One night before taking an early morning flight. Kiki the administrator is super friendly and ready to help with any need. Awesome restaurant by the hotel as well.

Great clean top notch place for family. Car parking available.

This is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Herklion, Crete. It's a very nice property. It has parking but is a distance from the historic district. I'd stay here again.

we loved our accomodation even if only for one night, if we should come back in Heraklion we would book for sure Chapter 2 accomodations, we are only sorry for not being able to taste the restaurant and bar of the structure, cheers

No 2 bus stops outside and goes to Knossos and back into town to the Archeological Museum. Nice restaurant is part of the property, and its staff are very helpful when you are unable to access your room. But there is no "Reception" to greet you, and if you haven`t caught up with your emails you are unable to get in. When you sit down and search for an email you find it says your booking is no longer valid. However, other kind guests and restaurant staff sorted us out. But we couldn`t get the safe to work, and there was no-one to ask. The room was not cleaned on Sunday but we could not see this in any of the instructions in the room.

GD Gallery Suites was easily accessible, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We liked the fact that we had private parking.

I did not eat breakfast. I had small meals and snacks and they were good. The road outside was noisy from 7 am to after midnight The facilities have been recently upgraded and are well designed and attractive

We loved our stay here - located close to Knossos & a short drive to the city center of Heraklion. The studio was very comfortable & a great size. We loved the breakfast & onsite parking was much appreciated. Friendly service & very helpful - quick to answer ny questions!

Netjes, goede toegang, binnen rustig, mooi ingericht, lekker bed, buurt druk met vooral veel apotheken en supermarkten, weinig restaurants.

Clean and nice aesthetic. Location is close to the Palace of Knossos. Dropped one star because toilet would not flush and check-in was stressful due to no staff being at front desk upon arrival (had to be let in by bar staff).

A high quality hotel that gets the extras just right. The quality and cleanliness were top notch and we found the rooms well appointed and comfortable. We also appreciated the style of the decor throughout. But it was those extra torched like the welcome snacks, the hotel-prepared info guide, the toothbrush kit, the coffee/teas in room and the little slippers that were the extra touch to make us feel very welcome. Our interactions with staff were always very friendly and they were always very communicative and helpful in addressing any minor issues we had (e.g. missing TV remote the first day). A great place to stay in Heraklion.

Despite the problems of a flashing LED light in the room compelling us to disconnect the electric meter (otherwise we felt like in a disco party), the toilet seat with some weird stains, the absence of any person to welcome, and the fact that the beds were only prepared with one sheet (no throw or duvet), everything was quite good. Good communication... via emails. As to the location, not ideal, far from old town, from the port and even from the Knossos Palace. Nice bedroom, nice mattress, good decoration and efficient AC.

Al nostro arrivo siamo rimasti chiusi dentro l’ascensore e solo dopo qualche telefonata sono riuscita a rintracciare il contatto (perché la struttura non ha reception, e’ una sorta di apart-hotel) che ha chiamato il tecnico per farci uscire. La camera era pulita e molto carina ma il bagno per tre persone è piccolissimo (noi eravamo in una suite). La colazione è al piatto percui la scelta è limitata e avere della semplice frutta fresca è impossibile anche se il personale del Demode’ restaurant e’ molto gentile e amichevole. Percui ho un giudizio molto contrastante, in complesso la struttura è bella ma ci sono delle pecche sicuramente da aggiustare.

Beds and pillows really quite bad, thin and plasticky feeling. I was under the weather and realized I had checked out in a hurry and left some clothing behind and cleaning staff denied seeing it. The plus side is that they were incredibly responsive - everything was done via WhatsApp. Never interacted with a person, for better or worse - personally did not mind. Conveniently located to Knossos.

Beautiful accommodation. Traffic noise all the time. Need transportation to get anywhere of interest. 35 mins walk to Knossos.

Not sure i would choose again. Air condition very iffy, no staff onsite when we checked to correct any issues.

The traffic noise was horrible at night. You can hear everything inclusing traffic, music from passing cars, people talking. The area also doenst have a lot of dining options and you cant drink the tap water either which meand you have to buy bottled water. Also there is no 24/7 front desk so if yoy arrive at night you will have challenges getting it. Tours dont usually pick up from here either. Water hotness is touch and go. At night you can grt decent hot water. In the mornings not so much

This was a very modern and stylish place, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We could walk to Knossos in about half an hour and there were dining and shopping options nearby. Highly recommended!
