It was very quiet and relaxing absolutely loved our stay. Easy access to the beach the pools aren’t working right now which was fine we knew before we booked it. Still very awesome stay without the pool will stay here again!

They boast having 3 pools. They are all closed😡

Pools and spas were empty photo on listing inaccurate and the buildings were run down

The door to the condo wouldn’t close properly you had to physically lift the door to close. The AC didn’t cool the room. We were not notified there was no pool access or beach access from condo. Reached out to number for questions with no response.

It’s so sad what has happened to this beautiful resort! The owner needs to FIX The Pools and deck!!!!!! And there’s NO reason the restaurant, indoor pool or bathrooms are closed. We will NOT be back!

Black mold covering an entire wall and ceiling. Light switches didn't work. Carpet was sticky. Never seen anyone that worked here. Parking was confusing and not protected. We lost power for the 2 days we were there. When power was restored our building only had the hall lights on while the building beneath us where the hotel guest stay had full power.the parking garage where the condo sat on top of was so bad it was deamed unsafe to park in. The building swayed and shook during wind. The elevators were running and stoping at random floors where noone was. Faulty wiring perhaps? Our suites fire sprinkles were rusted and looked like the entire building is lacking in inspections.

The pictures made you think it was ocean front, all the amenities were closed both pools, ocean view bar all of it was closed, no ice had to go to another floor for ice. If the amenities were open I would have have a wonderful stay!!! It was boring nothing to do there.

I am saddened by the condition this resort has been left in after the hurricanes. There are no amenities absolutely nothing not even the gym is open. Although you can rent a nice avocado bike from the lobby. This was not our first time at the resort but will be our last time. Hotels.com gave a very vague description of this property. Had we know that there were no pools inside or out, gym, lounge area we would not have booked. I will not mention who but there was an employee there that was talking to one of the longtime residents about how after the hurricanes the owner took the insurance money and pocketed instead of making the repairs to the seawall and building. The building honestly from the beach looks like it's being held up by cables. We did in fact enjoy our stay even though we didn't get to do anything that we anticipated! We will be back to Daytona because we love the area, we will not be back to the resort. Just very saddened by the conditions this beautiful property has been left in by greed. Oh, might I mention, I was charged twice as much when I got to the property as I was quoted online. Just very disappointing.

Place should be condemned. APL amenities are closed no nothing all closed off and condemned. Elevator s out of inspection fire extinguisher all out off date no parking must park in public’s parking lot and pretty difficult for anyone to come and go. I have been in touch with our local news channel and they are coming out for story. False advertising unbelievable worst conditions.

Unit owners responsive. Needs more staff for larger property amenities that are completely closed for use-except beach access. Beachfront unit view the best part. The linens were exceptional.

Several things made our stay here less than pleasurable. First, we were hit with "Hidden" fees that were not included in the original quote. We were quoted one price for a 3-day/night stay yet I was charged another higher price to my card. I tried reaching out to Beach Front Studios to find out what the extra charges were for and have yet to get an answer. Secondly, the condo that we stayed in was dirty, the bathroom toilet was broken, the kitchen utensils were covered in food and the floor was unswept when we arrived. Lastly, the overall state of the hotel was not good. It smelled musty and most of the carpeting showed signs of water damage. I will not book here again.

I had the worse experience at this place! The room smelled so bad and carpet felt disgusting! we had to buy air freshener to help with the smell. The TV would NOT turn on, after several attempts to notify the owner, they responded the day before we were leaving to ask if it was still not turning on. The WIFI was off, after sending a message to owner, I guess he restarted it. I DO NOT recommend staying here. DISGUSTED.

Pictures dont match the property and room. Pictures look updated and nice but when you get there its all run down. Funiture is old. Carpets is dirty and stained.

The pictures online on hotels.com made this look like a beautiful resort, but it was not, none of the amenities were open, to get to the ocean you had to walk around the hotel and parking garage, the ac didnt work very good, the door was almost off the hinges, the tub water wouldn't completely shut off, there was pigeons living on the tiny balcony so droppings everwhere, at night the cockroaches came out, the kitchen sink did not drain. I would not recommend this place!

No smoking policy, yet the whole floor and room smelled like smoke. Two roaches were found in our room and the shower was absolutely disgusting. We will not ever be booking again.

The hotel is under renovation and had a musty smell. The room was good with no smell and was comfortable. The view was amazing. Only issue I had was the TV because it wanted you to log in on a phone. I have a flip phone and no internet access. i did figure out how to do it from my laptop so was fine the reminder of my stay. Good thing I had brought my computer. LOL

These particular people that I booked with were horrible at communicating and solving issues. Due to the storm I kind of overlooked some things. However when I tried to reach out to them they did not respond and I had to contact them several times just to get into my room. Overall the cleanliness of the room was wonderful. The problem is we will not able to use all of the amenities due to the power being out the stove was inoperable as well as the refrigerator did not have any power and we even try to plug it up where it was unplugged and still no power and again I reached out to the property owner and no response. There was a cooler in the room so I'm assuming this has been an ongoing issue so what we had to do was go get ice to keep the items that we had cool. When booking make sure you inspect the room thoroughly because you may not get what is listed when you book The room apartment condo or Villa. That was the only issue mainly that I had was we were not able to use the stove that we booked for as well as the refrigerator also we were not able to get any channels on the TV so basically we were just able to sleep and shower. Even if the owner couldn't solve the solution right then and there the communication is very poor. We only stayed 2 nights and were away most of the time so we didn't get to enjoy the indoor pool or anything else this time. But the room was great and remodeled and had everything we needed for the stay. Will definitely stay again!

1.Didnt get the room i booked. 2.Tv didnt work.Heard sound but no picture. (Bought a tv from walmart because owner stopped messaging after being informed. 3.The balcony wasn't big enough to stand on. 4.Shower wouldn't drain. 5.Neither indoor or outdoor pool was usable.

It was fine. I’m pretty sure this is someone’s lil apartment that they rent out. The tv didn’t work and the front door didn’t actually close, u could just push it open. The bathroom sink was clogged. But it served the purpose I guess.

It took almost 20 minutes to find my room because of lack of directions at the hotel. A fellow customer helped me find it. When I arrived to the room it was so hot and the a/c was not working and did not get help had to sleep very uncomfortable the entire night

Didn’t even get to stay there they over booked then sent us to some hole in the wall felt very unsafe

Close to the beach is a win and restaurants. Limited parking, door code didnt work, hotel staff said they could not help and would not help. Told me to call number as no one can help at the location.

When arrived, the room aren't available.Hotel stuff did not help. Contacted Expedia and on the phone for over an hour. Scammed me for another hotel and again no reservation. Disaster.

Pool area seems damaged balcony view you see more of damaged then the ocean

The room we had was nice. It was clean. It definitely needed more upgrades. The ac was loud. The tub was rusty. You could still see repercussions of the hurricane damages and water damage. Guest services were friendly and helpful. The location and the view were amazing.

First room had no hot water, ac unit could not cool the room, front door had hinge issue where only an adult could lift the door to close it. Porch unusable due to bird droppings. All pools are closed. All restaurants are closed. 2nd day new room same hot water issue, there was none, ac on max room at 75. At 8:00 am construction company woke everyone up. Yes don’t book your stay here. We checked out at 9;30am and drove back home. This was not a vacation. My kids hated this place. Still awaiting my refund. Don’t stay here until construction is finished…..this place should be condemned.
