Beautiful hotel, rooms are a bit tired but the rest of it makes up for it. Food is great - expensive if not all inclusive But perfect location and comfortable Not sure why they turned the temp down of the pools as we had a few cloudy days at the end.

The only issue was the rules for putting towels on the chairs surrounding the pools were never enforced. By 0730 in the morning all prime seating had towels on them and were never available all day

Très agréable séjour dans une zone où il y a certains hôtels un peu défraîchi ou bruyant. Très belle vue des balcons très bonne insonorisation bonne qualité de couchage. Le petit-déjeuner ou le dîner reste copieux avec des plats différents. La salle de restaurant est plutôt sympa avec possibilité de voir la mer vers le bout. En plus il y a des activités musicales tous les soirs à partir de 18h avec des spectacles à 21h30. Enfin le principe adults only, et vraiment à plus: calme et pausible!

Extra clean and friendly hotel. Tasty breakfast and dinner buffet with lots of different things. Hotel rooms were quite plain. we bought flowers to make it little more cozy. Also missed better bathroom things. Bathrobes were nice. Pool area very pleasant but towels could be more comfortable. Everything very beige. We did not know that the marvelous UP terrace was not included to our hotel price.

At the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly which was a nice added touch. The hotel was very clean. We had half board. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with lots of choice, and there was entertainment every evening. The hotel was in nice quiet area, but if you walk along the promenade which was close by you find several beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and other activities. Playa de las Americas is about a 15 minutes walk although it is easy to catch a taxi from the hotel. We would go back again.

Com as different price ranges don’t reflect that they are all standard rooms Not sure why we paid more for. 3 bed when it’s the same size 10am too late for towels and UP to open too ! Cleaners every morning waking us up !

Bäst med hotellet var poolområdet, många solstolar och sol hela dagen. Rummen är okej, vi hade kvällssol på balkongen vilket var väldigt härligt. Sängarna hårda och kuddarna tunna. Genomgående känslan på hotellet var att man satsade mycket men missade målet på grund av bristande fingertoppskänsla. Medelåldern var 70+.

Sooo so many delicious options to choose from for breakfast and dinner. Really enjoyed exploring the fruits, veggies, fish, cheeses and specialities. There really is something for everyone. Nice room and mattress was in perfect condition. Not too hard, not too soft. So much green around the hotel, loved it.

The property pictures look great, from the moment I walked in, there was barriers all over inside the hotel lobby and outside they were shooting a movie during my stay I did not expect to stay in such an environment for a relaxed vacation where you just can’t walk around as you wish, as well the hotel charged me for two persons in my room when I was just 1 person I complained and they knew it as the cleaning crew had told them but they did not wnat to credit me back for the room booked for a single person they charged me for two persons, the hotel is not accommodating to their guests on a professional level. Could not use the pool for some days it was barricaded so no one can walk in that areas it was very upsetting my stay at this hotel I was shocked as I’ve never had such a bad experience, the areas around the hotel is nice and fun but I’d recommend choosing a better hotel then falling into this trap. Staff is not professional or accommodating to guests requests.

Super Hoel und Personal. Hotel liegt schön. Ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Essen ist fantastisch und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einziger Wermutstropfen der Beach Club nebenan, der mittags manchmal sehr laute Musin spielt.

The hotel is a brilliant hotel ,good rooms ,food ,location .Everything purchased at the hotel is paid using your room key ,paid in full at the end of your stay. ( be aware drink prices are pretty expensive ,and you can easily run up a big final bill.)

Première des choses très appréciable le calme, le respect des uns et des autres pour la tranquillité de chacun, une diversité de loisirs, un emplacement et un vue de rêve. La petite chose à refaire serait le salon du bas qui est un peu vieillot et glauque. Sinople c’est un très bel établissement.

Spring Arona is an excellent hotel as it says on the tin ‘ Adults Only’ !! Lovely facilities ,fabulous staff, quiet yet easily reachable to the Beach and many many restaurants. If you want a Hotel just to chill with great facilities, not noisy in a great location , look no further ! We will go back again at some point!
