Very dog-friendly hotel with a huge grass area to take them for walks ans potty breaks. It's very quiet and the beds are super comfortable too.

Unfortunately, my two-night stay was extremely disappointing, mainly because of the customer service I received from the front desk. From check-in, the staff member was cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. There was no explanation of hotel or housekeeping policies—I provided my ID, received my key, and that was essentially the entire interaction. After the first day, I returned to find my room had not been cleaned and there were no fresh towels. When I called the front desk, same staff member, she then explained the housekeeping policy. I told her this was never communicated to me at check-in. Instead of acknowledging the lack of communication, apologizing, or offering assistance, she curtly shrugged her shoulders and gave no meaningful response. That interaction was incredibly dismissive and made me feel like asking for basic assistance was an inconvenience. The guests above me were also extremely noisy, with loud TV and footsteps around 1 AM and again as early as 5 AM. I normally would have contacted the front desk, but after my previous interaction, I genuinely did not feel comfortable asking her for help again. Hotels cannot control every guest, and policies vary. My biggest issue was how I was treated. Basic courtesy, communication, and willingness to assist should be expected in hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard.
