I would not go back. The carpet was filthy, dirt in the corners. The ice machine was broke. The furniture was old and dirty. All we had for bedding was a thin sheet and light blanket. The pillows smelled so bad I had to spray cologne on them.

It was a place to stay. No extra amenities beyond that. Mediocre breakfast at best, ice machine was broken but they had ice in a bag. Just lacking the little niceties to take it over the top, staff was very willing to help though.

Front desk girl upon check in Sat night didnt even say hello just looked at us. We had to say hi. Cleaning mop and bucket, broom, dust pan in lobby and remained till we checked out. Elevator floor carpet was stained and worn, they attempted to paint but very sloppy and painted over door hinges. Carpet in room very stained. Air was nice and cold. Price was very good. Breakfast was waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt, apples and oatmeal. The cleaner they use is extremely potent smelling.

Our rooms were not very clean and the carpet was gross. The entire hotel needs a major professional deep clean. All hotel rooms are in terrible shape. The elevator smells terrible - like curdled milk. Check-in was quick and easy. Bed was pretty comfortable. We rented 4 rooms and all parties felt the same about the rooms.

This year's stopover was not very pleasant. The room we booked reaked of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The night shift desk attendant was very nice and accommodating. He found us a new room. When I opened the curtains in the morning there was an open half drank alcoholic beverage sitting on the window sill. The morning desk attendant was more interested in standing outside and smoking than doing his job. The lobby floor was filthy. The breakfast bar was pretty slim. No plain milk or cream for coffee, only flavored. We stayed here 2 years ago on our way home to Ohio and it was fine. After this time we don't plan on staying again.

I was very disappointed in the overall quality of the property. We stayed there a few years ago and we're very impressed. It seems management has done nothing to keep the property up. Stains on the flooring, grime on the elevator floor and worn furnishings come to mind. Won't stay there again.

Bed and bathroom were reasonably clean. Lobby, elevator and hallway were dirty, hot, and smelled like skunk (marijuana?). Carpet and chair/ottoman in room were visibly dirty. I would not stay here again if I could avoid it.

Our room was filthy! Carpets had stains on them, our room smelled like food, there was a film all over the mirrors and windows, the sheets were old and looked worn and yellow, the bath towels were old and stained. The wash cloths felt like sandpaper.

The carpet was dirty...hair in the shower...unvacumbed good under the bed...I found a hair when I pulled back the sheets...It told me the sheets weren't changed...I would never stay there again...I read the reviews and that's why I stayed there, I'm glad others had a better experience than we did...

This property has cockroaches. When we made them aware, they offered us a different room that was under construction. They refused to refund us or help us find another hotel. We had to spend $100 to get pillows and blankets so we could sleep in my car in a Walmart parking lot.

The hotel was convenient for our travel itinerary. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of our room we were assigned. Bedding was stained and looked very unsanitary. We asked to be moved to another room. The second room was acceptable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The photos of the hotel looks great. We got there we found a bar of soap used in our shower. But that wasn’t what was bad at 11:30 we went to go lay down and inspected the bed and found bedbugs. We packed everything up and left.

We have not stayed at this Microtel in years and the quality has gone down. The shower got water everywhere, the toilet would not stop running, and the refrigerator did not work. The room was clean and the staff was great, but the place has a bit of a rundown feel because those things were not kept up.

The hotel was nice except the floor in our room was stained and the wood or whatever is under the carpet was squeaky and felt uneven. The clerk was nice and patient but seemed to be having trouble getting the payment from Expedia to process. He was very professional and nice though.

Check in was super quick and easy. Got there late at night and it was quiet. Not sure if it was a late night thing or not but there was no hot water… that’s my only negative.

This property is a terrible excuse for a hotel. Do NOT stay here. There is NO hot water and you will have to take an ICE cold shower as they know it is a problem and won’t fix it and believe me in December the water is ICE cold. Oh not to mention they said they couldn’t find out reservation but they had rooms and we now have SEVEN pending charges on our credit card!!! Do NOT stay here!! BEWARE!!!

