We were looking for a place to pull and overnight for a long drive. Nothing fancy but clean would have been nice. I had three rooms booked total. All had cockroaches dead and a live in them. There was a strong natural gas smell that came into the rooms. All of them had showered that drained slowly. One being to ankles by the time he was done showering. Room 153 had old milk in the refrigerator and brown stains. Didn’t leave us with a clean feeling. Due to the state of the rooms, we did not partake in the continental breakfast because we didn’t trust the food was safe.

This was far the worst room I've ever stayed in. The guy at the front desk was rude to start. But when we walked in that room... OMG. Mold on the ceiling. 1 big huge cockroach in the bathroom flipped upside down still half alive but dying. Another crawling out from under the sink by the bathroom.. Me and my best friend had to go to Walmart and buy bug spray, extra sheets and blankets because we did not trust sleeping on theirs just by the conditions of the room. We was there 2 days. The last day we barely slept there because we didn't wanna go back to that room. It was horrible. I will NEVER stay there again. Hotels.com need to take this off as a suggestion because this is not it.

This was probably one of the most difficult hotels I’ve ever stayed in. They don’t allow you to take your breakfast to your own rooms. There’s roaches all over the place. They kick you off the Wi-Fi. The people that work at the front. Their accents are so hard that you barely understand them. They charge you for having an ESA pet their machines to let you into the door are always running low on battery so sometimes you may get locked outside your room longer than you want to be the TVs do not work. The light in the bathrooms are always flickering. There’s never any batteries in the remote controls And they took water from us for six hours.

Not nice at all! Very dirty and when my girlfriend said something to the front desk the were rude abd unhelpful. The next morning I was gonna pay to stay another night and they said my wife was too much and I couldn’t get the room again. I heard her on the phone she basically said your cleaners did not do a good job that’s it!
