Andorra Palace

Hotel is located on a very busy street. But it’s convenient to shopping. It’s part of a 2-3 hotel complex. Trying to figure out where to park was difficult. No parking at the hotel. They have a few parking spots in a near by garage for a fee. When we arrived they were full.

Nice hotel and excellent location. Spa is good and staff helpful.

The room was basic and old fashioned, needs an update. The breakfast had a fantastic choice. The wellness suite and pool was excellent with a wonderful view. The position of the hotel was very central for shopping and sightseeing.

Great value option right in the heart of Andorra la Vella. It's worth adding the breakfast Buffet which is served over at the adjoining Mercure Hotel. There is also a gym and pool with jacuzzi and sauna that can be used there also.

Super accueille lieu très propre et un super spa

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, l'isolation phonique n'est pas top mais pour un hôtel en plein centre ville ça va. Le lit grand malgré un matelas dur. La salle de bain est grande. Le + c'est l'accès direct au spa via une passerelle qui se fait dans l'hôtel Mercure. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment complet, beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est très gentil. Hôtel propre, climatisé. Serviettes à disposition, même pour le spa.

Les chambres a amélioré est le petit déjeuner dans un autre hôtel Attention le parking n'ais pas compris dans la réservation

Fala que tem estacionamento mas na realidade o estacionamento não fica no hotel e não tinha vaga quando eu cheguei. Tive que procurar um estacionamento por conta própria as 2 horas da manhã. Não voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

Excelente relação custo benefício, pois podemos usar a estrutura do Mercure (com acesso interno) e do Novohotel. Excelente localização!

Le pongo una estrella porque no puedo ponerle menos. La habitación estaba muy sucia cuando llegamos, además, habíamos pedido una cama doble y nos pusieron en dos camas individuales incomodísimas con ruedas. Cuando pedimos el cambio en recepción, cada día nos decían que esa noche no tenían disponibilidad, pero que al día siguiente sí, y luego llegaba el día y no nos cambiaron ninguno, parecía que nos estaban tomando el pelo, posponiéndolo cada día. Además, el hotel no tenía ni cepillo de dientes, ni pasta de dientes, tampoco papel de wc, ni jabón de manos, y el de cuerpo que había era asqueroso. Lo único positivo, que habría sido el parking, tampoco nos dejaron cogerlo. No repetiremos.

A hotel in a great location and a clean and spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great little hotel in the middle of Vella. Perfect base for a few days skiing with a hire car. Connected internally to the 4 star Mecure, you have the use of a lovely swimming pool, decent gym and sauna and a really good buffet breakfast. Such good value for money even if the decor is a little dated. Room was comfy and spotlessly clean. Would return 100% if visiting for a few days skiing and needing a good value, comfortable and located base.

La higiene aparentemente era correcta pero es un hotel con mucha alfombra y moqueta y hemos passado la noche con picores en los pies de la cama. Creemos que falta desinfección en tapicería. Baños correctos , la limpieza a primera vista correcta y trato personal de diez.

Destaco enormemente lo limpio que estaba todo, de hecho veías a limpieza todas las mañana limpiar a fondo. Servicio agradable. Cogimos desayuno y muy muy bueno todo. sin duda repetiremos porque está muy centrico.

We enjoyed our stay at Andorra Palace Hotel. Our room was cleaned every day - there were always fresh towels and soaps - excellent cleaning. Andorra Palace Hotel is well situated: close to all shops and restaurants, close to Parc Central and bus stops. The buffet breakfast is very good and there is plenty of choice of foods for everyone. We enjoyed using the Wellness facilities and had a swim/jacuzzi and steam room sessions daily. We also enjoyed having the Buffet evening meal (£19.90 per person) each evening. It is expensive to eat out at restaurants in Andorra so the buffet meal was a bargain! Would recommend this hotel

Las 3 estrellas de limpieza es por haber encontrado pelos en la bañera y por el ruido que hicieron, llegamos cansadas del viaje y no pudimos descansar.

A Joana recepcionista muito cordial, o quarto e o hotel muito limpo, organizado, quarto era confortavel, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, chuveiro quentinho e quarto tambem, uma cama muito confortavel. So tenho elogios a fazer

Terrible Experience — Do Not Stay Here The room had issues from the start. The toilet didn’t work, and after someone fixed the flush, we found the bathroom door wouldn’t close. The air conditioning was disconnected. When I called reception, a rude staff member told me to “just open the window.” When I pointed out AC was listed as an amenity, she hung up, saying she wasn’t a technician. There were two half-used toilet paper rolls — not even one new one. We had to sleep with the window open, facing one of the noisiest streets imaginable. Traffic and shouting went on late into the night. It was warm, there was no airflow, and sleep was nearly impossible. Later, we found the room door didn’t lock properly and had been left open. Every time after that, we had to struggle to close it. The mattress was terrible — you could feel the springs. The only decent part was the small pool and hot tub, but they’re in another hotel. You have to walk, take two elevators, follow confusing signs, and pay €2 to lock your belongings. You also can’t bring the towel back to your room. Every time I raised an issue, I got no help, no apology, not even basic courtesy. A truly disappointing stay. Avoid this place.

Only negative I can say is being a solo traveler I would have preferred one large bed over two small ones. Also the bed was not comfortable at all! I didn’t sleep well as the mattress was too thin and I had to change positions all night as the mattress would hurt my back.

