The worst located hotel ever. They need a better lit sign at the entrance closer to the road. If you miss it you have to take a two mile journey through neighborhoods to get back to it. Not enough parking. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were bulky. It was clean and the breakfast was good.

Not only was I able to get my room early but Melissa was there to greet me with a bottled water. The room was great. The hot tub was amazing! Breakfast was smaller than some restaurants BUT makes up in quality. Fresh fruit, make your own waffles, cereal, scones. I can’t complain about anything.

We rented the suite and it was very spacious, clean and quiet. Great breakfast as well. The entire hotel was very modern, clean and quiet. Loved the indoor pool as well. The lady who checked us at the front desk was super friendly as well. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Indoor pool was a lot of fun, they even turned it up a couple degrees when I mentioned it was good but a little chilly!

We were very happy with our stay. The staff was so friendly and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast choices were excellent. Everyday something new on the hot breakfast. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day of working. The next time we need to visit we will stay here again.

The hotel is elegant and stately with spacious rooms and a lovely breakfast room. However, some additional updates are needed. Our room's TV screen was small, there is no gluten free bread for breakfast and the treadmill in the workout room was not working properly. Also, if you stay multiple nights, you can't get your room cleaned without a 24-hour notice: however you can get more fresh towels, etc. as needed. Staff was friendly and location of the hotel is very convenient.

The hotel was quiet. Beds comfortable, pillows soft. Parking was occassionally tight at night with only 1 or 2 spots available. Entrance to hotel was tricky as it is right off an exit ramp with signage not readily apparent to driver. The complimentary breakfast had sufficient options to accommodate most tastes.

Excellent stay. Stayed here because of the indoor pool and hot tub. Pool was warm and hot tub was actually hot. We stayed two nights and the breakfast options were different each morning which was nice. Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location if you are in the area.

Well, where to begin? Arrived on Tuesday 6/4/24 to find the desk clerk arguing with a guest. Then looked up to see the sign that read “ pool was area closed”. Went up to the room to find out the wi-fi was terrible and the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. On Wednesday morning, breakfast was nearly empty at 9:00am (supposed to go until 10am) and what was there wasn’t hot. Wed around 11:15 am, the fire alarm went off???? Thursday morning, breakfast was same and as I was leaving to head home, no coffee left in lobby.

Had a 2-3 inch water roach crawling on bath room floor this morning. Scared my wife and woke up my grandson and I. I killed and flushed it. Also informed front desk and told them they need to spray. Breakfast was good. Bed a little firm but good pillows.

Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, 4 great feather pillows, good breakfast with great variety, easy access to Hwy. But at 5:30 PM one room not ready yet. Reserved two rooms on same floor, but split us on two floors. Roach in bathroom. Even the clerk had trouble connecting us to internet. Trouble with TV in one room.

Ok it’s Decatur…. One thing that turned be off was a giant roach / beetle in the restroom.. I must have startled it when I flipped on the light (lol) ok I know bugs happen.. just made me leery thereafter. Front desk staff is super friendly and attentive so that gets a “ ”.. would I stay there again? Yeah if I had to stop in Decatur.

The room (room 308) I stayed was not clean. There was still a sock in the room when i checked in. There was dust on the furniture. Additionally, the air conditioner squealed the entire time it ran. Also had to pay a $50 non refundable pet fee for a puppy that never left the kennel. Quite disappointed in this location.

The room and linens were fresh and clean. Loved the hand soap and lotion dispensers. Could not get the water to turn on in the shower. :( Wierd. We were in a hurry to leave as we had an impending storm looming, so we didnt take advantage of the morning breakfast. But the help at the front desk about 8AM was amazing. I only wish I could provide her name. Overall, great stay.

This was not a good experience. Room was very spacious however the carpet was loose due to age. The sofa sleeper was worn out so badly that the springs were coming through the mattress. The TV remote would not operate correctly.

I stayed here for 3 nights and was right at home. The room was so comfortable and quiet. The room and everywhere else was very clean. I had to move out the nightstand to grab something and there was not even a spec of dirt behind it. I definitely will stay here every time I'm back in the area.

