Great location near the central train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was bit small but if you travel with small loguage it's perfect where you just visiting the city. Definitely will back when visiting Berlin next time

Avoid weekends if you want to sleep! Friday and Saturday night music until 2am kept us awake on the 4th floor. Our walls were vibrating from the bass. Ruined our sleep. Otherwise lovely hotel, have stayed before and would again. Just not over the weekend

Mail gekregen om on-line in te checken werkt niet (uren geprobeerd) Het is self incheck, pas enkel de 3de dag heeft personeel een goeiendag kunnen zeggen. 1 persoon is misschien iets te weinig en geeft niet de welkom. Onze kamer was zeer net, alles voorzien (misschien een waterkoker voor diegene die geen koffie drinken?). Maar zeer luidruchtig…blijkbaar was er vrijdag-zaterdag een feestje net onder onze kamer. Muziek stopte pas om 01u30 (zaterdag,) waardoor het moeilijk was de slaap te vatten. Dit kon verteld worden bij de aankomst (indien we iemand hadden gezien). Openbaar vervoer zeer dichtbij. On-line uitchecken…werkt niet geen uren aan besteed.

Hotel ist direkt am Hauptbahnhof und damit perfekt für Gäste die mit den öffentlichen fahren. Parkhaus vorhanden auch für "größere" 2m Höhe. Kostete aber 25 Euro. Frühstück kann sich durchaus sehen lassen. Die Zimmer wirken größer auf dem Bild sind aber kleiner als gedacht trotzdem ausreichend.

Neues Hotel im bekannten Amano Stil. Doppelzimmer war klein, aber modern. Online Checking war für die Katz - die Daten wurden nicht überragen und am Morgen war noch nicht mal meine email für eine Rechnung hinterlegt. Bar war noch geschlossen.

This hotel doesnt have A/C and it was really warm and in Germany, windows don't open very much. Our room was above the bar area and the music pounded until wee hours of the morning, plus music coming from the rappers across the street at the train station. Then the garbage trucks drove below our window at 6:00 AM. If you want a peaceful rest, this is NOT the place to stay. The clerk offered to move us but we went to dinner and came back to change rooms and the clerk said it was too late to change. The good thing about this location is the closeness to transportation hubs.

Reception staff were very good, room/bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, only problem was the breakfast room wasn’t open on the 1st morning and we had to go to the sister hotel for breakfast (only at the end of the block but had to go back to room for our coats as it was raining(. The hotel bar and restaurant never opened on the 3 nights we were there. Having said that we would stay again as convenient for the central rail station.

There was urine left from the previous hotel guest when I first got into the toilet in the room after I checked in. I talked to the lady working in front desk and she said she would talk to the manager to get me refund for two days’ stay. However, up to today, I still have not received the refund!

Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind super ruhig, wenn gekippt unglaublich laut da Bahnhof Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, was aber nicht stört, da man ja in der Regel nicht viel Zeit dort verbringt

Very conveniently situation across from Berlin's central station, it is easy get to the hotel. My check-in was done by friendly members of the staff. I was very pleased with the room, as a single traveler. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Bathroom of an OK size, and the shower was fairly large. The breakfast was good, with a good food selection and friendly staff. I really liked the opportunity to squeez my own fresh orange juice.

I can hear noises from the other room. Then there is loud music coming from the hallway which I can also hear inside the room, affecting my sleep. Room is not very clean. You can see dust floating around and on the floor and other surfaces. I got a very high cost for my stay because of an event in Berlin so for the price I paid, it’s not worth it. But if it’s a good dral then I guess go ahead and book. The best part of the hotel is that it’s located just across of the Berlin Main Station.

Everything was generally clean, but there seemed to be quite a lot of dust in the air - maybe it came from the mattress. The room was quiet and comfortable for a one or two-night stay. Unfortunately, there were no international channels on the TV, which was a small minus. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was nice. The big plus was when we asked for "late checkout", we could stay in the room for free until 1:00 p.m.

Trevligt hotell som ligger bra till tvärs över från centralstationen. Snyggt rum men si så där med duschväggar av glas som vetter rakt in i rummet. Går inte att duscha avskilt utan man står där liksom där "mitt i rummet".