It is dated and you can here everything in the adjoining rooms, but it is right in the heart of the city.

As many reviews have said; it's really rather dated. However, we found it to be a clean and economical choice. The reception staff were all really nice. Special mention of Gloria who was a ray of sunshine. Water was always hot and the air-con worked well. Rooms seemed reasonably well sound isolated. Location is excellent - half-way between the shopping intense area and the old town.

The hotel is decent and worth the money paid. It was located in a good spot downtown, a close walk to shopping and food. The Mercure hotel behind it is connected and offers the amenities like pool and gym (and access to parking). The room itself was quite spacious but the beds and pillows were a bit old, and the AC wasn’t consistent, which made nights unforseeable. The staff was pleasant but they let us know they couldn’t clean the room after 2 pm; we waited an hour for a toilet paper refill. Rooms were quiet. Overall, a nice place downtown on a budget.

If you have trouble sleeping due to noise, this hotel is not the right choice. Our first room faced the street, and we were aware that the hotel was located in the city center, meaning there would be street noise. However, the air in our room was so bad that we had to open the window, but the noise was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. Eventually, late at night, when the street became quieter, we managed to get some rest. Additionally, the beds were incredibly poor—they creaked, and the mattress was simply uncomfortable. The next day, we requested a new room, and the staff kindly moved us to a room away from the street. This helped with the traffic noise, but now there was a constant noise from the ventilation system and water pipes. It was very easy to hear when toilets were flushed in other rooms. The bed in this room was a double bed, and it was so worn out that we rolled toward the middle. Once again, we requested a new room, which we received, but we were informed that it would be the last time. The beds in the new room were better since they were single beds and did not creak, but the noise from the ventilation and water pipes remained. The staff was friendly and helpful, but due to the condition of the hotel and the noise, we would never choose to stay here again.

The room looked very old, with uncomfortable pillows and mattress. There were no power outlets near the bed, which made things very inconvenient. Street noise was loud, and it was hard to sleep. No real facilities – even the gym opens only at 10am. Overall, the hotel feels outdated and poorly maintained. Only the location is worth mentioning.

La habitación es muy cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario. Lo único reprochable es que no tiene insonorización y se escucha todo entre las habitaciones.

Desde la llegada el personal de recepción sumamente amable y explicó todo de forma muy clara , se habla perfectamente , español , catalán , francés e inglés Hay un restaurante Japonés justo en la entrada del hotel que es delicioso , de buen precio y muy buen servicio , muy recomendable En general creo que están en la mejor ubicación , da la sensación de que todo está cerca y sencillo de llegar caminando a todos lados

Marc at the front desk was one of the nicest attendants I’ve come across in my travels. The hotel is a bit older, but that is part of being in Andorra. It could use some small updates though. The room was clean, though the duvet was in the closet which was a little confusing at first. Overall a fine experience.

Excelente servicio y trato del staff de recepción. Las habitaciones muy limpias y ordenadas.

Tuvimos diferentes incidencias con nuestra habitación. Hasta en 4 ocasiones tuvismos que cambiar de habitación. La primera que nos dieron era increible la peste a tabaco que hacía. Lo comunique y nos cambiaron de habitación. En esta 2a habitación a media noche se estropeo el climatizador y dormimos con un frio increíble. Al dia siguiente realice la queja y nos volvieron a cambiar de habitación. En la siguiente habitación, la 3a, despues de ducharnos vamos a secarnos el pelo y comprobamos que el secador solo echaba aire frio, un desastre, y la TV no funcionaba tampoco. Asi que volvimos a quejarnos y por fin nos dieron una 4a habitación en la que todo por fin estaba correctamente. El personal de recepcion excelente. No puedo decir lo mismo de su responsable, ya que despues de explicarle todas las incidencias que habiamos tenido, me dijo que no me podian hacer ningún tipo de devolución, de al menos alguna parte del importe, que fue lo que le sugerí, tan solo lo que hicieron fue no cobrarnos las bebidas que habiamos tomado en las cenas del buffete. En resumen nos pasamos el fin de semana haciendo cambios de habitación y no pudimos descansar que era la idea con la que íbamos...

Boa localização, bom atendimento e quarto espaçoso Minha experiência no Andorra Palace Hotel foi positiva. A localização é excelente, muito prática para explorar a cidade, e o atendimento foi muito bom durante toda a estadia. O quarto é amplo, a cama é confortável e o banheiro é bastante espaçoso, o que traz conforto no dia a dia. Os móveis não são novos, mas estão em bom estado e não comprometem a qualidade da hospedagem. Não utilizei o café da manhã, pois minha reserva foi sem essa opção, então não posso opinar sobre esse serviço. Hotel honesto, bem localizado e com bom custo-benefício. Recomendo.

Este hotel es bastante antiguo pero tiene muchissímas ventajas. Está ubicado en la avenida Meritxell, cerca de las tiendas y los restaurantes. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y muy limpias, las camas también. Forma parte de un complejo de tres hoteles y tiene un acceso muy facil al parking. El desayuno impresionante, ubicado en el hotel Mercure. El personal muy amable. El precio increidble.

Hotel est très bien placée. Beacoup est accessible à pied. Les personnelles sont accueillantes et font des effort pour parle le français. Hotel très propre. Le petit déjeuner est super. Beacoup de choix.
