The Expedia website was incorrect. They have no hot tub air. Pool was out of water. Your shower with lukewarm water in the staff were not friendly will not stay here again.

So, despite the description, breakfast is not included. It does cost extra. Also, they cut back on housekeeping services, so don't expect to have your room cleaned, trash removed, cups resupplied, or the in-room coffee supplies restocked unless you request it the day before. I had to keep going down to the lobby for cups and supplies for the in-room coffee maker, which was a hassle. Also, the pool was out of commission during our time there. The kids were looking forward to playing in the pool during our stay, but that didn't happen. On the positive side, there are lots of restaurants nearby, good access to the highway, and the hotel was in good shape. I think I'll find another hotel to stay at next time I'm in the area, but it was fine overall

The property is in need of updating. They are using some cleaning with horrid perfume smell. It gives me a migraine. I’m glad they gave their staff the holiday off but we ran out of coffee in the room and couldn’t even get it from Lobby. They found at least offer a couple amenities since their staff was on holiday. Used to love this place and they were accommodating when we checked in but was downhill from there. I have always chosen this hotel because they had the most comfortable beds but this bed was not. The perfume and lack of amenities due to holiday was disappointing. They could have at least offered coffee for lack of housekeeping. Sadly disappointed. Will choose other accommodation next time. And we are there frequently due to family there.

The Inn is located in a relatively quiet part of Quail Springs near other hotels. It is close to the mall and other shopping centers. The listing for the room says that breakfast is included. It was not. The listing says there is a pool but the pool is closed for the rest of the year and the hotel doesn't notify you until the refund period has expired. When this information was brought up at the hotel, the concierge contacted a manager who wouldn't come to the desk so he had to walk back and forth to say that the manager knows that the website is wrong but breakfast hasn't been included for a long time. No effort was put forth to make things right, just a shrug. My advice is to call any Hilton hotel before booking because this is not the first time I had an issue with inaccurate listings. I guess Hilton saw COVID as the opportunity to reduce service while raising costs.

The ice machine didn’t work. The computers didn’t work at breakfast. A bright light to light up the building was right outside my window so you couldn’t get the room dark. My trip was cut short so when I told the front desk they said “Don’t tell me, tell Expedia”.

Many things out of order: one elevator (only two total elevators), ice machine on 2nd floor out of order (our floor), one of 3 stalls in bathroom lobby out of order. Shampoo dispenser out of order. No bartender around, one guy at the bar, I walked up to bar well before 10:00 pm and waited, and waited, finally asked the front desk clerk, and he went to look for her, she come out and said she closed at 10:00. The bathroom smelled like vomit. The front desk gave me some eco friendly air freshener and some cleaning rags. She kept insisting this is the way the laundry smells. 3 night stay, so I went to Walmart and got some non eco-friendly bleach and cleaned the bathroom floor myself, with the cleaning rags. Then it didn't smell like vomit.

This property was not clean or well kept. Trash in the halls and spills down the wall in our room. Equipment beat up in room. The worse thing was that our room was left open with the locking latch in the door for 12 hours after the Maid serviced room. Upon reporting this to the front desk agent (Cooper), the agent flippantly asked him “ what do you want me to do about it?“ He then proceeded to insult my husband regarding his age. He cursed at him and asked if he wanted to “take it outside.” We checked out a day early after that incident and are still waiting for the refund for the last night that was prepaid.

The hostess, Tarana, was very nice and hospitable. The hotel was very quiet during the day and night, even though there was a competition going on that weekend and housed alot of teens. It was very quiet. But the most impressive was the cleanliness of the room. As soon as I got into my room, I attempted to do a second cleaning of the room before unpacking. The room was absolutely spotless, even in the bathroom. The microwave and refrigerator was spotless. It was very close to plenty of restaurants, as well, within walking distance. I was very impressed with this hotel! We will definitely be staying again!

The room was very small (122). The hotel is in desperate need of renovation to be competitive with nearby locations. A six day stay with only one visit by housekeeping was sort of repulsive and no bath soap was provided. The sample products did not last the entire time of visit. It was actually worst than the Hampton Inn I stayed at the days before and I was irritiated at the $10.00 charge for breakfast.

