Cabin was smallish, but more than adequate for two. We were close to the front gate, & therefore busy main road, but traffic noises were NOT an issue at all. Close & easy walking distance to main shopping area/city centre. Only downside was no pool, but upside was great communication from the park re free planned activities for guests - like live music or local indigenous talk & didgeridoo or pancake breakfast, etc. Totally recommend the place.

Great dog friendly park. Good location. So many rabbits!! Good if your dog needs desensitisation to rabbits. Circus noise and highway noise if you are a light sleeper. Cabin basic but good enough. My friends cabin had a dog yard at the back, I tied mine up which she is happy with

Our second stay, handy location on the Pacific Highway, with only 5-10min walk to the main shopping centre, Plantation Hotel, Dan Murphy and other convenience stores. Jetty Beach is 10min drive, with more restaurants near the esplanade. Facility and main kitchen area very clean and safe for the family and kids. Pet friendly in some of the cabins, which is a bonus for us to take our german size fur-bby and it suits our needs. Met James the owner, very friendly and easy to approach. Thank you for having stay at Reflections Coffs Harbour. We will be back again.

We stayed in a cabin with our dog and our toddler. This park is dog friendly, but there isn't much to do for kids. The air con in our cabin was in the bedroom, but there was no airflow to the rest of the cabin, which meant on those hot days the kitchen/lounge/dining area was stiflingly. We ended up putting towels over the window coverings as additional layer to try and keep cool. The laundry had many machines out of order, which meant maybe 1 or 2 washing machines were available and maybe 2 dryers. Things I would recommend: A tether outside on the cabin to tether your dog while packing unpacking the car. An inside floor mat to wipe your feet when you come inside. A hook to hang the dogs lead.

Parking for a big vehicle was tight. Clean accommodation. Great security and an area for our small dog. Unfortunately we were near the main highway with trucks on the move all night. Would love to stay again for a bit longer next time.

The cabin was very old and in need of some attention. The best thing was having undercover parking as it was raining and good to unpack the luggage. The cabin wasn’t suitable for a disabled person. The shower was inaccessible and the access to the bed was very tight.

Staff were great, cabin and pet area awesome. A lot of grass and area to walk my dog. The cabin was fresh, bright clean, air con tv etc worked fantastic. Comfortable bed. My only problem was the traffic noise on the Pacific Highway, relentless . I couldn’t sleep at all. Was glad to leave very early in the morning to get home and sleep.

Fresh Towels should have been given on day 4 we stayed 7 days and I asked for clean towels on Sunday when I seen the service vehicle. Otherwise it was a very convenient place to stay.

Traffic noise was terrible... Cabin was outdated and scrufy. Hot water stopped working half way through my wifes shower.. Beds had no duna covers on them. We found socks under one of the beds.. And mould on the blinds.. I normally wouldnt do a bad review for a couple of things out of place but this was beyond terrible.. in all aspects of our stay we booked for 2 nights and left the next morning forfeiting one night rentl costs.. 1 to 10 -1 definitely do not recommend.

Stayed in one of older cabins, really well past its use by. Complement to the cleaners, but cabinetry etc really needs to be replaced. Area outside around cabin does not appear to have had grounds staff attend for a long time. Very uninviting. Shame, as the park has huge potential.

The women on the desk and cleaners were wonderful, very helpful. But the man in office was very rude and not very friendly. The cabin was very old ,cracks and bad condition, walls falling apart, just dreadful. No stove but lots of pots and pans. The bedding was very clean, The car spare was very small for our car. We won’t be staying there again.

The cabin was well eqipped and was nice to have rge heating on when we arrived. The cabin itself was quite spacious for the 2 of us abd might have been a bit more sqashed if we had four in. Pretty clean, usual dust in some areas. Id probably most describe it as tired. The only downfall as most people mention is the proximity to the highway so lots of traffic noise. Also it is a fair distance to restaurants, jetty beaches etc. We stayed 2 nights and yet to see a member of staff. When we phoned to arrange a late check in, we waited a long time for an answer and to this time im still waiting on a reply via message to them. I also explained that i have no access to SMS but they wanted to send safe code this way. Fortunately a staff member gave me this code over the phone. This allowed for a cide to access the site and cabin. Nobody on reception eiher to check out. Luckily we didnt have any isdues!

When we phoned to arrange a late check in, we waited a long time for an answer and to this time im still waiting on a reply via message to them. I also explained that i have no access to SMS but they wanted to send safe code this way. Fortunately a staff member gave me this code over the phone. This allowed for a cide to access the site and cabin. Nobody on reception eiher to check out. Luckily we didnt have any isdues!

The cabin was well eqipped and was nice to have rge heating on when we arrived. The cabin itself was quite spacious for the 2 of us abd might have been a bit more sqashed if we had four in. Pretty clean, usual dust in some areas. Id probably most describe it as tired. The only downfall as most people mention is the proximity to the highway so lots of traffic noise. Also it is a fair distance to restaurants, jetty beaches etc. We stayed 2 nights and yet to see a member of staff. Parking for a big vehicle was tight. Clean accommodation. Great security and an area for our small dog. Unfortunately we were near the main highway with trucks on the move all night. Would love to stay again for a bit longer next time.

Great location for proximity to the main shops and pubs, A bit noisy overnight with all the trucks passing through town, cabins are showing their age.

Nothing flashing but served its purpose for a one night stay with our puppy whilst on the road for a couple of days. Clean, warm, basic but was all we needed. Happy with the stay.

Great location. Comfortable cabin. Little fiddly getting in and out with the single working boomgate. Some numberplate technology could be useful. It was raining and had to open the window to operate the boom gate everytime. Happy with our stay.
