We really liked the apartment, excellent location , the apartments is located across from the beach and one minute walks to the strip with many good rest. Nice balcony view coz we had an ocean view. The manager Mrs. Laura was wonderful host and gave us an excellent hospitality to accommodate us with parking space for our big van, late check out. Thank you so much Mrs Laura. We will be back soon.

Sehr geräumiges Apartment mit großem Balkon zur Landseite. Die vorbeiführende Straße ist gut frequentiert, d.h. es wird teilweise auch mal etwas laut. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist hervorragend, Selbstversorgung damit gut möglich. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Hotelanlage verfügbar.

Loved being near Trinity Beach. Easy walk to the beach from the complex. The pool is awesome and well kept. The unit is bright and spacious. Kitchen has enough supplies for cooking. Bonus is the laundry with dryer. Laura was very responsive to our needs. The only negative was the road was beside our unit so can hear cars and party goers until the late evening on friday and saturday.

Roomy apartment with a big balcony, well equipped kitchen and a little office space. Beautiful out door space on the beach with a lovely pool area. Dining just down the beach. Great spot!

The apartment has the most spectacular view!! We enjoyed hours and hours of porch time staring at that beautiful view. The view from the bed is just as wonderful. Comfortable bed, the bath tub is nice, and the washer and dryer is a fantastic bonus. Kitchen had everything needed for basic cooking. The pool is great, nice size, just a bit cold while we were there but it was winter time. The parking garage is secured, as well as the entire property, we always felt safe there. The property management team were helpful, inviting and friendly. The one complaint would be that the kitchen was dirty when we got there. The countertops had food stuck to them, so I had to do some cleaning in the kitchen before we even used it. Also while the week we were there, I had to continually battle little tiny bugs all over the kitchen. Another thing was the dishes were dirty and needed washed before use, the toaster was really dirty. The maid service mid week didn't seem to do much, besides change the bed sheets and replace towels, otherwise no sweeping or taking out of trash. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other travels.

今回は私たち夫婦、息子夫婦、娘夫婦+生後８ヶ月のベビー７人で約5年ぶり。4泊5日の滞在。以前は1BR、2BR。今回は初の3BR。お部屋では5回の朝食、2回の昼食、3回の夕食、1回のBBQを。広いテラスやソファー、プールで波の音をききながらのんびり過ごせました。雨季でも湿度が様々な日がある中、テラスのルーバーを使うことで夕食をテラスで楽しめる日もありました。(いつも８月に訪問していたので) 食洗機、洗濯機、乾燥機、大きい冷凍冷蔵庫もあるので、快適でした。 滞在中シャワールーム器具の不具合もありましたがすぐに対応していただけてその後は普通にストレスなく使えました。BBQの時など食材を階下に運ぶ際プラスチックの容器がいくつかあったのは助かりました。ただ蓋付きのプラスチック容器があるのに蓋がないものや組み合わせて使えない容器もあり、１対でないものは取り除くなど一定の整理があってもよいのかな？と思いました。欲を言えば買い物に行く際に使う保冷バックがあるともっといいのになぁ～。とおもいました。赤ちゃんもいるため床の拭き掃除をする際、モップを使おうとしましたが、汚れたままで髪の毛も着いたものがそのままになってリネン室に置いてあり触ることもためらわれました。それで持参したタオルを使うことにしました。シンクが1BR、2BRの時より小さく正直使いづらかったです。またいつもは海を眺めながらバブルバスに入れたのですが、今回のユニットはそれが叶わなかったのは残念でした。オーディオセットは最近では使わないコンポがあり、以前のユニットではBOSEのスピーカーやブルーツゥースが使えたのに……。コンポは埃っぽくなっていたのではたして必要なのかな？と思いました。(清潔感からの観点から)テレビは横に線が入り、見ずらかったので使わないことにしました。今回初めてフローリングの床(たまたまタイルではなかったのかな？)で赤ちゃんがあちこち動き回るので安全面から良かったと思いました。事前にユニット内の備品や装備品、器具、機材等のチェックをより強化していただけたらと思いました。 正直に感じたことを書かせていただきましたがより素晴らしい居場所であり続けて欲しい気持ちには変わりありません。初めて訪れた家族もくつろいで過ごすことができ満足できたようです。 ロケーションは素晴らしく、グレッグやローラーさんには良くしていただきました。感謝しています。 また、ケアンズと言えばここに帰って来たいと思っています。ありがとう！