Hotel is in a nice area with many restaurant choices. Our room, while not appearing to be updated, was nice and clean as was the bath. Our bed squeaked a little but didn’t interfere with sleep. I wish the mini fridge had been turned on—we had things we would have liked to have kept cold. All in all, a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

I changed things up from my normal hotel because this was closer to my work. I checked in online the day before my stay, it told me I was good to proceed straight to my room, gave me a digital key. My flight was delayed so I didn't get to the hotel until 1am , and I waited for 5 minutes at the front desk for help (I also like a real keycard in case my phone is dead). I was exhausted so I gave up and went to my room after no one showed up to help. Got in to the room no problem. Next morning at 8am, manager plus someone else banged on my door to see if I was in there because I wasn't all the way checked in... So bizarre (and frankly upsetting because I'm sure they saw when I opened my room in their system, and they knocked without even giving me 8 hours of peace). The majority of the front desk staff have been nice. However I had an issue with my toilet running all night and lights being out, the front desk guy that helped me gave me some attitude about wanting it fixed. They did get it fixed same day though. The room is clean, however it's clear the hotel is a little older. The rooms are just *aged*. The towels are really not soft, borderline hard. The couch cushions are super squished and saggy. And the sound proofing between rooms is non existent.

We arrived early for a graduation we were attending asked if we could check in early to get ready and the girl working the desk would not even look she just sat on her stool and said all of the rooms are being cleaned. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot they were not booked or overbooked. We had to go to their public bathroom to change and get ready I realize we were early but she didn’t even attempt to check to see if our room was ready even after we asked her to do so.. I think she was just lazy And I never complain or try to say anything bad but it was the worse!

This property was not clean or well kept. Trash in the halls and spills down the wall in our room. Equipment beat up in room. The worse thing was that our room was left open with the locking latch in the door for 12 hours after the Maid serviced room. Upon reporting this to the front desk agent (Cooper), the agent flippantly asked him “ what do you want me to do about it?“ He then proceeded to insult my husband regarding his age. He cursed at him and asked if he wanted to “take it outside.” We checked out a day early after that incident and are still waiting for the refund for the last night that was prepaid.

This was a typical Hilton Garden Inn stay. It as clean and comfortable. Our room was large compared to a regular hotel. The location of this property is near a lot of restaurants and shopping. I'm sure we would stay here again.

Stayed here for my second time on a work trip to OKC. Overall the property was clean and I appreciate that. My biggest issue was that when I booked through Orbitz the property clearly listed "Free Breakfast". When we ate breakfast they came around to our table asked for our room number and charged $10.00 to our account. When we asked even showed them a screen shot they just said "they lie" and refused to fix it. In addition I attempted to notify they front desk that both the iron and Keurig in my room were not working. It was a simple "okay" with no note or interest in fixing the problem for future guests. We spoke to the front desk twice. The first day the representative was very rude. The 2nd was nice but did not care and was not able to help. We asked for the manager but he was "unavailable". Despite insisting there was nothing they could do somehow they managed to get the listing on Orbitz fixed. Overall very dissatisfied and won\'t stay here again. Mistakes happen but a refusal to own them and a complete lack of customer service was a VERY poor experience.

Their employees need more training in how to approach costumers. I was told that breakfast was included with my stay, just to find out by a man yelling to me across the room that it was not included. He should had come to me and ask me in private the information he needed from me instead of yelling and getting the attention of all people in the room.

I changed things up from my normal hotel because this was closer to my work. I checked in online the day before my stay, it told me I was good to proceed straight to my room, gave me a digital key. The hostess, Tarana, was very nice and hospitable. The hotel was very quiet during the day and night, even though there was a competition going on that weekend and housed alot of teens. It was very quiet. But the most impressive was the cleanliness of the room. As soon as I got into my room, I attempted to do a second cleaning of the room before unpacking. The room was absolutely spotless, even in the bathroom. The microwave and refrigerator was spotless. It was very close to plenty of restaurants, as well, within walking distance. I was very impressed with this hotel! We will definitely be staying again!

Hotel is in a nice area with many restaurant choices. Our room, while not appearing to be updated, was nice and clean as was the bath. Our bed squeaked a little but didn’t interfere with sleep. I wish the mini fridge had been turned on—we had things we would have liked to have kept cold. All in all, a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

They plainly advertised "Free breakfast available" on Expedia as an incentive to book there but upon arriving the "Free breakfast" is free for only if you pay for it. I mentioned this to the front desk and they didn\'t care and didn\'t offer to do anything related to deception of the customer. The management is deceptive, dishonest and unethical!!! That’s not why the review is terrible had they not charged my card in advance I would have stayed only one night or not at all if I could have got at least some of my money back. This hotel is very outdated I’ve never stayed at a Hilton this old and dirty the furniture is chipped needs renovation
Hotel is old very outdated the property is terrible for the rate the rooms I had to change rooms cause the first room was not cleaned smelled and felt nasty we changed rooms second room smelled fresh but obvious not clean could have been better. $10 for breakfast selection terrible for the price you would think free breakfast better off going to IHop $3 for btl water I’ve seen this at 5star hotels but this hotel really don’t even deserve a star. Then my husband cologne was left in the first room we were told after giving keys to another room we could check in and exchange rooms when we returned front desk clerk did accommodate us in changing our rooms.
