Sehr freundliches Personal, Grillmöglichkeit und schöner Pool. Redlands ist sehr nett, Historic District und Häuser sehr schön.

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent too. The room was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we wanted

Spacious rooms. Safe location. Great breakfast options. Close to shopping and dining.

Checking into the hotel was pleasurable and we were given special attention to our needs (local restaurants, shopping, etc.).

Overall our experience was good. I did have one bad interaction with one of the cooks. Can't remember her name but she was an older woman with long hair. I asked for a waffle as I hadn't noticed they were in the warmer She gave me a dirty look and then opened the warmer. I appologized and stated that last time they were made to order. She then grabbed the spoon for the eggs and slammed it on the warmer, I guess to emphasize her point that they were in the warmer. Very rude and unnecessary. The other cook with the short haircut and glasses was a sweetheart and very helpful. The other one should take lessons from her.
