This was a marvelous hotel. The service was fabulous on all levels, the room was lovely, the gym was a great space, perfect for my yoga practice. And the restaurant was delightful. The staff - particularly in the restaurant - made us feel like we were welcome. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Bergblick, großes Zimmer und tolle Ausstattung. Frühstück sehr gut und insgesamt toller Service. Spa vergleichsweise gut. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Um in die Stadt zu kommen, muss man allerdings eine lange Treppe überwinden. So ist Andorra eben!

Fantastisk hotell. Gjennomført fine rom og fasiliteter. Nydelig mat og avslappende atmosfære. Eneste minus er litt svak service vi spurte hotellet om å lade elbilen over natten så endte de opp med bare å lade fra 20% til 33% og koblet vekk bilen fra laderen.

The hotel is "okay" in every area. Nothing bad but nothing great either. Feels like a 3 star hotel only. The bed is really uncomfortable. The furniture in the room is very outdated and needs an urgent upgrade. The breakfast is reasonable. There is nothing special to write about the hotel.

Très dessus nous somme arriver sur place a 15h nous nous somme aperçu qu’il n’y avais pas de clim à l’étage ou sur toute notre lit on na prévenu le personnels à plusieurs reprise , elle n’a pas marcher on a du changer de chambre à 21h car il était impossible de rester dans la suite à cause de la chaleur et des mes deux petits enfant de 8mois et 2ans il était en couche et en suheur pour au final aller dans une autre chambre où les rideau ne se fermer pas car il son électrique le système ne marche plu du coup on a était réveiller à 6h30 se qui devais être un week ans reposant a était tout le contraire , très dessus nous n’avons eu aucun geste commercial pour tout c’est dérangement très dessus pour un 5 étoile qu’on nous propose pas des chambre qui on était contrôler avant notre arriver …

Absolutely excellent. I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could. We traveled with our son who has special needs with his food and the hotel was well prepared for everything when we arrived. All the hotel staff were extremely nice but most especially to Magda and Elvin(?) from the Concierge/Reception. They were absolutely incredible. Thank you again, Andorra Park Hotel. We shall definitely return.

Accueil plutôt froid en raison d'une erreur de réservation de ma part. Nouvelle réservation sur le moment. Attribution d'une chambre avec Salle de bain pour personnes à mobilité réduite : WC juste à côté de la douche sans séparation donc mouillés, pas de porte de douche... Probablement très bien pour les personnes en ayant besoin, mais peu agréable et surtout sans nous avoir informé du type de chambre attribuée. Indigne d'un 5 étoiles . Mais piscine ,Spa et salle de sport top. Petit déjeuné très correct. Donc staff d'accueil peu sympathique .

We stayed here for one night and I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel location is beautiful within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Adel the concierge was extremely helpful during our stay, he provided restaurant recommendation's and information on sites at Andora la Bella. Wir hatten einen der besten Hotelaufenthalte der letzten Zeit. Es hat alles gestimmt, von der überaus freundlichen Begrüßung über ein ausgesprochen komfortables Zimmer bis hin zum reichhaltigen Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist zudem die sehr ruhige Lage. Obwohl man mit dem Aufzug zu Fuß in fünf Minuten im quirligen Zentrum von Andorra ist, hat man den Eindruck, eher im Grünen zu sein. Absolute Empfehlung!

The place is amazing, clean ,quite and safe . The staff are amazing and helpful. The hotel is close to everything. For the poeple who would like to go just use the lift to go down to the street (its in the parking ). The only things that struggled me is that they don't have choices of vegetarian food...they are not friendly on this point.
