Very nice staff, quiet park, parking at the front door, clean unit, comfy bed. The only thing was the old in-wall airconditioner that struggled to keep the unit cool between 2pm and 5-6pm when I was sweating even with the aircon on full and the overhead fan and upright fan going full time. Suggest replace them with split systems asap, otherwise, would recommend it totally.

Our family absolutely loved our stay. Everything we needed for a family holiday. Fully equipped and clean, the cabin was bare with no art or colour, but it had all the amenities a family needs, with easy access to the pool and other facilities.

Check was easy friendly people. The rooms are good for having pets. Clean rooms could use an upgrade walking trials close for dogs and long walks. Bed was horrible definable needs a new mattress probably the worse bed I’ve slept on.

We enjoy this park the staff are very friendly & helpful every visit! The park Is clean just needs an update however we normally stay in our van and all the facilities are Amazing! This is why we continue to return Thank You

No aircon in one bedroom even though it states air conditioning, they did provide a fan after asking. Unit was dirty, floors filthy and falling apart, dirt and marks over walls, couch dirty, mould in shower, some TLC is definitely needed. Beds made nice and fridge clean at least. Pool was also nice.

It’s great that you are doing up the insides of the cabins and the outside, starting to look great. Kids playground looks terrible. Needs something near the pool for the kids. You have nice green grass there.

Would not recommend! The state of the cabins is disgusting and owners should be embarrassed to charge $280 for these facilities. The property smelt like fish and waste matter. We made it known upon arrival but as it was a busy weekend there were no other options for my family. We had to get air freshener to try make it bearable. The downward spiral continued when the bedroom aircon was ridiculously loud and filthy, the couch was completely broken, the side of the oven was filled with bugs, dust and a sock. When it rained the following day the windows leaked and the overall cleanliness did not exist. We ended our stay a day early and missed the event we went to Karratha for. Only bonus was the staff provided good service when concerns were raised. We were provided with a refund and I feel for the manager having to be the face of a run down facility. Could not fault his service and professionalism. Appreciated the staffs help. Overall, the place should be closed and renovated.

Air conditioner in one bedroom needs servicing. Even when turned off, kept starting up and beeping. Saucepan with burnt bottom and miss matched lid on casserole dish. Not a single decent sharp knife. TV randomly started up during the night. Cleanliness excellent

Not worth the money they charge per night, $375 for a run down dirty dysfunctional chalet, stay elsewhere its way over priced and had no maintenance in yrs, blocked shower drain mould in the shower dirty air con filters, Cobwebs on entrance verandah, light didn't work in the bathroom, remote control for air con was broken. Dirt and debris under the beds, the list goes on. Wont be back next month.

One bedroom air conditioner did not work, living room air conditioner controller was broken, various lights inside and outside were inoperative (actually fell down outside stairs as was night time dark), stained and smelling cloth couch in living room, door to one of the bedrooms would not close and would not latch closed always open (no privacy). Was not fit for usage.

Quite a convenient location, and very quiet. The unit was fairly small, but the bed was very comfortable. All required toiletries were provided. Also, the unit was spotlessly clean.

Overall not the best place to stay. We chose to stay here as it was close to everything, however with a dirty cabin, tiles missing from the bathroom floors, doona covers not even holding the blanket in, air-conditioning that made a very loud screaming noise and the outside lights never turning off, we needed to go else where. The staff were friendly enough and were very undertanding, it was just a shame that the accomidation wasnt what we thought it was.

Pungent smell from the kitchen sink, dirty walls, rusted furniture, broken stove, broken electrical switches, shower recess has a dented hole in it, aircon makes a continuous clicking noise… linen and towels are very aged. absolutely overpriced for something that is not maintained. Karratha has an ongoing shortage of rooms, hotels and rental properties. You need to books ahead for a reasonable room in town - and expect to pay the 'Pilbara Tax' on accommodation, meals and services based on the economic fundamental of supply and demand. This inflated pricing then ripples through the supply chain with higher pricing that then spiral upwards. So - almost $300 for one night in a very small, tired room that is half a donga. It was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower and air con worked. I have heard quieter tractors than the wall mounted air conditioner. You get enjoy hearing the comings and goings of the neighbors at all hours and their vehicles. Most of the workers start very early in the area - getting up at 5am to be onsite by 6 am or 7 am.

Have stayed in a lot of discovery parks but this one was not to standard of others l had a motel style cabin and there was loud talking and walking around all night till 3 am . Guess it had a joint wall and did not sleep at all . Too afraid to open door and tell them to be quiet We left at 530 .

A quiet and clean park, been here a number of times and it always meets and sometimes exceeds expectations. The staff were so helpful when my booking was messed up. The Manager (I think), quickly upgraded me to a deluxe room at no extra cost, 10/10.

Pungent smell from the kitchen sink, dirty walls, rusted furniture, broken stove, broken electrical switches, shower recess has a dented hole in it, aircon makes a continuous clicking noise… linen and towels are very aged. absolutely overpriced for something that is not maintained. On a positive note- staff are very helpful!

Check was easy friendly people. The rooms are good for having pets. Clean rooms could use an upgrade walking trials close for dogs and long walks. Bed was horrible definable needs a new mattress probably the worse bed I’ve slept on.

A quiet and clean park, been here a number of times and it always meets and sometimes exceeds expectations. The staff were so helpful when my booking was messed up. The Manager (I think), quickly upgraded me to a deluxe room at no extra cost, 10/10.

Quite a convenient location, and very quiet. The unit was fairly small, but the bed was very comfortable. All required toiletries were provided. Also, the unit was spotlessly clean.

Average accommodation which didn’t suit our particular needs, too far out of town to be able to walk anywhere to eat/drink. Ok if you have a designated driver but even I wanted a couple of beers after arriving here! Karratha is a mining town and most units occupied by the workers. Ok for a stop over however a strong smell of sewerage or sulphur from the bathroom drain was a big turn off. Unfortunately as with lots of mining towns the presence of the mining community (although integral to the area financially) pushes the cost of accommodation through the roof so no other viable options. The pros - great town to stock up on supplies, seems to have lots of eating options for dinner/drinks if you have a driver.

Rooms were very dated but clean, very expensive for the amenities. Door to room did not lock, requested be repaired, this never happened, however received a few texts throughout week reminding to lock doors and secure valuables?

Cabin was adequate, air con worked well and bed comfortable. We stayed 10 days and staff (on advice of manager) were reluctant to provide extra in-room amenities until we had been there 7 days! Toilet paper and tea bags ran out! If we had only stayed 3 days these would have been replaced!!!. Manager appeared to be always under pressure and a little officious.