Garden View - Unit 22. Unit - The unit itself was in good condition. Kitchen - Was well equipped with all necessary items. Appliances - Items ranged from mediocre to average quality. The tumble dryer timer functioned intermittently causing the tumble dryer to run a full day while we were out. Furniture - Average quality. The dining room chairs need repairs. The seat on one chair was loose and caused an injury to one person by pinching a finger between the loose seat and chair frame. Shared bathroom/toilet - Spacious and nice-looking. Lacks proper ventilation. Towels do not dry in the bathroom and oudors take time to clear. The extractor fan is mediocre and will need to be left on permanently to provide some ventilation. Bedroom - Spacious with add-on walk-in robe. The main double bed was very uncomfortable. The bedroom is 15 meters from the outside road and very noisy. With all windows and doors shut every car passing can still be heard. Window blinds are the vertical hanging type. The blinds continue to rattle with the fan and airconditioner in use. We eventually shut the fan down and ran the aircon at a very low speed. The preference would be open windows but the noise is then even worse from the street. TV - Cheap Kogan type without auto sound control. Swimming pool - Good condition and well maintained. Gardens - Overall in good condition Parking - Open parking in the sun. Beach and walking - Average. Better places elsewhere.

Beautiful clean, spacious accommodation. The view and large glass balcony overlooking the ocean were breathtaking. Direct access to beach, close to food places, est. Beautiful pool overlooking beach. Heaps of storage space and nice big spa bath. Unfortunately, our stay was majorly negatively impacted due to the condition of the master bedroom mattress. The ensemble under the mattress was broken causing the whole thing to dip in random spots. We ended up having the sleep on the floor with a bunch of blankets as it was more comfortable, not exactly what you expect for $400 per night. We did report the issue to reception the first night and they promptly came and tried to fix the mattress with extra protectors etc., which we appreciated, although made no difference. It would have been valuable to know the apartments are all privately owned beforehand so furniture in depend on the owner. I would stay at the hotel again as it was an amazing place, just definitely not in apartment 4.

Garden View - Unit 22. Unit - The unit itself was in good condition. Kitchen - Was well equipped with all necessary items. Appliances - Items ranged from mediocre to average quality. The tumble dryer timer functioned intermittently causing the tumble dryer to run a full day while we were out. Furniture - Average quality. The dining room chairs need repairs. The seat on one chair was loose and caused an injury to one person by pinching a finger between the loose seat and chair frame. Shared bathroom/toilet - Spacious and nice-looking. Lacks proper ventilation. Towels do not dry in the bathroom and oudors take time to clear. The extractor fan is mediocre and will need to be left on permanently to provide some ventilation. Bedroom - Spacious with add-on walk-in robe. The main double bed was very uncomfortable. The bedroom is 15 meters from the outside road and very noisy. With all windows and doors shut every car passing can still be heard. Window blinds are the vertical hanging type. The blinds continue to rattle with the fan and airconditioner in use. We eventually shut the fan down and ran the aircon at a very low speed. The preference would be open windows but the noise is then even worse from the street. TV - Cheap Kogan type without auto sound control. Swimming pool - Good condition and well maintained. Gardens - Overall in good condition Parking - Open parking in the sun. Beautiful clean, spacious accommodation. The view and large glass balcony overlooking the ocean were breathtaking. Direct access to beach, close to food places, est. Beautiful pool overlooking beach. Heaps of storage space and nice big spa bath. Unfortunately, our stay was majorly negatively impacted due to the condition of the master bedroom mattress. The ensemble under the mattress was broken causing the whole thing to dip in random spots. We ended up having the sleep on the floor with a bunch of blankets as it was more comfortable, not exactly what you expect for $400 per night. We did report the issue to reception the first night and they promptly came and tried to fix the mattress with extra protectors etc., which we appreciated, although made no difference. It would have been valuable to know the apartments are all privately owned beforehand so furniture in depend on the owner. I would stay at the hotel again as it was an amazing place, just definitely not in apartment 4.

