The hotel and room were so clean and the staff were wonderful. I wish the room was arranged differently. We couldn't see the TV from the sofa. So we either had to sit at the desk or in the bed. And the mattress was terrible. I stay in Orange often. If it weren't for the mattress I would be back. I know this can't be changed but more of a heads-up to my fellow disabled people. I requested an accessible room because I have serious balance issues. They had two options, either a roll in or one with grab bars, I chose the grab bars. It had plenty of grab bars which was perfect. But the bottom of the tub is curved, so you can't stand flat.

The price of this La Quinta compared to the rest of the industry was very overpriced. Our floor was really dirty in the room. AC was having a hard time working, the interior needs a significant upgrade and the electronic door device would not read the card. The staff member was great!

Hotel lobby was clean and updated, however the guest rooms were outdated and unclean. Air conditioning didn’t work in first room and had to change rooms, however, not much better. Was supposed to have a two night stay but checked out by 8am after surviving the first night only because we were tired and got in to town last that night for a family funeral the next morning.
