found it quite expensive for what you get

The hotel is a beautiful space. However there were a few concerns. The room we received was not the room I booked. When I called down to the front desk they told me they were fully booked and thats the way it was. Secondly, in the morning, the hotel lobby was filthy! I know they were very booked but I think things could have been handled differently. Breakfast was also a bit of an issue, things were running out big time. Super challenging when you have kids who are hungry.
