Något nedgånget men helt ok. Fantastisk personal !! God frukost ! Ligger lite off men det finns restauranger och pubar i närheten, Vi bodde där för att det låg relativt nära Wembley Stadium. Det tog ca 20-30 min att gå till Wembley.

I didn’t have breakfast but the rooms were very clean and the staff extremely helpful, friendly and very nice.

Did it use 'business facilities'. Shops I would want to use were not nearby. Tried onsite cafe and did not want to use again.Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Room not cleaned properly. Cost was overvalued.

Comfortable and had a bath:) good staff. One slight issue the room service menu is a little limited. There needs to be more classics like a burger or a pasta or risotto or even just a steak. The choices are all a bit either wheat based or with rich sauces like curries.

Staff was very nice & helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The breakfast was also very good with many, many options. The hotel is very far from the city center it took about 45mins or longer to get to the city center via tube or uber.