Close to beach and few restaurants. Garden view unit (thanks Expedia for booking error) isn't nice. Obstructed views of the hills, damp & smelling rooms, rooms (carpet) will need a lot of cleaning and some bug spray, perhaps. Property manager was friendly and helpful.

何よりも広いバルコニーとそこからのオーシャンビューが最高でした！部屋は綺麗で広くキッチン道具やジェットバスなどの設備も充実してます。近くのスーパーで買い物して優雅にランチやディナーも楽しめました。あとトリニティビーチのレストランはオリジナリティがあってどこも美味しいです。市内に出るのにバスで50分くらいです。クランダはタクシーで33ドル、空港は60ドルくらいでした。 オーナーがとても気さくで親切で、コロナ事情に配慮してくれたおかげで3年越しのケアンズ旅行を実現することができました。

Loved being near Trinity Beach. Easy walk to the beach from the complex. The pool is awesome and well kept. The unit is bright and spacious. Kitchen has enough supplies for cooking. Bonus is the laundry with dryer. Laura was very responsive to our needs. The only negative was the road was beside our unit so can hear cars and party goers until the late evening on friday and saturday.

Roomy apartment with a big balcony, well equipped kitchen and a little office space. Beautiful out door space on the beach with a lovely pool area. Dining just down the beach. Great spot!

The apartment has the most spectacular view!! We enjoyed hours and hours of porch time staring at that beautiful view. The view from the bed is just as wonderful. Comfortable bed, the bath tub is nice, and the washer and dryer is a fantastic bonus. Kitchen had everything needed for basic cooking. The pool is great, nice size, just a bit cold while we were there but it was winter time. The parking garage is secured, as well as the entire property, we always felt safe there. The property management team were helpful, inviting and friendly. The one complaint would be that the kitchen was dirty when we got there. The countertops had food stuck to them, so I had to do some cleaning in the kitchen before we even used it. Also while the week we were there, I had to continually battle little tiny bugs all over the kitchen. Another thing was the dishes were dirty and needed washed before use, the toaster was really dirty. The maid service mid week didn't seem to do much, besides change the bed sheets and replace towels, otherwise no sweeping or taking out of trash. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other travels.

The property is in a beautiful location, overlooking trinity beach on the esplanade. Restaurants are all within walking distance from the apartment. However, the apartment we stayed in was very dated, furniture and fittings were broken and needed a bit of work.

I loved this luxury accommodation. Has a huge balcony and huge main bedroom with bathroom with spa bath and shower and walk in robe. TV in every room so comfy. We had the three bed apartment main bedroom at the front and could listen to the waves all night. Bed two and three over looked lush green hills at the back of the property. Walking distance to the tavern. I needed 5 days there but only had three and will def return.

We really liked the apartment, excellent location , the apartments is located across from the beach and one minute walks to the strip with many good rest. Nice balcony view coz we had an ocean view. The manager Mrs. Laura was wonderful host and gave us an excellent hospitality to accommodate us with parking space for our big van, late check out. Thank you so much Mrs Laura. We will be back soon.

