Policy inconsistency: I chose this hotel partly for its no-pet policy, yet saw a guest with a dog in the parking lot, which felt inconsistent with how strictly other rules were enforced. Room condition: While common areas smelled fresh, my room had a strong musty odor. The HVAC made it worse, blowing dusty, unpleasant air. Bathroom maintenance: Shower knobs were loose, gaps in the shower looked prone to mold, the toilet wasn’t securely cemented, and the bathroom door showed water damage. Noise: Being near the elevator and rear door meant constant noise from doors, equipment, and elevator use. Gym upkeep: The water cooler was empty, and there were no sanitizing wipes available.
