Old but comfortable and somewhat updated. Very comfortable bed and clean (it did need to be repainted). Very spacious for the price. My room was a 1 bdrm apartment with a full kitchen! It had everything that you could need to be comfortable. Large pool. Walkable.

Booked as a deluxe condo, poolwas cloudy because the pumps weren't working, entrance door was not aligned you had to lift then push, water damage on the ceiling and walls mold stains on the shower walls, missing curtains,wiring hanging of the walls.

Nice little motel, close enough to walk to the dining and shopping spots, far enough away to stay quiet. Room was clean and well supplied. On site staff, Robert, was friendly and helpful. Beach, across the street, is beautiful and easy to get to. Parked right out front. We were there during the "off" season in January. Pool was warm!

I have many positive things to say about our 4th of July stay. First of all its located across the street from the beautiful Clearwater beach. Parking was free, i parked my Corvette in a safe place. I had a one bedroom with 2 full bathrooms, the 2nd BR was unexpected. Very cold cooling system, i loved. Full kitchen with full stove with oven, full coffee maker, blender for frozen drinks, a huge tall refrigerator, 2 flat screen TV's. There is a privacy gate! A clean enjoyabe pool. Too much to mention

I liked parking was free at the front non operational gate. I didn't like the cockroaches that hit the floor when i opened the kitchen cabinet, the broken bathroom window like it had been exited thru. The a/c was inefficient. This place was like Goodwill store opened a motel.

We will definitely be staying here again and for longer next time. It is very peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious and very clean. The bedding and towels was of high quality. The pool area was spacious and clean and there were floats and stuff you could take to the beach if you did not have any with you. The beach is a short walk which was a huge plus for us.

A bit dated but overall good. Nice service and pool. Good location within walking distance of the busy beach area. They also give you a public parking pass that's good for a length of the street so that saves you money

Could use some updates. I believe they did their best with what they have but new bedding, old & worn out, dust ruffle had what appeared to have semen stain. lamp shades are dirty & stained, replace ceiling fan in living room, it was so out of balance it couldn't be used & light bulbs were not working. Tv in bedroom didnt work. Window coverings were mismatched. Coffee pot had obviously not been sanitized as well as hot water pot that had old nasty water in it. Stove had old & dirty aluminum foil around burners, should have been replaced in this condition! Stains on sofa & chairs in L.R. It did have great water pressure in shower but bathroom fixtures were very old & cabinet & shelf was old, deteriorating & needed paint. They use some sort of sanitizer or cleaner that was very off putting & strong. I dont think i will stay there again, I believe they could do better for the price even if it is close to the beach.

I went on vacation here with my 2 girlfriends for a week, and when we got there and checked in- our room was filthy. After walking around our room for only 10 minutes, our feet were black. There was a coffee stain on the ground in a few different spots, so we know they didn't clean it. We had to go and buy a mop and bleach to clean it ourselves. The bath had hair all in the drain. It seriously looked like all they did was change the bed sheets and call it a day. Also, we booked through Expedia. When we got there- the guy in the front office said his boss told him we never paid an 'amenties fee', which already rubbed me the wrong way because no one even cleaned our room. The amenities- was just the pool. That should be included with the room. Let's be honest, you're staying here for the price, if I wanted to pay an amenities fee, I would have stayed else where. He told me it was $10 a day, so I owed $70. I said- I will get in touch with Expedia and see what this is about. Well turns out, the contract they have with Expedia is $5, so the owner was trying to get us to pay double. The Expedia guy said he would call the front office and let them know. The next day, the front desk guy came up to me and said 'we're gonna just give you it for $5 a night', as if it was a deal. That is what you guys are supposed to be charging people; instead you're scamming them. I would just be careful staying here. It's very very run down, looks like they don't clean much at all.

I would like to give 1 star, but let me explain why. First of all, I was very excited since the overall rating was good and the price wasn’t crazy expensive. PROS: The staff was generally nice. Great location, quiet environment. Clean pool. Spacious room. CONS: The entire place is RUN-DOWN. I noticed cracks in the office building, and the place was extremely dusty and uncleaned. The staff charged us $20 for towels and soap—seriously? But fine, I let that slide. The photos online were completely misleading. The exterior paint was peeling, the front gate was never properly locked, meaning anyone could walk in. Inside the room, there was a strong, disgusting odor, so we had to air it out for hours. Honestly, it was worse than any motel I’ve stayed in over 32 years. The deadbolt was weak and broke on the second day. What if an intruder came in? The bathroom ceiling had visible cracks, and the floor was filthy—sticky and gross. The AC and fans were disgustingly dirty. The blanket had stains, making me feel unsafe sleeping in the bed. I never saw a cleaning crew once during my 2-night, 3-day stay. I paid almost $400, but the experience was worse than a $100 motel. Would definitely not recommend. PLEASE RUN. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Nothing like the postings. We didn’t even stay a single night. Left and booked elsewhere. Sheets were stains dirty and full of hair. There were wholes in the walls. Mold in the bathroom. Just completely rundown dirty and unkept. Stay somewhere else!

Great place and great service and very close to the beach!! Only down side was that the mini split wasn't enough for the size of the room (suite). Also, there are cube block windows which transfer a lot of sunlight into heat, which is why the mini split couldn't keep up. Made a suggestion to management about just putting a curtain or blinds over those window blocks. That would help a lot.

Overall it’s a great place to stay for the price. The outside is nothing special, but the unit is nice. There is ac and and it’s a pretty large space for the price. The lady working the desk was super friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely go back.