今回は私たち夫婦、息子夫婦、娘夫婦+生後８ヶ月のベビー７人で約5年ぶり。4泊5日の滞在。以前は1BR、2BR。今回は初の3BR。お部屋では5回の朝食、2回の昼食、3回の夕食、1回のBBQを。広いテラスやソファー、プールで波の音をききながらのんびり過ごせました。雨季でも湿度が様々な日がある中、テラスのルーバーを使うことで夕食をテラスで楽しめる日もありました。(いつも８月に訪問していたので) 食洗機、洗濯機、乾燥機、大きい冷凍冷蔵庫もあるので、快適でした。 滞在中シャワールーム器具の不具合もありましたがすぐに対応していただけてその後は普通にストレスなく使えました。BBQの時など食材を階下に運ぶ際プラスチックの容器がいくつかあったのは助かりました。ただ蓋付きのプラスチック容器があるのに蓋がないものや組み合わせて使えない容器もあり、１対でないものは取り除くなど一定の整理があってもよいのかな？と思いました。欲を言えば買い物に行く際に使う保冷バックがあるともっといいのになぁ～。とおもいました。赤ちゃんもいるため床の拭き掃除をする際、モップを使おうとしましたが、汚れたままで髪の毛も着いたものがそのままになってリネン室に置いてあり触ることもためらわれました。それで持参したタオルを使うことにしました。シンクが1BR、2BRの時より小さく正直使いづらかったです。またいつもは海を眺めながらバブルバスに入れたのですが、今回のユニットはそれが叶わなかったのは残念でした。オーディオセットは最近では使わないコンポがあり、以前のユニットではBOSEのスピーカーやブルーツゥースが使えたのに……。コンポは埃っぽくなっていたのではたして必要なのかな？と思いました。(清潔感からの観点から)テレビは横に線が入り、見ずらかったので使わないことにしました。今回初めてフローリングの床(たまたまタイルではなかったのかな？)で赤ちゃんがあちこち動き回るので安全面から良かったと思いました。事前にユニット内の備品や装備品、器具、機材等のチェックをより強化していただけたらと思いました。 正直に感じたことを書かせていただきましたがより素晴らしい居場所であり続けて欲しい気持ちには変わりありません。初めて訪れた家族もくつろいで過ごすことができ満足できたようです。 ロケーションは素晴らしく、グレッグやローラーさんには良くしていただきました。感謝しています。 また、ケアンズと言えばここに帰って来たいと思っています。ありがとう！

We (a family of 4) stayed here for 4 nights and couldn't praise it highly enough. Our apartment was just amazing, the views are second to none.... the actual apartment has everything you want, it's beautifully decked out and it's spacious, airy and bright. Laura went out of her way to help us with tour booking. We will definitely come here again, it's a fabulous place to holiday!

Close to beach and few restaurants. Garden view unit (thanks Expedia for booking error) isn't nice. Obstructed views of the hills, damp & smelling rooms, rooms (carpet) will need a lot of cleaning and some bug spray, perhaps. Property manager was friendly and helpful.

Really happy we booked. The staff was prepared for our visit and made it extremely easy to check in and out for our week long stay. Accommodations as advertised and the 3 bedroom ocean front view was perfect. I’d highly recommend and would absolutely visit again. Thank you!

This was a terrific place to spend a week. It was open, very spacious and had a thrilling, beautiful view of the seaside We loved being able to walk to the beach and to dinner, although there aren’t many restaurants and they close early.

Loved being near Trinity Beach. Easy walk to the beach from the complex. The pool is awesome and well kept. The unit is bright and spacious. Kitchen has enough supplies for cooking. Bonus is the laundry with dryer. Laura was very responsive to our needs. The only negative was the road was beside our unit so can hear cars and party goers until the late evening on friday and saturday.

Could't fault anything about our stay. The beach is just across the road, there a great restaurants all are a short walk and if you want the city, Cairns is a 20 minute drive away.

Spectacular Ocean view from the balcony and master bedroom, we enjoyed the sunrise everyday ! Convenient location with beach access from the property, restaurants and shops nearby only few minutes walk. Well equipped kitchen and fully furnished apartment. We had a wonderful stay.

Stor leilighet. Har alt man trenger. 5 min å gå til stranden. Ca 20 min utenfor byen. Rolig familieplass. Passer ikke hvis du vil være nært alt og ha puber som er åpen utover natten.

Very nice apartment overlooking the ocean. The beach is not swimable at location, jelly fish, but a short walk has a netted in area. They did have a washer dryer in the room, so super convient. About 25 to 30 minutes to downtown Cains. Thanks David B

Abundance of towels and beach towels, kids beach toys, books and board games. Great customer service and advice for tours locally at the reception. Our whole family loved the beach views and crashing of the waves from the main bedroom and balcony. Resourced with air con and ceiling fans for all weather. Large kitchen and bathrooms. Great price. Half hour away from the city by car and includes parking space on site. A well enjoyed and recommended stay.
