Quiet and cheap. Pool wasn’t open. Room was dirty and run down like the rest of the place

Staff was really nice. Hotel didn't have AC in the stairways between floors and didn't have an elevator. We were located in the top corner room so when we parked in the back thinking there was an elevator we were shocked to learn there wasn't one and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with someone whos handicapped having trouble breathing, taking multiple stops. Staff was super nice and friendly, even quick when we clogged the toilet an hour after check in. Room needed some small repairs but was otherwise decent. Would I stay here again? Yes, but would request a room on the main floor.

Hotel was filthy. They may have looked like they were renovating but nothing was complete. The toilet tank cover did not match the shape of the toilet. The bathroom door was a piece of unpainted unfinished wood shaved and still did not closed. There was a drywall screw that was used to hold the outlet cover in the wall. The carpet had cigarette burns and just overall dirty. And the pool was green. They should have just drained it.

The pool was empty and closed and it was not specified in the reservation along with the renovation. Ice machine and breakfast were not good.

The hotel is clearing in the midst of a rmodel. The pool was under construction and some of the paint used in the bathroom was clearly not for bathrooms (i.e. the bathtub). The bathroom has a motion sensor light that kept turning off while using shower/bathtub. Its rough to shower when in the middle of washing your hair the light keeps turning itself off and you have to open shower curtain or stand up to turn the light back on Breakfast was sparse with waffle maker, bread, milk, and a juice that looked like it came from a mix. The guys at the desk were friendly and things seemed clean, but the hotel itself is definitely a work in progress. It worked for a short budget friendly stop while traveling, but I was glad to only be there one night.

the pool was not usable it was green

no ice on premisis, waffle or cereal is only option for breakfast, no juice. looks like it was started to be remodled and gave up.

The floor in the lobby was beautiful. The carpet in our room was sticky. The pool was not open.

My room was on the second floor and I had to carry bags up stairs as there is no elevator. The outdoor pool had no water in it ( in the summer time ) even though it is advertised. The shower had no hot water , though the bathroom sink did. When I told the gentleman at the front desk he didn’t seem to care. The room was okay though the furniture was run down, but the beds were comfortable enough to sleep in. Room service never arrived ( I was there 2 nights ) so used towels weren’t swapped out or beds made. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned up after the previous guest checked out. ” Breakfast included” was bagels, muffins, toast, waffles, Raisin Bran or Frosted Flakes cereal, apples, and orange drink. ( wasn’t juice ). I should have known better based on the price ( you get what you pay for ) and should have read the reviews. Reviews by guests who stayed there earlier in the week had noted the same issues.

Room and staff where great just hated had no elevators so had to carry everything up to third floor stairs

They had bed bugs.

Roaches. Cigarette butts in stairwells. Ceiling caving in from water damage in bathroom. Letting people live there. Dangerous people. A lot of DV situations. Drunks. Druggies. Dirty. Uncomfortable. Rude.

We arrived at our hotel and pretty quickly found bed bugs in the room we were staying in. The receptionist then argued with me that it’s impossible. I ended up convincing him to check the room to prove the issue. Then he refused to give me a refund at first.

Roaches were in the fridge and crawkinf in the walls. Seriously!

ROACHES we quickly found and took pictures of many roaches. We made the front desk aware and it was no surprise to them. They could not have cared less. On top of that, DIRTY. Pillows with mud on them and bathroom floor so sticky our shoes stick to the floor. We reported them to the Kentucky Health Board with pictures.

They had giant bed bugs! Wouldn’t refund us

I came home covered with bed bug bites all over my body. I will not stay at this hotel every again.

Milk was in the refrigerator, dog hair on the floor in a ball, black on white sheets and pillows, bath mat looked dirty, toilet paper roll was empty and a piece of the toilet paper was left in the corner by the commode. The air conditioner unit looked as though hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. The night stand and desk hadn’t been wiped clean. The TV is black and was very dusty. No elevator. Very dirty and broken tiles in the only stairwell to get to rooms. Required a $100 hold when I arrived. Upon checkout, when I asked for the deposit to go back on my card immediately, told me it would be 5 business days. I was unsure, only being a hold as to why it had to go back through my bank to be released.

