Ushuaia, The Mountain Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The property itself is well maintained, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. What truly stood out was the staff — they were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very welcoming. There were, however, a few areas that could use improvement. The dining experience was below expectations, both in terms of food quality and the availability of plates during busy times, which made meals less enjoyable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor on the left side of the 4th floor, making it difficult to work or stay connected. Despite these issues, the kindness of the staff and the overall comfort of the hotel made it a nice stay. With improvements to the food service and internet connectivity, this hotel could offer an excellent experience. I would especially like to thank Andrés from the bar for his excellent service throughout our stay. His recommendations were spot on, and his friendly, attentive approach made our experience even more enjoyable. The experience for the kids was outstanding — truly top quality and highly recommended for families.

Amazing always stay here

The location is perfect, the staff is outstanding and super friendly. The food is really ok even if people complain about it, in the comments for you and your familly it will be ok they change the menu everyday but dont expect restaurant level food. The room are huge so for family trip it is perfect.

Everything was great. Just a misunderstanding with the spa, that has been told that was for free and at the end was paid, but no one charged for the times we went for free.
