Motel rooms immaculately clean and tidy however surrounds were unkept and untidy. Pool was dirty, weeds everywhere and outdoor furniture extremely dirty which was a shame as hot weather and couldn’t really sit in the shady surrounds.

Definitely on my list for another stay. Pool and surrounds were immaculate. Room was too. Quiet, magnificent bathroom, good bed, and good value. Staff were fantastic. Helped me out with a problem with the lights, everything resolved immediately.

Nice property, was a bit spoiled by the fact that my bedside table had a huge coffee ring on it when I checked into the room. Made me wonder how seriously it had been cleaned. Other than that, it had a really good working air conditioner. Bed was comfortable.

The owner charged a $30 fee (in addition to the original amount ($135) paid to Wotif) for a second guest to stay in the second bed. At the time it was a strange request and didn’t to seem correct, but to avoid conflict I paid the owner cash. After paying the owner I double checked the Wotif booking which was: 2 adults, Twin room, two twin beds. We were provided one single bed, one double bed. We checked out before reception opened, so I could not take up the over charge with the owner in person, however I did message the hotel via their website to address the issue….no response. Feeling ripped off on principle.

The room we booked had one queen and two single beds (clearly suited for four people), but the booking was listed for three. When the owner saw there were four of us, we were told to pay an extra $20 per night. The issue itself could have been understandable, but the way it was communicated came across as quite rude and unprofessional. It made the stay more stressful than it needed to be.
