Nice and helpful staff, but… Many things could be better. The bathroom had a lot of mould around the window and bathtub. The floor in the bedroom did not get the proper cleaning. Breakfast was dominated by empty trays and the waiting time to get them refilled was simply not good enough. The breakfast selection was of medium to low quality The swimming pool was nice and clean but the kids were not allowed to splash or jump into the water and it was mandatory to wear a swimmingcap

Terrible beds. The pool was closed. Not what we were expecting.

Jättefint hotell med stor parkliknande trädgård Stor pool som var tom på vatten. Par hundra meter till havet. Hotellrummen finns i olika enheter/byggnader utspridda i parken. Lugnt. Stor restaurang. God frukostbuffé. Garageplats i låst garage 10 euro / natt alt parkering på gatan.

Service personalet var søde. Især dem i morgenmads restauranten. Rengøringen var hæslig. Der var støv i alle kroge, gulvet var beskidt og man fik sorte sokker. Der var et gammelt tyggegummi på badeværelset fra gæsterne før os. Pool området var super godt. Maden i pool baren var kedeligt og frys retter der bliver optøet. Morgenmaden var ok, med det sødeste personale.

Helt okej hotell. Dock kanske inte så skandinaviskt utan mer åt polacker/balkan. Poolvakten var otrevlig och tog sig själv på för stort allvar. Rätt dyrt i baren men man kunde ta med egen dryck till poolen. Rummen var fina och rymliga.

Super accueil, personnel aux petits soins, prévenant, sérieux, et très sympathique. Mention spéciale au personnel du bar de la piscine 👏

Hôtel très fonctionnel, très grandes piscines ensoleillées et idéales pour nager des longueurs et pour les enfants également . Très calme., les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses. La plage est à 250 m et les commerces tout proche. Le parc est agréable et bien entretenu . Le personnel est à l’écoute . Nous recommandons cet hôtel .

Vi kunne ikke få en parkeringsplads da vi ankom, så vi måtte køre op og ned af gaden til vi fandt en offentlig plads. Der var mug i vindueskarmen i badeværelset. Men ellers var der rengøring, rene håndklæder osv hver dag. Poolområdet er fint. Det er altid til at få en plads og så er der en lille legeplads til børn. Morgenmad er fint. Aftensmaden på hotellet er ikke noget særligt og for dyrt.

Ok park area if visiting with kids, but not very relaxing pool as they played loud radio music all day long. Also had to wear swimming caps in the pool which is a nogo. Hotel is quite faded and all concrete, so very damp without AC on, which turns off as soon as you leave the room. Our room had basicly no cell phone reception, and no wifi reception at all. When trying to explain the staff that the signal was too weak, they only gave a new password voucher and shrugged their shoulders. They said they could not find another room since they were full, but a quick search online called the bluff. I needed wifi for work, this combined with noe 4/5G signal inside made the stay cumbersome, left a day early due to this. Ok place for seniors, not so much for anyone else. The area around the hotel is clearly beyond the point where they ran out of money when establishing the area.

Service personalet var søde. Især dem i morgenmads restauranten. Rengøringen var hæslig. Der var støv i alle kroge, gulvet var beskidt og man fik sorte sokker. Der var et gammelt tyggegummi på badeværelset fra gæsterne før os. Pool området var super godt. Maden i pool baren var kedeligt og frys retter der bliver optøet. Morgenmaden var ok, med det sødeste personale.

Vi hadde hadde to rom for en familie på 5. Rommene trenger oppgradering, skitten på rommene, sopp i dusj, maur på rommet, utstyr på badet i dårlig tilstand. Greit bassengområde som snart trenger oppussing. Vennlig personale.

Very great hotel. We did not get to use all the amenities but it was very clean and a very nice hotel.

La chambre était très sale au niveau des sols et les réassorts en produits et accessoires tels les gobelets et en eau étaient inexistants. Pour le reste, tout était parfait.

Nice place with potential however could benefit of lots of improvements, specially in the rooms area. AC units works poorly and rooms are outdated.

Een net hotel, waarbij de kamers wel gedateerd zijn. Tevens viel ons tegen dat nergens vermeld staat dat je een badmuts in het zwembad op moet. Het is overigens wel een fijn zwembad.

Buona struttura, camera pulita e davvero molto spaziosa, peccato per il bagno in cui il vetro della vasca da bagno aveva le guarnizioni probabilmente vecchie che causavano fuoriuscita di acqua a terra durante la doccia. In generale soddisfatto, zona piscina molto carina e tanti spazi verdi

we received a very good reception with thorough and good information. our hotel room was wonderful, it was large, clean, had good air conditioning and a fridge, which we really appreciated. the pool area was lovely and there were always sunbeds and if not the lifeguards found some immediately. we think it was silly we had to wear a swimming cap and didn't understand why? directly opposite the hotel there is an ATM, supermarket and a few restaurants. if you walk 2-3 kilometers down the road there is an area with several restaurants, shops, bars etc. the breakfast was very boring and basic. would suit a 2 star hotel more than a 4 star resort. the day of our return we asked for help to get a taxi to the airport. we were going to the airport at 2pm and asked for help booking a taxi at 10am. we were told that you couldn't pre-book and that they generally couldn't promise we could get a taxi?! that it was a general problem especially on Sundays. a 4-star resort, 15 km from the airport, which obviously sees it as a general problem, simply has to come up with a solution. Own shuttle bus? cooperation with a taxi company? at 11.30 we approached again, as we didn't dare wait after the receptionist said they didn't know if we could get a taxi. They ordered a taxi and we were picked up 20 minutes later.. we Were at the airport over 2 hours before we had to because of this and honestly the hotel should have better service and advice. Maybe a collab with a taxi service, shuttle etc

Très bonne expérience. Ce qui a fait la différence c’est la flexibilité du staff. A 2 reprises, j’ai fait des demandes spécifiques et celles ci ont été entendues. Exemple 1: j’ai perdu les clés et ils ont accepté que je les ramène après le Check out. Exemple 2: ils ont accepté un late Check out sans coût supplémentaire.

Nice hotel close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and service-oriented. We stayed there in the middle of September so there was difficult to get a taxi, and it seemed like the area was «died out». It was difficult to find a good restaurant nearby as well. We did notice that one of the swimming pools was quite dirty. We was suppose to stay for two days, but left one day earlier. This was not because of the hotel though, more og personal preferences. All in all it was great, but we would prefer going back earlier in the season.

Hotellet ligger i utkanten av Tirrenia. Enkelt å ta seg til Tirrenia og Marina de Pisa med buss. Få restauranter i området ved hotellet. Ikke spis middagsbuffe på hotellets restaurant. Dyrt og veldig lite utbud. Ta bussen til Marina de Pisa!!!
