The entire staff was efficient, friendly, and professional. Our junior suite, the spa, outdoor pool and dining options were spectacular. All this surrounded by the phenomenal, natural beauty of Andorra and our stay was just perfect. We will be back again.

Todo muy bien, hotel excelente, limpio y comodo, el spa es genial, solo hubo un problema con el servicio del kids club que no funcionaba en el horario establecido y la monitora fue muy antipatica, estuvo toda la tarde con el ipad ignorando a las niñas y logicamente no quisieron volver al kids club. Tampoco hicieron las actividades que anunciaban.

Everything about the hotel was perfect, could not praise the staff enough, the location was perfect, room clean and so comfortable. Staff were knowledgeable, the restaurant was amazing and food so tasty. Will definitely go back and spend more time when next Andorra.

Dining options were excellent and this hotel is likely great during ski season. In the summer it was very quiet (potentially good) and seemed a bit dusty overall. Staff were excellent. Shocking for a hotel this highly regarded, most rooms, perhaps all, lack air conditioning. Makes sense for their busy period of ski season, but in August was very hot in the room. The door to the balcony of our upgraded junior suite lacked any screens - we were warned by staff of the insects outside. There were no windows that opened or doors that were screened. Staff kindly brought in a large Dyson fan which was a small improvement.

O hotel é lindo e tudo maravilhoso no serviço e no quarto. O café da manhã é sensacional. A massagem do spa tb vale cada centavo. Voltaria com certeza. Não é pé na neve mas é a uma curta caminhada até a entrada da estação. Bem curta mesmo.

Dining options were excellent and this hotel is likely great during ski season. In the summer it was very quiet (potentially good) and seemed a bit dusty overall. Staff were excellent. Amazing stay at one of the best hotels in the world. The staff and level of service is at the best level I’ve ever seen. The breakfast was just another breathtaking experience and what a view while you eat. The one downfall is the food is lunch, dinner and snacks are so expensive that it makes you go elsewhere. And other then the Japanese restaurant which our friends said was very good on taste, my experience with the other onsite restaurants was the food wasn’t great. But in saying that we are definitely coming back.

A very nice hotel in a beautiful location with amazing spa facilities. The only problem we had was that the weather was really hot and there was no air conditioning in the room which surprised us ! This place is beautiful and we were completely pampered the entire time. The pools are only for guests ages 13 and older, so our 8 year old could not swim, but otherwise it was an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond for us, and were very welcoming. Highly recommend!
