This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in from the perspective of being super clean, inviting, and convenient. There wasn’t a speck of dust, really incredibly clean. Beds were very comfy, staff was super kind, the bartenders and servers were very friendly, even accommodated us making us crepes after hours. Wow! The location is so convenient, close to shopping and all other activities. The spa was nice. Front desk super friendly too. Highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful property, the customer service is excellent, 5 stars to the SPA. Breakfast was great, with a lot of options every day. Everything that you need for your stay, you will find it here. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay.

Das Hotel ist in einer schönen Lage in Andorra. Auch ist Ausstattung relativ neu. Leider und das ist das größte Problem, hatten wir jeden Tag Rauchgeruch im Zimmer, schrecklich für ein Nichtraucherhotel. Mehrere Beschwerden an der Rezeption und auch nette Hilfe anbietende Mitarbeiter haben daran nichts ändern können. Wir hätten ein anderes Zimmer nehmen können. Aber bei einem Aufenthalt von 4 Tagen, ist der Aufwand eines Umzugs viel zu lang. Das Hotel muss an diesem Problem arbeiten, denn dadurch wird der Gesamteindruck getrübt.

The staff were lovely - so helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. But although the bathroom was clean it smelt of bad drainage. Perhaps the bidet or sink piping was dirty. My mattress on the bed was old and dipped in the middle and gave me back ache. But the mattress on my husband’s side was still good. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner that was included was spacious and the choice very good. Overall a really good hotel.

Rooms were much bigger than we expected! 2 adults, 1 teen. We normally find the teen bed to be a small pull out. But she had a full double bed. Breakfast was lovely, hotel was very very clean. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht und es war schön groß und hatte ein tolles Bad, Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Crêpe Suzette war hervorragend. Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl, reichhaltig, viel Gemüse und Obst, Sehr schön ist der Wanderweg am Berg rund um Andorra da Vella. Das Tourismus Büro hat gute Wanderkarten und Tipps für ganz Andorra. Die Stadt ist insgesamt sehr laut. Unangenehm war um Mitternacht, vorallem am Samstag stundenlanges fahren mit aufheulendem Motor durch das Tal. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Das öffentliche Parken mit dem Auto war in unmittelbarer Nähe (unterhalb des Hotels). Der Aufzug ging direkt ins Hotel. Das war sehr angenehm.

La rénovation des chambres est très sympa, les salles de bain n ont pas été refaites, c est propre mais du coup un peu vieillissant par rapport au reste de la chambre. Literie confortable et très grand lit, le petit déjeuner et top, varié et les produits sont de qualité. C était notre 3e séjour, nous y reviendrons. Petit conseil, si possible demandez une chambre sur l arrière, l insonorisation est bonne mais il y a eu des travaux dans la rue une nuit jusqu'à 4h et comme il y a toujours des travaux quelque part à Andorre..
