Las instalaciones y apartamentos, sin queja. El problema es la gestión. Por ejemplo: 1. Por sistema no entregan los apartamentos hasta las 2pm, politica de la empresa,aunque esten disponibles. Hacia años que no me encontraba con tal estupidez. 2. Los recepcionistas son poco empaticos 3. El guardaequipajes no tiene ningún sistema de seguridad. Qualquiera puede llevarse una maleta que no sea suya. 4. En una destinación de sol y playa, las piscinas no las abren hasta las 10:30. Incomprensible

The apartment was lacking appropriate kitchen utensils, which made it difficult to prepare food and even do the dishing (missing dishwasher liquid and sponge/brush). Very nice bathroom with spacious shower. Sloping terrace was a bit awkward for outdoor breakfast. If you bring a dog you have to leave it in the room if you opt for the breakfast buffet (would have been nice with some outdoor seating area where dogs are allowed). It's a large hotel area with only one entrance, so quite a walk if your room is at the far end.

Struttura a casette, con appartamenti ben equipaggiati (cucina piccola ma con bollitore, microonde, macchina del caffè e tostapane). Camera abbastanza ampia e comodo il letto. Molto bello il bagno, con la grade doccia, e il balconcino attrezzato con sedie e stendino. Posizione abbastanza comoda, in una ventina di minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro. Colazione e pranzo con ampia scelta ma qualità non eccezionale. Lavorando durante il viaggio, abbiamo avuto occasione di provare le 3 piscine o il minigolf

Convenient location for shops, bars, restaurants etc. The apartments are spread over a large area and if you are staying in one of the higher number apartments there is a long trek to the entrance/exit as this is the only way in or out of the complex, there is another gate at the far end near to the higher number apartments but this is always locked. If you have difficulty, definitely ask for a lower number apartment at the point of booking, we asked when checking in but was told they were fully booked. We stayed half board, the food was ok, evening meal was better than breakfast. If visiting again I would probably opt for room only as eating out in Los Critianos is very reasonably priced.

El complejo está muy descuidado, es muy amplio con muchos apartamentos y se nota que falta personal para mentenerlo en orden, pese a que indica que está reformado recientemente dicha reforma fué pintar y poco más, las instalaciones se ven antiguas y deterioradas (a excepción del buffet y el bar que se ven nuevos y limpios), los apartamentos están muy descuidados y la limpieza deja mucho que desear (había restos de confeti pegados a las telarañas de la pared detras de la puerta principal). En resumen, lo pasamos bien: "sí", repetiríamos: "no". Si no eres muy exigente y vas con la mentalidad abierta puedes pasar la estancia sin poblemas, pero si no es mejor opción buscar otra opción.

We had a great stay at Checkin Bungalows. The Property was clean, it had 3 pools spread across the site and the entertainment was fun in the evening. I have seen some negative reviews, but our experience was great. I think if you have children it would be a good affordable option, as there is also a football pitch and basketball court. There are some paid pool and air hockey tables also. We went half board and the food was hot and fresh, it is three star so the food can be a bit basic such as chips, pizza, ice cream, but there is some alternative varied options as well. We did eat there every day, but you may want to mix it up and go out for dinner (they let you swap dinner for lunch, if you speak to them!) all the staff were really friendly, I found it to be a good location (some hotels are really far up a hill!). I would definitely come back. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star was because our room didn’t have air conditioning.

Vær obs på at det ikke er incl drikke varer når man bestiller helpension. Kun vand. Begrænset buffet. Stort set det samme både til frokost og aftensmad. Vi fik ikke gjort rent på den uge vi var der. Dog skiftet håndklæder. Generelt meget slidt hotel. Vi kommer ikke igen

Upon arrival we were checked in pretty swiftly however we were given an apartment right at the end of the complex and there was only one we were in and one way out which took around six minutes from entering the complex is proved to be an absolute nightmare. We were woken up every morning by the Cleaners dragging The laundry trolleys across the payment which sounded like a jet taking off. There was a lot of noise from the neighbours every night and morning I would stay here again only if it was the only option but maybe in a better part of the complex where there is less noise and you don’t have to hike to get there.

Nice apartments in a good spot in Los Cristianos. Nice and quiet at night too. Only downside is there's no air conditioning or fans and at the hottest time of the year its a bit uncomfortable. I would definitely stay again, maybe not in August.

There was a lot of noise from the neighbours every night and morning I would stay here again only if it was the only option but maybe in a better part of the complex where there is less noise and you don’t have to hike to get there.
Upon arrival we were checked in pretty swiftly however we were given an apartment right at the end of the complex and there was only one we were in and one way out which took around six minutes from entering the complex is proved to be an absolute nightmare. We were woken up every morning by the Cleaners dragging The laundry trolleys across the payment which sounded like a jet taking off. There was one receptionist who was not at all helpful and was in the wrong job. Whatever you asked she argued for something else. The rest of the staff were fine. Depending where your accommodation is,there can be a lot of steep stairs that are not at all easy with a suitcase. It was clean, comfortable and where we were quiet. Nearer to the bar was noisy. In a good location for the resort.

At first when we arrived we wasn’t even greeted they didn’t even take us to our hotel room with 4 suitcases two toddlers and a pushchair they still put us top floor there was rubish all round our hotel entrance which I was disgusted about

Hotellet var gammelt og slitt. Leiligheten var dårlig utstyrt, kloakklukt på badet, internett virket ikke. Skifte av sengetøy og handklær var bra. Svømmebassengene på området var veldig små, men greie solsenger rundt bassenget. Underholdningen på dag og kveldstid var også bra. Det beste med hotellet var beliggenheten, kort vei til stranda og sentrum. Pris pr natt var alt for høy i forhold til comfort og servise

Convenient location for shops, bars, restaurants etc. The apartments are spread over a large area and if you are staying in one of the higher number apartments there is a long trek to the entrance/exit as this is the only way in or out of the complex, there is another gate at the far end near to the higher number apartments but this is always locked. If you have difficulty, definitely ask for a lower number apartment at the point of booking, we asked when checking in but was told they were fully booked. We stayed half board, the food was ok, evening meal was better than breakfast. If visiting again I would probably opt for room only as eating out in Los Critianos is very reasonably priced.

We had a great stay at Checkin Bungalows. The Property was clean, it had 3 pools spread across the site and the entertainment was fun in the evening. I have seen some negative reviews, but our experience was great. I think if you have children it would be a good affordable option, as there is also a football pitch and basketball court. There are some paid pool and air hockey tables also. We went half board and the food was hot and fresh, it is three star so the food can be a bit basic such as chips, pizza, ice cream, but there is some alternative varied options as well. We did eat there every day, but you may want to mix it up and go out for dinner (they let you swap dinner for lunch, if you speak to them!) all the staff were really friendly, I found it to be a good location (some hotels are really far up a hill!). I would definitely come back. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star was because our room didn’t have air conditioning.

Nice apartments in a good spot in Los Cristianos. Nice and quiet at night too. Only downside is there's no air conditioning or fans and at the hottest time of the year its a bit uncomfortable. I would definitely stay again, maybe not in August.

Struttura a casette, con appartamenti ben equipaggiati (cucina piccola ma con bollitore, microonde, macchina del caffè e tostapane). Camera abbastanza ampia e comodo il letto. Molto bello il bagno, con la grade doccia, e il balconcino attrezzato con sedie e stendino. Posizione abbastanza comoda, in una ventina di minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro. Colazione e pranzo con ampia scelta ma qualità non eccezionale. Lavorando durante il viaggio, abbiamo avuto occasione di provare le 3 piscine o il minigolf