This hotel was very nice. The woman who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious. We even had a dog made from a towel on our bed, super cute! That was my girls favorite thing. They had a great breakfast selection with cozy seating. We would definitely stay here again!

Was a nice room, extra big because it was a handicap room. But it had an adjoining door into the the room next door and the people were so very loud! You could hear everything they and their kids were doing. So next time I will request no adjoining door 🙁 The breakfast was great! Lots of selections.

Checking in attendee was very clearly unhappy to be working. Checked in at 2 am - had already called evening clerk informing of late arrival but intention to spend night. Given key, directors to elevator but not even a good morning, how was your trip - nothing just what’s your name, here’s the key and so forth. Have stayed here before and this was by far the worst attitude I’ve encountered

Judy checked me in and she is wonderful!! She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and when she was done helping me, she went back to being busy taking care of other things. She was breath of fresh air after our 13hr drive. Our room was upgrade, Thank you Judy. It was wonderful. The pool was great. Breakfast was the bomb! The property was awesome. The hotel overall was relaxing, safe, quiet, and just wonderful!!

The worst located hotel ever. They need a better lit sign at the entrance closer to the road. If you miss it you have to take a two mile journey through neighborhoods to get back to it. Not enough parking. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were bulky. It was clean and the breakfast was good.

I did not get to try the hot tub but my understanding was it was like a sauna in there so I assume it was hot. Staff was wonderful shout out to Judy and Melissa. The breakfast was really good and such a variety! Could have been a little bit warmer. The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable everything worked it was pretty much perfect stay. It is a little tricky to get in there from the freeway if you're coming from the south but not too tricky.

Staff working the front desk Friday afternoon 6/14 was very friendly! We had an issue with our toilet not flushing, maintenance was sent up immediately and it was fixed. Getting into the hotel was a hassel, there is a sign but it sits back ao if you miss it you have to backtrack onto hughways and grt off exit again.

Not only was I able to get my room early but Melissa was there to greet me with a bottled water. The room was great. The hot tub was amazing! Breakfast was smaller than some restaurants BUT makes up in quality. Fresh fruit, make your own waffles, cereal, scones. I can’t complain about anything.

We rented the suite and it was very spacious, clean and quiet. Great breakfast as well. The entire hotel was very modern, clean and quiet. Loved the indoor pool as well. The lady who checked us at the front desk was super friendly as well. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Comforters are too thick for summer and unsanitary because they are not enclosed in a cover. Very disappointing that there is no room cleaning. That is going a bit far… Breakfast was sub standard. Juice machine was broken down.

We were very happy with our stay. The staff was so friendly and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast choices were excellent. Everyday something new on the hot breakfast. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day of working. The next time we need to visit we will stay here again.

Excellent stay. Stayed here because of the indoor pool and hot tub. Pool was warm and hot tub was actually hot. We stayed two nights and the breakfast options were different each morning which was nice. Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location if you are in the area.

Well, where to begin? Arrived on Tuesday 6/4/24 to find the desk clerk arguing with a guest. Then looked up to see the sign that read “ pool was area closed”. Went up to the room to find out the wi-fi was terrible and the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. On Wednesday morning, breakfast was nearly empty at 9:00am (supposed to go until 10am) and what was there wasn’t hot. Wed around 11:15 am, the fire alarm went off???? Thursday morning, breakfast was same and as I was leaving to head home, no coffee left in lobby.

We stayed at this location of the Hampton after returning from a two week vacation and not wanting to drive all the way home. Everything was clean and fresh and very comfortable. The only thing I noticed was there was a little bit of a smell to the comforter from possibly being used from guest to guest. Other than that, everything was great! A little tricky to get to, but we follow Google maps and got there just fine.Highly recommend this property.

Jessie checked us in. She was a pleasure to work with. Breakfast menu was okay except for the instant eggs. My only complaint was an important one. We reserved a handicap accessible room due to my severe knee injury. That queen room was put out of service due to a maintenance issue and we were upgraded to a king room with a walk-in shower. The room itself was very comfortable. BUT the toilet was not handicap-accessible height, and there were no safety bars for assistance in using the toilet. There was only one safety bar in the standard shower, no seating for a disabled person to use.