Hotel wasn’t the nicest I’ve stayed at but also wasn’t the worst either. Room was outdated and smelled like old cigarette smoke and cleaning products. Water pressure in the shower was nice though.

Friendly, helpful staff, property is clean. Breakfast was not extravagant, but had things that we liked. There was a major problem with the heating unit in our room. It was so loud that I had trouble falling asleep as the noise would come on every 8 minutes or so.

The breakfast options were decent - cereal, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, bagel, apples. And the coffee was better than expected. This was our fifth stay here over the years as we pass through this way when visiting family in Ohio. I would stay again.

I have a service dog and the lady at the desk really gave me a hard time. The place stinks and the carpet is putrid. Do not stay here. Staff is very rude. Parking is terrible. Ahould have gone to Holiday inn express.

Was clean and comfortable. Stopped for a quick over night stay to break up a long trip. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. It didn’t bother me and my kids are teenagers, but there is a strip club within walking distance which may not be appropriate for younger kids, however, we did not hear any noise or inappropriate activity from it.

Was clean and comfortable. Stopped for a quick over night stay to break up a long trip. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was right off the interstate in a nice area. It was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. The only issue was that our room had a strange odor. Can’t even explain what it smelled like but not pleasant.

Business trip so wasn't there long to explore the area but there is a Cracker Barrel and Napoli's pizza very close. Right off the exit so easy to locate, would stay here again if I am in the area

Rooms and motel is nice, clean and comfortable. The location isn't the best, right next to a strip club lol. And restaurants are close and conveniently close to motel property. Staff was good and very welcoming. They let me check in early and check out late. No complaints👍

The hotel is a 2 minute drive from I-77 . The friendly staff made me feel so very welcome . The peace and quiet made my stay pleasant . The clean room and comfortable bed made my overnight complete .

Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Check in was reasonably quick and easy. Room was clean, quiet, and pillows were great. The breakfast options were decent - cereal, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, bagel, apples. And the coffee was better than expected. This was our fifth stay here over the years as we pass through this way when visiting family in Ohio. I would stay again.

You get what you pay for … the elevator and hallway smelt horrible …. Breakfast was waffles and some toast. Waffles you make yourself. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were outdated the carpets looked liked they have been around for quite sometime

The staff at the front desk was excellent. We did not require maid service. Parking was excellent. The beds were EXCELLENT and clean. The water heated up in seconds and the heat worked like a champ. Breakfast (minimal, but very good) is served from 6 am to 10 am. We thought the room price for our 2-night stay was exceptional. We'd have no problem staying there again.

Check in took a bit long and both keycards stopped working in the morning. But the front desk clerk was very friendly and professional. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and breakfast options were limited but for the price the room was worth it.

Check in was a quick and easy process. The room was clean but did smell like smoke. The shower didn’t drain so that was a let down. Great staff. The breakfast however is a joke! Don’t plan on eating here.

The breakfast was a joke if we wanted a waffle or cereal we could’ve planned that ahead of time. But when it says continental breakfast you expect much much more .

Checked in a day early. Check in went ok. Hotel smelled like smoke (like something was burning) from front desk all the way to 2nd floor. It was horrible. Got to room and it was a cool night. Tried for hours to get heater to work. Never happened. Called front desk & was told it was probably because it wasn't cold enough & I explained I turn heater on & off several times hoping it would reset. Called the front desk again & was finally moved to different room. Keep in mind that I am mobility challenged & using a cane. Next morning I stopped at front desk to ensure card would still work that evening since I was moved to different room. Desk person reset card, I arrived that evening & room key didn't work. It scanned green then immediately red. Went back to front desk & was told battery in door must be dead. He came to change it out, He couldn't get it to work. Was told he would try something else & could fix it without opening door. Left the next morning for an event. Came back that evening & key still didn't work. He came up & unlocked door with manual key. Worked on door key code lock again and said it was fixed. I will never know-I checked out the next morning. This is first BAD experience I've had at this Microtel location.

Staff was the best and most efficient . The manager immediately made any request we had done in a moments notice. The only thing the motel needs a little refurbishing. The staff and manager was great!!!
