the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. the room doors were very load when closed and the tub was cracked. the pool was closed and the hotel was still getting remodeled so it was messy from the construction. breakfast was so-so.

Our stay was good. The only problem.we had was at check in as the internet was down. This only delayed our check in about 10 minutes, however, it could have been a much bigger problem if it had not been resolved so quickly. The hotel was updated and clean. Our beds were very comfortable and the room size with two queens and a sofa was spacious. The room was slightly humid despite the air conditioning. We had a good rate for our two night stay and would definitely stay again. I also chose the hotel because of it's location for safety and convenience.

Couldn't get a good night sleep because dogs next door (behind the Bldg) making noise. Physical Center need to be update (bike not working, weight machine cable broken). Those dogs made this the worst person I stayed at now. Days inn were on my top list and I will never stay at this person again.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Good hot water and the fridge worked excellent. Fromt staff was very friendly. Only down side was room wasn't ready had to wait for it to be cleaned ( checked in 2 hours after check in). No parking at night and construction workers taking up the only remaining spot for beer drinking and a parking lot chicken fry. Breakfast was really good.

All of the staff were excellent from the older gentleman that checked us in to Mr. Romain that checked us out. The young man that was cleaning up on the premises on Sunday morning was on top of things. The room was extremely comfortable and my family was satisfied. The only issue I had was the small full parking lot, but there were so many hotels using the same parking spaces. However, we would still return to THIS hotel if we were ever in this area again. Thank you

The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The room was very pretty and the beds are so comfy!! The whole hotel was very quiet and relaxing. It’s in a really convenient location, right off the interstate. The one and only inconvenience was the very limited parking. However, the awesome breakfast spread more than makes up for it!!

The staff was excellent. However, there were several issues. First, when we returned to our room the first evening, the sound on the tv did not work, and we had to pack up and move to another room. In the new room, the safe did not work. The site is under construction, so there was a lot of noise. The floor in the elevator was disgusting for a couple of days before it was finally cleaned. Breakfast was in a meeting room and was not an attractive setting, but attendant was very nice. Parking was easy and location was good. Our room was not cleaned, so my husband had to go to desk to get coffee and towels for our second day. Overall, disappointing.

The young lady on reception was lovely but that was about the best of it. The room was dirty and in need of a good clean and more than a lick of paint. But for $100 for the night, I've paid more for worse. Standards are low everywhere it seems.

I came to Augusta for a graduation and couple days away from home with my significant other. I have booked stays with comfort inn before in different states but this one has been the worst I ever stayed at. The front desk lady was very sweet and got us in quickly and easy. Once I got to the room, it was some kind of orange crust on the handle of the door. Not a big deal but still gross so I didn’t say anything. I got in the room and again some kinda of orange food was on the floor. I cleaned it up, no big deal again! Further into the room, it was clean and decent so I got comfortable. I checked the bathroom and it was ridiculous. The floor looked like it was mopped with a dirty mop and water. The towels had pieces of hair on them. The shower looked like it was sprayed down with water and not properly cleaned. Oh and again ORANGE CRUST ON THE HANDLE! Needless to say, my stay here would’ve been a 10/10 if it wasn’t for that bathroom.

We literally just wanted the room to sleep for the night, but we’re awoken at 5:00am by barking dogs. The next morning we were told there was a doggy day care next to hotel. Wish we had been informed about that at the desk during check in or at least given a room on other side away from noise!

