Bonjour, un acceuil chalereux, une chambre spacieuse, un dejeuner de bonne qualité, un acces au transport en commun en face de l’hotel, un parking pour ceux en voiture.

Super Frühstück. Laktosefreie Milch und Joghurt. Ebensfalls glutenfrei sowie vegane Möglichkeiten. Gute Parkplatzsituation. Wir sind überall mit dem Auto hingefahren. Daher können wir die öffentlichen Anbindungen nicht bewerten. Der Flugverkehr war von unserem Zimmer sehr laut zu hören. Allerdings ist ja irgendwann auch Nachflugverbot. Dann ist es sehr ruhig.

not a tourist terrorist and I will not complain about trifles. But the non-working sauna was very disappointing. Also, you have to take into account the fact the hotel is quite far from the tram station to Cologne (about 20 minutes walk). It was quite exhausting - making such a long way every day (the tram is going 25-30 minutes to the Dom). Cons: good and varied breakfast and room was cleaned every day as should be.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Price quality ratio is very high. Parking, expert staff, good bed, and bath. Good breakfast. We stayed only 1 night, but it could have bene more. Perhaps next time. Thanks!

Super séjour Chambre très bien équipée, confortable et très propre comme l’ensemble de l’hôtel d’ailleurs. Buffet petit déjeuner très complet. Le + : l’espace bien être avec hammam, sauna, douches, cabine infrarouge et serviettes à dispo. Parfait !

Mehr Infos durch das Personal wäre praktisch gewesen. Wenn man zb nach der Sauna fragt.spinde benötigen Kleingeld. Handtücher sind vor Ort... Kein Fahrstuhl

Positif : grand parking, accueil agréable, excellente literie, petit déjeuner complet et vraiment bien avec salle intérieure et exterieure Négatif : Chambre sans déco et froide, climatisation défaillante, télé non connectée, pas de bouilloire ou de machine a café et surtout un quatrième étage sans ascenseur qui s'arrête au 3eme : ensuite c'est l'expédition... 7 portes hyper lourdes a pousser puis un escalier... et a la réception personne ne nous a demandé si cela nous dérangeait. Tout ça pour une chambre supposée "confort"

Leider musste ich feststellen, dass sich an der Badezimmerdecke meines ersten Zimmers Schimmel befand. Nachdem ich das bei der Rezeption meldete, hieß es, dass unverzüglich ein Haustechniker zur Kontrolle geschickt wird. Nach einer Dreiviertelstunde Abwesenheit hatte sich leider nichts verändert. Der erneute Gang zur Rezeption führte dazu, dass ich eine neue Zimmerkarte und ein neues Zimmer bekam. Ich räumte mein erstes Zimmer um kurz danach festzustellen, dass auch in Zimmer Nummer zwei Schimmel an der Decke war. Erneut an der Rezeption angekommen, drückte man mir eine dritte Schlüsselkarte in die Hand und riet mir mein Gepäck doch erstmal liegen zu lassen um das Zimmer unbepackt anzusehen. Auch dieses Zimmer war von Schimmel befallen. Zimmer Nummer vier suchte ich dann gemeinsam mit einer Rezeptionistin auf. Dieses war Schimmelfrei. Vorher begutachteten wir noch gemeinsam den Schimmelbefall in Zimmer Nummer zwei. Man gestand mir nachdem ich aus dem dritten Zimmer zurück kam, dass schon seit geraumer Zeit die Lüftung des Hotels defekt sei, aber bereits daran gearbeitet würde und die Zimmer als Fertig markiert waren.

Wir hatten Zimmer 142, das war an sich super. Einziges Manko: im Badezimmer war an der Decke Schimmel und Farbfehler, das könnte mal behoben werden. Das Frühstück war super umfangreich und lecker und wurde stets aufgefüllt.

Frühstück war super, Personal sehr nett. Das war es dann aber leider auch. Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen (zumindest unser Zimmer im 1. OG). Der Teppich ist einfach widerlich, Badezimmer verschimmelt und schmutzig. Die Kissen für die Schlafcouch waren zu groß für die Bezüge, daher hat das halbe Kissen rausgeschaut. Die Flecken, die da zum Vorschein kamen, waren einfach ekelhaft. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Receptionist are not helpful housekeeping is a big disaster. They just make up the beds. They don’t take any dirty glass or any dirty coffee cup they they left it las it is the bathroom and the room wasn’t clean. This is the sixth time Istat in this hotel this was the worst one of me, I am really sorry about it

Personal Top. Frühstück top. Das Zimmer grundsätzlich sauber. Teppich war fleckig die wohl nicht mehr rausgehen. Der Bademantel der angegeben war, fehlte. Wir benötigten den auch nicht, darum haben wir keinen noch angefordert. Bad sauber aber eine Grundsanierung wäre notwendig.

Pretty good hotel for the price, especially with breakfast included. Staff were friendly, there was a good amount of parking and we liked the breakfast options. Only negatives were the slightly dirty carpet in the room and cutlery could've been cleaned better.

We stayed in a superior double room for 5 nights. The air conditioning system did not work throughout the whole trip. Reported this on a number of occasions to the front desk and told this was same for whole hotel . Some friends were staying at the same hotel and ALL of their rooms had their air co ditio ers working. Our room overooked the main road and hotel paking and a skip. As the ac susytem not working we had to have the door open and the noise from the traffic and workers busy throwing ju k into the skip as a early as 6am made it very difficult for us to sleep. I am very disappointed witht he hotel and no one fixed the issue in our room.