Location was good for us. We had a train to catch early in the morning. We had jet lag and went straight to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the room was hot! The a/c was not working. The desk person wasn’t able to get it working and recommended to open the window. It did cool down some but it was noisy.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel très bien situé à 2 minutes de la gare centrale. Malgré le prix assez élevé nous n’avons eu qu’une chambre avec vue sur la cour intérieure. La chambre est petite avec le lavabo dans le coin séjour. La douche vitrée donne sur le lit ce qui est gênant pour l’intimité . Il n’y a pas de fauteuil, pas de table. C’est suffisant pour passer une nuit mais pas pour séjourner. L’équipement est moderne et propre,

We liked the hotel a lot! The personal was very helping, fast and friendly. The whole atmosphere was in general quite welcoming, the bed was comfy, the water pressure was perfect. As a critique: the furniture was a bit too dusty and I have an allergy, which is quite common. The WiFi didn’t work at all or there came a notification in our phones because the license wasn’t valid anymore… ): We highly recommend this hotel! (:

The room was quite small. I brought in a patio chair because there was only a stool provided. There was no workstation. I balanced my computer on my suitcase to do some work. The lobby entrance is very dark. The main advantage is you can walk to the train station, trams and buses. About 70m, very convenient.

Knäppande ljud i rummet under hela nätterna, vilket gjorde det svårt att somna. Sömnig och totalt ointresserad personal vid utcheckningen. Ställer inga frågor om vistelsen. Trevlig bar med gott vin dock. Rummet okej men mer slitet än vad hotellet vill ge sken av. Betydligt sämre än sin marknadsföring. Finns bättre hotell i närheten av centralstationen i Berlin. Undvik detta även om priset är lågt.

The property itself is fine, no issues at all. New, clean, etc. Service is abismal. And no I’m not an angry customer, I had no “problems” per se, but the staff are unfriendly, I didn’t feel welcome, they didn’t want to answer questions, or smile or help in any way. They seemed put out the whole time I was there. Also any F&B purchases are highway robbery. I accept a markup for hotel, I get it. But 4x markup should not be legal.

We chose Hotel Romy for its excellent proximity to transportation in Berlin. Our first night was difficult because that room would not work with our physical conditions. The staff went over and above making sure that the next four nights were a pleasure. We couldn’t be more impressed with a front desk staffer than we are with Gabriel. He worked with his supervisor to identify a room that would best fit our needs and even escorted us to it to check it would work. Every hotel should have employees this caring and professional.

We chose Hotel Romy for its excellent proximity to transportation in Berlin. Our first night was difficult because that room would not work with our physical conditions. The staff went over and above making sure that the next four nights were a pleasure. We couldn’t be more impressed with a front desk staffer than we are with Gabriel. He worked with his supervisor to identify a room that would best fit our needs and even escorted us to it to check it would work. Every hotel should have employees this caring and professional.

Great location near the central train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was bit small but if you travel with small loguage it's perfect where you just visiting the city. Definitely will back when visiting Berlin next time

Very conveniently situation across from Berlin's central station, it is easy get to the hotel. My check-in was done by friendly members of the staff. I was very pleased with the room, as a single traveler. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Bathroom of an OK size, and the shower was fairly large. The breakfast was good, with a good food selection and friendly staff. I really liked the opportunity to squeez my own fresh orange juice.

Hotel is right by train station. Plenty of local transportation as well. Nice little area next to hotel with food trucks. Music as well. The hotel is very quiet and eco friendly. You do all your check in by your cellphone or the tablet at the tony desk. Rooms are clean and bathroom is good size. Plenty of hot water in the shower phenomenal water pressure. Nice place to stay

This was ideal for our last night in Berlin. It was across from the train station which made easy access to the airport and getting around Berlin. Breakfaat was excellent but the rooms are compact.

Great stay. Excellent location. Easy to catch bus or train. Breakfast was ok. Could have been better for the price. Otherwise will be happy to stay again. We’ll done Hotel Romy.

Reception staff were very good, room/bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, only problem was the breakfast room wasn’t open on the 1st morning and we had to go to the sister hotel for breakfast (only at the end of the block but had to go back to room for our coats as it was raining(. The hotel bar and restaurant never opened on the 3 nights we were there. Having said that we would stay again as convenient for the central rail station.

Very trendy hotel for a good price right next door to the station. So many great options for food right by the hotel made it so convenient. The area is super busy, but the hotel was well insulated and it never bugged me while in my room. The breakfast was really great.

I hate these places that nickel and dime you for every single thing. I asked for one extra caffeinated espresso pod so I could have a coffee when I arrived and one in the morning, but they said I have to pay for each additional coffee pod. There was even a sign in my room that said we are entitled to four coffee pods with our room, so I told them this but they said they changed their policy and the sign was no longer valid. I felt it is unethical that they did not honor the sign in the room, and inhospitable to charge for the privilege of having two coffees in two days.

We would definitely stay at this hotel again, EXCEPT we would get a bigger room. There was only one small 3-legged stool to sit on and no real desk. But, here’s the good part. It had a really easy check in and check out. Our room was super quiet. The bed was comfortable. And the location can’t be beat. Directly across from the Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station) with an escalator entrance right next to the hotel. So, if there are bigger rooms with somewhere for 2 people to sit, I will book a bigger room next time.
