The staff at this particular hotel is some of the nicest people I have ever encountered while traveling. They are friendly, helpful and always available.

Best place l stayed in Jacksonville Taylor at front desk was outstanding. Went out of his way to welcome me. Even turned on a movie in the restaurant for me. He deserves promotion as the best customer service ever. Definitely will always stay here Food better than other hotels and a restaurant open in evenings Wonderful stay ❤️

Staff was friendly and check in was quick and smooth

Mr Taylor and Latoya were excellent. They provided great assistance and ensured that your comfort and safety were major concerns themselves and the best interests of Marriott business practices. I’ve stayed at this hotel several time but this time it’s was very different it’s like they developed or re wrote they business plan. I would stay again
