Disappointed there was no continental breakfast and had to pay for breakfast foods, tv didn't work right and housekeeping and maintenance couldnt fix it, hot tub was dirty. But it was quiet and easy parking close to myrtle beach activities.

Not really any issues—-check in was easy as was check out. I just wish that the pools were more clean as we visited when it was 97 degrees outdoors. But otherwise we plan to stay here again due to location.

All personnel & breakfast staff lovely. Beautiful lobby. Unfortunately no dinner service due to staff shortage. Outdoor pool area could use more attention maintenance wise. Would def recommend & stay again.

The airport shuttle did not begin until 6am. Our flight was at 7am so we had to take a taxi to the airport instead of being able to take the hotel's airport shuttle

It was very conveniently close to the airport and the hotel shuttle was the best I’ve ever experienced. The longest wait for the shuttle was 5 minutes.

Antonetta was pleasant and very helpful. This hotel is a little out dated but was very clean and we got room service both days we was there. They have a bar & grill if you want to order inside instead of going out.

Had a great stay. Patricia was excellent. She checked on us during our stay several times. Also, kudos to the bartender, Eric. This guy knows how to make an old fashion. 10 out of 10 stars. I definitely recommend.

Lobby/hotel was fine. Room was dated, toilet handle broke, floor tiles 'popping' when walking on them, hair dryer barely blows hot air. Rooms - nice that they had micro fridge and microwave in it. Free coffee always a plus - coffee wasn't bad

This property is lovely. Rooms are a little small. There are no suites. The pictures on the Expedia website list an Evolution Room as like a suite. It doesn’t exist so don’t click on it. Just regular standard rooms. Otherwise the staff and the hotel is wonderful. Mall within walking distance and restaurants. The beach is about 10 mins away.

Wasn't on the busy strip but not far to go to hit local attractions. Close to the mall which was handy at times as it has a good food court. Staff was very friendly and the rooms big spacious and clean.

Terrible encounter! Our room was cancelled before we got there, but not by our own doing. we did not receive a notice, no emails, and they denied my record of a phone call. I had called 3 hours prior double checking for our room and sharing our ETA, they said it was ok. They charged our card for a different room when we got there and my booking still showed our original that they gave away. We did not want to stay there anymore but could not leave since they charged us before check-in! Our AC did not work either. We asked for a reimbursement but they said the manager will decide 3-5 business days after our stay. Do not book at this hotel!

Only complaint would be the girl that greeted me at the front desk when i asked for an early check in said she would call when my room was ready. Of course she didnt. I showed up at 4 and it was clean and waiting. Stayed here many times and enjoy the hotel.

Our flight had been unexpectedly canceled. The booking was very last minute. We were frazzled. The staff there could not have been kinder or more friendly. They made us feel very welcomed and comfortable.

In a great location. Many stores to shop, within a walking distance. Large selection of restaurants within a very close proximity. If staying here, check out the Crazy Mason milkshake place nextdoor. Safe area, and hotel very clean. Staff was very helpful and professional.

This hotel is ideal for staying in Myrtle Beach without being on the beach. I choose this place when visiting my daughter at Coastal Carolina University. It has an excellent location and great staff.

This is the only hotel in this price range that I have stayed at that does not offer free breakfast. That, coupled with an exhorbitant penalty for mistakenly booking wrong date (my fault, I admit, but a $180 penalty for a 1-night stay???) means I won't be using Expedia and will stick to chains that I am more familiar with.

I'm so glad that I booked this hotel. The staff was amazing. Loved the breakfast...cook to order 😊. Very pet friendly. Hotel was convenient to everything. Will definitely book again. Room was spacious and clean. Do the snacks and drinks room, it's worth it.