Baulich eine Katastrophe. Vorallem die Doppeltüren, währen man die zweite aufmachen muss, fällt einem die erste in den Rücken. Zum Schlafen ok , ansonsten nicht besonderes und abgewohnt

The overall hotel is fab stayed here over 3 times and is our first choice always in Germany, but we was on ground floor, and the WiFi didn't reach our room, and all the air conditioning was not available ( even though this was stated on the amenities available) , but was provided a fan. Breakfast was lovely as always. Lots to choose from. Beds are comfortable, and rooms are big enough.

Hotel is easy to reach from the motorway. Large surface parking is onsite with plenty of spaces. Underground carpark available, chargeable at €9.50 a day. Check in was easy. Room was large, with double bed (2 singles zipped together). Juliette window overlooking the courtyard. There was no Aircon in the room. Room location was quiet. The curtains could do with being wider, they either didn't meet in the middle or large gaps on the sides. So bring an eye mask unless you like being woken up by daylight. The room could have been cleaner a glance under the bed, rather wish I hadn't! Bathroom was good. Huge shower and good water pressure and temperature. Breakfast was varied and plentyful. Lots of hot options. Cereals, cold meat, cheese, yoghurt, a variety of fresh fruit. Different breads and rolls, jams, spreads, patè. There were mini croissants and Danish pastries those these went quick and took a while to be replenished. Lots of drink options. Lactose free and dairy alternative milk available. Limited gluten free choice (some packaged crispbreads) The bus station is located in the next road. It can either take you to Cologne in over an hour or to the Ubahn station. Which was total travel from hotel to Cologne in 45mins. Returning from Cologne after 6 there are limited or no buses. The Ubahn runs until late but it's just over a kilometre walk uphill to the hotel from the Ubahn station. This wasn't clear in the hotel information. We would have stayed elsewhere otherwise.

It is a wonderful facility, however our room on the first floor was located directly over the loading dock and was extremely noisy very early in the morning!

Hotel ist absolut ok, zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch längst nicht alt. Leider war es Nachts vom benachbarten Parkhaus laut mit Feuerwerkskörpern und später durch weniger soziale Menschen auf dem Flur, aber das Risiko ist da wenn ein großes Hotel recht günstig ist.

Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen..

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nicht sehr kundenorientiert, mehr mit sich selbst und der Verwaltung beschäftigt.

Ein sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Die Atmosphäre im Hotel strahlt eine sehr angenehme positive Stimmung. Herzlichen dank für diesen tollen Service! Das Essen, sowie am Abend als auch das Frühstück lies nichts zu Wünschen übrig! Alles TOP ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Danke für den netten Empfang und das Eingehen auf unsere Wünsche. Wir waren schon einmal zu Gast und kommen mit Sicherheit erneut wieder, wenn es mal wieder nach Köln oder in das Phantasialand gehen soll.

Overall my accommodation was good, but the evening reception guy at the front desk was one of the most useless staff people I’ve encountered at any hotel in my years of travel. My room lost power two days into my stay due to a breaker tripping and I went to the front desk for help. The guy made an attempt to supposedly help and more than an hour later I still had no power. No follow up, no contact to let me know he was working on the issue. I had to head to the front desk for a second time since the initial guy was nowhere to be found. Another gentleman (seemed like a senior staff) heard my complaint and within 1 minute I had power back in my room. What was more infuriating was that the first guy saw me multiple times during my stay for several days afterwards and I didn’t get as much as a regret for keeping me without power for over an hour. Zero customer service and he had this attitude/demeanor where he was doing me a favor. Either that guy has no business being in a customer service role or he denied me the service I required on the basis of being a non-local. Very, very disrespectful.

Super nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Frühstück war nett hergerichtet und wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt.

Gute Lage zwischen Köln und Phantasialand. Schön für ein langes Wochenende als Familie. Zudem großes Einkaufszentrum zu Fuß erreichbar.

Excellent place to stay with the family. A mall with everything just crossing the street. Bus station. Very kind crew! Love the breakfast! I did not want to leave!

Net hotel, goede locatie.

Das Hotel ist klasse! Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Frühstück hat wirklich alles zu bieten. Einzige Kleinigkeit ist, dass man ca. 55 Minuten in die Stadt braucht mit ein bis 2 Mal umsteigen (was öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angeht), aber die Anbindung ist trotzdem gut :) Kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen 😊

Prima hotel met genoeg parkeerplek en dichtbij een leuk winkel centrum. Ontbijt was echt heerlijk genoeg keuze van diverse broodjes, yoghurtjes,vleeswaren enz. Ideale locatie om Keulen te bezoeken en/of Phantasialand.

Nette hotel, rustige omgeving, goed ontbijt

Super hotel. Ligt heerlijk rustig met de mogelijkheid om binnen 20 minuten, via het openbaar vervoer, in hartje Keulen te staan. En in 35 minuten hartje Bonn. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitstekend en erg uitgebreid ontbijt. Zelfs aan glutenvrij brood was gedacht! Een aanrader!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war super, sehr große Auswahl, immer wieder wurde die Frische etc. aufgefüllt so das kein Leerlauf am Buffet entstand. Trotz das viele Gäste gleichzeitig beim Frühstück waren, gab es ausreichend Platz, so das man in ruhe sein Frühstück genießen konnte. Wir können das Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt nochmal ein Aufenthalt Buchen.

Gutes Hotel. Check-in dauerte etwas lang. Wir kamen mit 2 Hunden. War kein Problem. Hundegebühr ist etwas teuer. Ob 1 oder 2 Hunde, der Reinigungsaufwand ist der gleiche. Im Restaurant gut gegessen. Auch Frühstück war toll.
