The room smelled like someone mopped the floors with a dirty mop, filthy stairwells and walkways to room. Door to the room was filthy as well, covered in dirt and hand prints. Got back to room after leaving for dinner, and found a roach crawling up the wall. I slept in my truck. Not worth the admittedly modest room rate.

This very basic hotel provides the bed, bathroom, TV, and a small table with 2 chairs. A full-size frig and cooking devices are good for those who need this for their work-week away from home. Or their shelter. The non-smoking room smells like cigarette smoke. Trash is dropped in the parking lot, and picked up in the early hours by a security guard. The place was fairly quiet.

I have no words.The outside was extremely dirty cigarette butts everywhere,The walls had "something smeared all over them.The room had no microwave in it and the refrigerator had no shelves. If I could have stayed somewhere else I would have.The room didn’t smell bad and bed was clean towels were clean,so I made the best of a terrible situation.Toilet leaked a bit and the TV would not turn on.I was only there to sleep as I work night shift.When I came in the next morning to go to bed there was the smell of marijuana everywhere and some man sitting passed out in stairwell.I would have complained but what was the point really.I just wanted out of there.If I had to be rheee at night time I think I would have had to just go sleep in my car some where down the road.

Really dirty and run down. Cigarette burns everywhere, even the toilet seat. I was shocked how bad it was. The door didn’t shut all the way. There were yelling matches in the parking lot at 7am. My clothes smell like smoke even after arriving home. Super gross and incredibly disappointing. What a waste of money.

The staff were very friendly .The room inside was clean but was missing microwave and shelves in refrigerator.walls were dirty and beat up.Outside there were cigarette butts everywhere On the outside of building ,“something” on walls and was dirty.I worked at night so I can in that morning to sleep and room smelled like marijuana coming from another room obviously I am a travel nurse and didn’t know the area.I guess you get what you pay for.

I liked the setting of the building - there is a nice terraced forest in the back, lots of different plants in the front and it's set far enough back from the road for quiet. The sheets and towels were clean but the exterior of the building is really filthy. The owners don't seem to want to spend any money on the maintenance. The exterior walls are covered in dirt as are the stairs and handrails. They need to get a power washer in to clean it all up. We had two rooms - 334 and 340. 340 was ok, the drain in the bathroom leaked so we stuck a garbage can under it to catch the water and empty it in the shower. 334 has white melamine cabinets that are in rough shape. The one with the sink had heavy water damage - and not recent. The staff are nice enough and I think the cleaners do their job but the owners need to put some effort into the building too.

Ms. Brown and Rosa at the office are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and have a fridge and microwave in them. My bed was super comfy. They have security and you feel safer. (I’m a single woman). Joe’s the security guard and he is very friendly too. My stay was peaceful and relaxing. Really great rates on nightly and weekly stays. Highly recommend this hotel to single women and families. Awesome 👏

Room was dirty and sticky floors cockroaches on counter no cooking supplies and bathroom was dirty. Had to wait an hour to get a room and had to leave right after to Go to my tournament and by the time I got back they were closed so didn't get to talk to anyone about my concerns. We had to remove all our belongings from the room and couldn't sleep I called once I returned home and never offered a refund very disappointed 😞 and mad 😡

The place was very dirty it's false advertisement no housekeeping came by to asked if we needed towels soap or tissue paper. We have no shower curtain most of the tv channels wasn't working and there was no breakfast served.We had to used the only two towels and two small little soap for four days.The outside looks ok but inside the rooms are horrible and dirty the hallways smells like pee and so does the elevator. I will never stay there nor recommend it to anyone.

$100 deposit required, no matter the form of payment was definitely an inconvenience. I only chose to stay here to be on a budget and I had to cough up 100 more dollars just to check in. Check out was Sunday on which they are CLOSED so you can’t even get your deposit back until the next day! God forbid you pay with cash. It’s very clean tho, didn’t see one bug my whole time here.

Terrible. They had an infestation , they over charged me, changed rooms bc the room had hair in the shower. Bugs everywhere and dirty sink/ counter tops. Second room had bugs in the sheets ! The toilet was broken and the security tried coming into my room at like 3 in the morning.

The room was very dirty, the room key did not work and we were unable to get a working key. We were told to find an employee and he would let us into our room if we needed to get in. It was loud outside of the room, hard to get any sleep.

My family have been living here for over a year. We really like it. Ms. Brown and Rosa in the office are really nice. They are quick to fix things if something needs fixing in your room. We always get a good deal on our room every week.

The bathroom had hair all over if from a previous guest. The shower and stick dripped all night. You could not adjust it to make it stop. The security guard carried our bags to the room which was very much needed. After working twelve hours packing for a move. None of our keys worked. Even the security guards key didn't work. He had to go back down to the office to get a device to open the door. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really dirty and run down. Cigarette burns everywhere, even the toilet seat. I was shocked how bad it was. The door didn’t shut all the way. There were yelling matches in the parking lot at 7am. My clothes smell like smoke even after arriving home. Super gross and incredibly disappointing. What a waste of money.

I liked the setting of the building - there is a nice terraced forest in the back, lots of different plants in the front and it's set far enough back from the road for quiet. The sheets and towels were clean but the exterior of the building is really filthy. The owners don't seem to want to spend any money on the maintenance. The exterior walls are covered in dirt as are the stairs and handrails. They need to get a power washer in to clean it all up. We had two rooms - 334 and 340. 340 was ok, the drain in the bathroom leaked so we stuck a garbage can under it to catch the water and empty it in the shower. 334 has white melamine cabinets that are in rough shape. The one with the sink had heavy water damage - and not recent. The staff are nice enough and I think the cleaners do their job but the owners need to put some effort into the building too.

The place was very dirty it's false advertisement no housekeeping came by to asked if we needed towels soap or tissue paper. We have no shower curtain most of the tv channels wasn't working and there was no breakfast served.We had to used the only two towels and two small little soap for four days.The outside looks ok but inside the rooms are horrible and dirty the hallways smells like pee and so does the elevator. I will never stay there nor recommend it to anyone.

Awful completely disgusting. Well, I'd check-in to start. I didn't have a comforter on my bed. And the housekeeper decided to bring me a dirty one that had hair all over it. I went downstairs, replaced that came back upstairs to relax and take a shower and calm down after a long week. And what do you know there was about 3 inches of black mold on the shower head that I cleaned by myself didn't complain didn't say anything flash forward 8 hours as I was pulling the comforter back, and the sheet back to get in my bed, I noticed that the mattress was upside down. I said, oh no, well, we all know now the housekeeper obviously was too lazy to change the mattress cover.And I flipped it over and what I found, I couldn't believe my eyes.I called the front desk immediately.Some new guy came and helped me got the manager on the phone, who told me she was, quote. ", going back to sleep that I cannot move. I need to check out. So needless to say, I had to check out and wait over 24 hours for my refund. All wow, not having anywhere to go. She didn't apologize.She was rude.She was angry. VERY unapologetic,... I STILL COMPROMISED!!!I said, ma'am, "I just want new room.., I'm very tired i worked 12 hours and cant drive i took my sleeping medicine, she said, no, you can just go ahead and check out. THE MANAGER told me this!!. Blatant disrespect, i've been nothing but a good customer. Not anymore. I'll sleep on a park bench before I ever come back here.
