L'hotel si trova in una zona con poche case, Lustheim, vicine (mezz'ora a piedi) a Obserschleissheim (raggiungibile con la S1). E' servito dagli autobus che permettono di andare verso Garching-Forschungzentrum e verso Dachau (e Obserchleissheim). Con l'auto si puo' raggiungere comodamente (parcheggio gratuito). Un'ottima meta anche per vacanza, da dove spostarsi, o per visitare il castello, praticamento addossato a Lustheim. Buoni percorsi in bicicletta. Colazione continentale/bavarese. Standard ma buona, adeguata ad un tre stelle. C'è un ristorante gestito dall'hotel di fronte (ma non l'ho usato). Piccola ma funzionale palestra. Anche la piscina è piccola, ma sufficiente per qualche bracciata o per i più piccoli per giocare. Subito accanto alla piscina c'è la sauna (e basta). Buona. hotel a media hora del centro de Munich en coche, contiguo con uno de los palacios-parque mas reconocidos del patrimonio muniqués. Maxima equipación: habitaciones variadas y espaciosas enfocadas a ambientes diversos: jardin, calle, parque,... Bar-desayunos, restaurante de calidad de comida local, piscina-spa y gimnasio. Aparcamiento fácil. Desayuno excelente. Personal profesional y atento. El personal del restaurante y del desayuno empatico y muy servicial. Experiencia personal llegar y aparcar facil en la puerta del hotel, bueba atencion en recepción. Buena habitación (no lo necesitamos, pero creo que no tenia aire acondicionado -habia un ventilador-), orientacion sur y vistas al gran tilo del jardin. Cenamos dos noches y bien en el restaurante. Desayuno mas que completo amablemente asistido por personal femenino vestido de forma mas o menis tradicional bavara. Una experiencia que habria sido completa y satisfactoria si no fuere que al realizar el check-out descubrimos que havia piscina, spa y gimnasio, y no lo pudimos disfrutar.

There is plenty of free parking at the hotel and the neighborhood outside of the hotel is beautiful. Not too far from downtown Munich as well. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

Nice hotel, clean, good breakfast, good location if you want a quiet place to have a walk around the Schloss, etc. The garage is very good (and was one of the reasons for choosing this property), but the fact that it can't be reserved makes it unpredictable, especially at night. One night I had to go out with the car at 22:00 for 30 mins; when I came back it was marked as full and I had to park on the street (even though the hotel didn't look soo full). The swimming pool is also nice, but the water was too cold.

Leider war das Hotelzimmer nicht sauber! Auf den Betten hatte es viele Haare von früheren Gästen. Der Boden wurde nicht gesaugt alles voll Fusseln. Tv hatte viele Fingerabdrücke. Die Matratze war bequem. Das Frühstück war oky! Die Angestellten waren freundlich trotz dem das wir unseren Unmut kund gemacht haben. Die Betten wurden frisch bezogen! Corona Maßnahmen mangelhaft bis garnicht gut!

Wir hatten diese Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstopp gewählt, auch weil Tiere hier willkommen sind. In der Beschreibung stand, dass für Assistenzhunde keine Gebühren anfallen. Im Hotel sah man das zunächst anders. Nachdem wir die Beschreibung gezeigt hatten, mussten wir jedoch nichts zahlen. Schade, dass man darüber erst diskutieren musste – das hat den Aufenthalt etwas getrübt. Nichtsdestotrotz ist es ein schönes Hotel.

最寄りのDBのOberschleisheim駅からバスで5分ほどですが、バスの本数があまり多くありません。平日だと20分に1本くらいです。徒歩だと駅から30分くらいかかります。しかし、それ以外はとても素晴らしいです。朝食はメニューもそれなりにあり、無料です。シャワーなどの水回りも綺麗で衛生的でした。ポットと冷蔵庫もありました。パソコンを開くことができる机もありました。ドイツ人の人は車でこのホテルに来ている人が多かったようです。プールは利用していないので、コメントできません。

Although reaching the city center requires two or three transfers, the hotel’s proximity to the bus stop made transportation very convenient. We stayed during the Oktoberfest period, and the hotel was beautifully decorated to reflect the festive spirit. The ambiance allowed us to truly feel and share the excitement of the occasion. The staff were friendly, hospitable, and helpful. We would like to thank all of them. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Seconda volta in questo hotel, di cui apprezzo la tranquillità, ma comunque la buona connettività con i mezzi (anche se è frequentato maggiormente da persone, molti lavoratori, con l’auto). Apprezzo anche la possibilità di rilassarsi con la piscina e la sauna. È possibile noleggiare una bicicletta, con cui ho raggiunto facilmente Monaco, e girato per la campagna con le numerose piste. La colazione è ottima, anche se dopo una settimana può diventare ripetitiva. Stanza singola comoda non grandissima, ma più che sufficiente per alcuni giorni di lavoro. Personale gentile, anche se un po’ chiusi. Prossima volta mi prometto di visitare il castello.