Did not like the check-in, check-out process. The very small office was not staffed so a call was required for service. Nobody was available to facilitate our checkout. The AC was very loud and some of the blinds did not open. Otherwise, the room had all the advertised amenities, was clean and comfortable. Great location to the beach. Decent pool.

Everything was great! Only minor issue is that the AC just blows so it was pretty chilly while we slept and just ok temperature during the day. I would still highly recommend this hotel.

Longstanding property but put into very clean and functional condition. Great locay and rates. It is budget but more like a set of air BNBs with full sized kitchen appliances and utensils. Only AC in the bedroom but that's really the only place you need it.

We will definitely be staying here again and for longer next time. It is very peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious and very clean. The bedding and towels was of high quality. The pool area was spacious and clean and there were floats and stuff you could take to the beach if you did not have any with you. The beach is a short walk which was a huge plus for us.

When we arrived at the motel, the office was closed. The phone numbers on the door didn't work. There were no guests, there was trash everywhere, and a glance through the windows revealed broken furniture. So we chose another hotel. We got our money back quickly and professionally from Expedia, thx

The staff was amazing! The manager checked in to see how things were every day, they were super courteous and the manager even brought my bags to the room! Definitely top notch service. I stay at hotels often and I have to say I was very impressed!! The rooms have older furniture so if you’re looking for something new and shiny this place isn’t for you BUT the rooms are extremely clean and they have everything you need including a large wall in closet for all your clothes to be hung so you don’t have to live out of a suitcase. The beach is just a walk across the street and since you’re a tad further down the strip there aren’t mass amounts of people at the beach. I definitely give this place a 10/10 and will be back!

The motel is cute. One bedroom condos with a kitchenette. The manager Robert works soooooo hard to make sure his guests are happy! We've stayed here a few times and Robert shows you to the room upon check in, turns the Tvs on, air conditioning is comfortable and makes sure everything is good for you. Thank you Robert for making our experience here again great!

It was very clean ,and at night very well lite up with Bright Lights,felt safe there the staff was very nice answered any questions we may have had,The Iron in our room didnt work so i went and told one of the guys in the office and in no time he brought us a New Iron,we are talking about going back there next year,close to the beach and no problems at all,

The front desk was unprofessional and seemed poorly trained. The girl at the desk gave me a key to a room that was already occupied, I ended up walking in and disturbing random people, which was super uncomfortable and a big safety concern. The room itself was old, dirty, and smelled bad. The sheets and towels had stains, weird smells, and weren’t even white, probably so the stains wouldn’t show as much. The blanket and towels looked really old and worn out. I left the same day without staying the night. I did get a refund through Expedia, but it took few hours because the owner wouldn’t answer their calls.

The rooms are a little dated, but they’re in the process of renovating the entire property. The manager Jay was very cool! He definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Being close to the beach, dining & shopping was super convenient. We will stay again.

I went on vacation here with my 2 girlfriends for a week, and when we got there and checked in- our room was filthy. After walking around our room for only 10 minutes, our feet were black. There was a coffee stain on the ground in a few different spots, so we know they didn't clean it. We had to go and buy a mop and bleach to clean it ourselves. The bath had hair all in the drain. It seriously looked like all they did was change the bed sheets and call it a day. Also, we booked through Expedia. When we got there- the guy in the front office said his boss told him we never paid an 'amenties fee', which already rubbed me the wrong way because no one even cleaned our room. The amenities- was just the pool. That should be included with the room. Let's be honest, you're staying here for the price, if I wanted to pay an amenities fee, I would have stayed else where. He told me it was $10 a day, so I owed $70. I said- I will get in touch with Expedia and see what this is about. Well turns out, the contract they have with Expedia is $5, so the owner was trying to get us to pay double. The Expedia guy said he would call the front office and let them know. The next day, the front desk guy came up to me and said 'we're gonna just give you it for $5 a night', as if it was a deal. That is what you guys are supposed to be charging people; instead you're scamming them. I would just be careful staying here. It's very very run down, looks like they don't clean much at all.

Lucked into this gem. We stayed in unit 104 and walked into a newly remodeled unit. The grounds were kept clean and neat. Beach is a block away and Pier 60 is a walkable 15 minutes away. Great overall location and Great Staff!!!! Definitely staying here next time we visit.

We had a great stay. It is an old building but it is comfortable and clean. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Location is great. less than a block from the beach and a short walk to stores resturants and other sites.

A bit dated but overall good. Nice service and pool. Good location within walking distance of the busy beach area. They also give you a public parking pass that's good for a length of the street so that saves you money

Pictures don't look exactly like the room, but the rooms were spacious and comfortable temperature. Fans were DUSTY. There was a bug in the kitchen. Staff was helpful and answered my questions. Pool was well maintained. Parking was included, a nice perk.

Check in was great, no issue there aside from the appearance of the “office”. That was my first clue! The place however was NOT as shown in pics. Our room was dirty, 1 small bottle of shampoo only alone with a few bats of soap. Curtains are dark and drab. Stains on chairs and sofa so I put a blanket over to sit on. While the bed may have been comfy, I peeled the sheet back to find a stained mattress under so I couldn’t sleep! I had to park across the street, on the street because he had no parking passes available. The gated property/pool area does not lock, anyone can come or go if they wanted. The entrance/officeIf you’re looking for a nice, safe place to take the fam for vaca I’d skip this place.
