Hampton Inn Bellevue

I booked a room but the rude guy at the counter could not find My reservation he told me I needed to contact hotels because there was no reservation for me but I repeatedly showed him the reservation so he took my phone and looked, handed it back to me and said I did not pay so they canceled My room and he said "so bye bye now" he was so sassy and rude I will never stay at this hotel again, I went down the street and found better so if you are thinking of staying here just know the the guy at the desk is stuck up and thinks his **it don't stink. It also stunk and was dirty, I also used the rest room, there was no toilet paper and trash was on the floor.

Everything was good

Rooms are cleaned and smell clean as well.

Kind of outdated for a nice Hampton Inn hotel. Bed was terrible and squeaky. Water wasn’t hot in the shower, only lukewarm.

The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was quickly helpful.