This hotel was disgusting. Our shower had not been cleaned, there was blood on the curtains, it smelled dirty. Do NOT stay here, I want my money back

The room was not clean. The ironing board had multiple concerning stains on it, poop on the toilet tank, stains on the bed, and lat but jot least bed bugs. We left in the middle of the night to drive home 7 hours when we foind the bed bugs. Do not stay here. I have photos but hotel.com will not let me add them.

The building really shows its age, inside and out. Dings, dents and patches are obvious everywhere. Doors don't work smoothly. That said, it was very clean inside and out. Despite highway noise outside, it was quiet inside my room. The bed was comfortable, linens were stain-free. Pillows looked too small, but were actually quite comfortable. There were two desks and a small couch. There was an iron, mini fridge and microwave. I didn't use them, but they appeared to be in working order. There was no coffemaker. The plumbing in the bathroom was hooked up backwards! I had to move the lever to the cold side to get hot water, and vice versa. The A/C was very quiet, and cooled the room nicely, despite outside temperatures in the 90s. The free WiFi was a bit fiddly to connect to, but, once connected, it was reliable and fast enough. There is an outdoor pool, which looked clean and well maintained. There are 3 floors, and NO ELEVATOR. If you can't do stairs, you should mention that at booking, There are accessible rooms, and the lobby is accessible. There is a laundromat onsite. The free breakfast was fairly priced, nuff said? The desk clerk at check-in was simply delightful.

Rooms were not very clean, ac didnt work, ceiling needed repaired from what appeared to be a water leak in multiple places, room smelled like rubbing alcohol, no towels or toilet paper in restroom, entire hotel smelled like weed from the time you walked in, hotel did not feel secure at all, staff was nice and helful other than that I would not stay again

Really bad traffic noise

Bathroom was falling apart. No grout in tiles. Space between the door let noise and light in. Would not recommend.

Pretty much this is just a cheap place to stay in with a bed. The workers were friendly. There wasn’t a hair dryer in my room and when I called to the front, they brought me one within 10 minutes. The room, well, the sink was being held up with a couple pieces of 2x4s. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The AC, you could see outside with the cracks in it. No bugs at least! Overall, I’d say it was their version of clean. We didn’t hang out in the hotel, nor would we. Simply went there to sleep. Would not recommend if you were trying to have a romantic type getaway. The room it’s purpose for us though. I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

The rooms are very outdated and falling apart. There was tape on the walls and the blinds did not close all the way. The front staff was not helpful. I was told they had a crib for us when we checked in but then was given only the mat for a pack n play. When I asked where the rest of it was, the front desk person could not find it. When we checked out and asked for a receipt, we were given a generic paper with no costs listed on it, just our names and dates of our stay. The only good thing about the hotel was it was cheap and close to the ball park.

Is too loud

When i entered the room it was clean but needed work the tv would not pull any channels in ,the refrigerator was broken and there was no toilet paper holder electric plates hanging out of wall in bathroom.Also none of the ice makers worked so we couldnt even have a cold drink

Fast check in. Staff made fresh coffee for us. Very friendly staff. Very safe area.

Well, firstly I’d like to start this off by saying when I booked this hotel it was for my 20th birthday. With that being said, it was ruined. I go to check in and I was greated by a rude hotel worker who told me to “speak up because he couldn’t hear me” then proceeded to not let me check in the room because I had 1 more person than what I put down. When I had realized my mistake of not putting 5 people down when I first booked, I honestly thought that it wouldn’t be a big deal seeing how there’s 2 beds, and we’d be fine sharing. He told us we weren’t allowed to all sleep in the same room according to the health and safety department. I asked to get a refund and he said he couldn’t do it, and that I had to contact you guys to get my money back. When I went on the email you guys sent me to try and refund my money it said I wasn’t able to because it was past the check in time. It was maybe 3:30 around this time, check in was at 3. We had got stuck in major traffic and after going back in fourth with the man working it was past the refund time. When I went back in to try and explain my situation to the man working he wasn’t understanding at all. I told him this was my first time doing something like this and that I don’t have more money to buy another room, he left the counter and did not offer us help at all. All I’m asking is to try and get my money back. My friends had to buy another hotel room somewhere else. My experience was awful.

The front desk person when we got to the hotel was rude. He had said there was a $100 dollar fee up front, to which we did not know about until we got there. When I asked him what it was for, he was rude about giving me an answer. "Said that the reason there is that charge is because people have left the rooms in such a mess that the hotel needs to charge that amount for safe deposit." When we left the person at the desk was much nicer. But did not ask us how our stay was. There was no elevator only stairs. The breakfast was very minimal cereal, some muffins, toast and a waffle maker.

Arrived a day earlier than expected. Fit me in a room where I didn’t have to checkout and re-checkin. Very friendly and accommodating.

The room itself wasn’t terrible, the front desk staff were pleasant, what I did not like however was when we checked in even though I had already paid for our stay we were told we had to put a $100 deposit down which is for any damages or smoking in the room that’s not allowed. While I understand the reason for it I was not aware of it before check in so if I didn’t have it on me I wouldn’t have been able to stay so if you plan on booking here know that you will have a deposit. They state it will be refunded the day you check out but it has been 2 days and has not been refunded back to my account. As far as the rest of the stay, the walls are thin we could hear everything, the soap dispensers in the showers weren't refilled, the tv would freeze every other frame and was very fuzzy and none of the outlets worked so our phones were not able to be charged the whole night. The bed wasn’t bad and the pillows were comfy. It served its purpose for our stay, but I will not be booking here again.

The front desk staff is very courteous. Our room wasn't cleaned on the last day of our stay, so the pet fee was waived. The lobby is clean and nice, but the rooms are in need of updating. Continental breakfast is decent, but the coffee is not good and napkins were not provided.

Man at check service desk was very rude

Absolute DUMP! Rude desk clerk. Had to move rooms and the second room was just as bad. Jetted tube was trash’s tv didn’t work. Horrible experience. Charged me $100 deposit when the description said $50. And I still haven’t got that back!

Average hotel in need of reconditioning . Beds comfortable and located 3.49 miles from Great American Ball Park. For an overnight its fine but would not want to stay any longer than that.

Great place, decent price, close to downtown Cinci.

Our room had garbage left in the garbage Can . the bed was not made? There was no elevator there was no hot water to take a shower. And the noise from the highway. You heard every truck and car drove by.

It was safe, quiet and a convenient location for us. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was a great location. It was close to food, gas, shopping and our weekend event. The staff was very accommodating as well l.

It was mostly what I expected. The property is obviously several decades old and that's apparent in various parts of the hotel, but that's a minimal complaint. It was clean and comfortable and I never saw anything that was a major issue. Good location!

The best thing about the place was the front lobby. Rest was a complete dump. It looked like it was not updated in 30 or 40 years. The room smelled awful. There were kids running in the hallways all night long. The milk was rotten at breakfast. There was really very little to like about the place except the price.

The building is dilapidated and dirty. The hallways stunk like cigarettes. Dirt in every corner of the room. Breakfast was a gross joke. I would avoid this place if possible.

The hotel needs to be remodeled. Carpet in the room looks old, dirty, and outdated. The other hotel guests looked like hookers and homeless people. The breakfast consisted of bagels, bread, waffles, Sunny D, and Frosted Flakes. No other cereals offered, no other juices offered, no milk for the cereal offered, no jams, honey, jellies or butter offered for the toast. No cream cheese for the bagels. The juice machine was broken. No fresh fruit offered. No yogurt offered. The coffee area was disgusting with creamer and sugar spilt everywhere. No lids for the coffee. I booked the hotel under my name but the staff member at the front desk stated it was a law that they had to check the ID of all adults staying in the room. This is not a family friendly hotel. I booked this for me, my husband, our 8 year old daughter, and our 10 month old baby. I did not let our baby off the bed. The sheets looked clean. And my husband checked for bed bugs and didn’t find any.

Advertised breakfast but no juice or coffee available. Waffle mixture was runny and not able to make waffles.

The room was clean and quiet with good cable television. Breakfast was an absolute minimum. Cereal, waffles, muffins and fake orange juice and no decaffeinated coffee. I got what I paid for and the bus stop was right outside my door.