Only real issue was needed to go back down to desk 3x before we got a set of keys that worked to open our room. Was annoying after a long drive to deal with. Also 2 remote system for TV in room was frustrating. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

The guy at the counter is rude, talks at you instead of to you. Like it’s our fault he is there. Not warm welcoming at all. Housekeeping disturbs your sleep an hour and a half before check out then 11 on the dot they are banging on your door and calling. Soon as you leave there is already someone beating you down trying to come in and rush to clean. For the amount we felt rushed and put out. No hospitality no courtesy. We usually do 5 star and decided to try something more modest however it proved just why the others are 5 star and this isn’t. Will not be back or recommending

The desk clerk (Rashad) was sleeping I passed by to get luggage cart. I grabbed the cart and on the way back in the sliding doors woke him up. I went upstairs to retrieve our luggage. We came down and he was loading a plate with the breakfast items that were supposed to be for the guests. After he finished eating he told the kitchen attendant that he was going to the "white house." He was unavailable for several minutes (15-20) as we tried to check out. He had to leave and kitchen attendant was very apologetic but she couldn't help us. We had to leave without checking out because we had an engagement to get to.

This is more about the above-and-beyond service from one individual on property. Chris at the front desk was a life-saver...I had the misfortune of my phone being stolen earlier in the day. Chris stepped out of his role as front desk agent and personally assisted me in a way that made me leave a review! Much appreciated my friend. Not forgotten

Staff is amazing. Very accommodating and personable! The door key card machine wasn't working so the front desk man had to individually take us up to our rooms to let us in and had to do it every time we left and came back. He had a great attitude the whole time and never made me feel like I was bothering him. And when he did get it fixed he brought the key card to my room for me.

The guy at the front desk was rude. He wouldn’t give me an extra blanket. The room wasn’t cleaned and they tv wouldn’t work. I would have left but I have 5 girls with me. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had to wait a few minutes for check in since there was only one person working. She was very nice, courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and in good condition. In fact, the whole place smelled like Lysol. Downside was that it's basically a truck stop. There were lots of utility trucks in the parking lot and gas stations around as it is located right off the highway. I had inferred by the name that it was by the river. My bad though since I should have looked up the address to see where it is. I guess the upside is that it is right off the highway so very convenient if passing through and just needed a place to sleep.

Had to wait a few minutes for check in since there was only one person working. She was very nice, courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and in good condition. In fact, the whole place smelled like Lysol. Downside was that it's basically a truck stop. Our stay was good. The only problem.we had was at check in as the internet was down. This only delayed our check in about 10 minutes, however, it could have been a much bigger problem if it had not been resolved so quickly. The hotel was updated and clean. Our beds were very comfortable and the room size with two queens and a sofa was spacious. The room was slightly humid despite the air conditioning. We had a good rate for our two night stay and would definitely stay again. I also chose the hotel because of it's location for safety and convenience.

The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The room was very pretty and the beds are so comfy!! The whole hotel was very quiet and relaxing. It’s in a really convenient location, right off the interstate. The one and only inconvenience was the very limited parking. However, the awesome breakfast spread more than makes up for it!!

The location is isolated. Only a Wendy’s across the street. Several shady characters about. The “Riverwalk” designation suggests a location with restaurants, etc nearby, but totally the opposite. Quick access to the I-20 however. Dispute this, I would stay again because it is good value for your money.

the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. the room doors were very load when closed and the tub was cracked. the pool was closed and the hotel was still getting remodeled so it was messy from the construction. breakfast was so-so.

My stay was wonderful. Staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was nice also. Room was very clean smelled good, bathroom was clean, only complaint the water in our bathroom tub was running couldn’t shut off.

Check in was slow no staff at front desk they had one member doing everything. Went down for breakfast and it was not open because the food was not available yet, it opened at 7:20 am vice 7:00 am. But was not completely set up for service. We had to keeping ask the only staff member for items that we not out for breakfast. Very poor meal!!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only negative remarks are about the breakfast. It was terrible! The eggs didn't even look like eggs with their grayish color. Only one piece of meat in the warmer and the biscuits were so over cooked I couldn't bite into them or cut them with a knife.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Good hot water and the fridge worked excellent. Fromt staff was very friendly. Only down side was room wasn't ready had to wait for it to be cleaned ( checked in 2 hours after check in). No parking at night and construction workers taking up the only remaining spot for beer drinking and a parking lot chicken fry. Breakfast was really good.

The rooms appeared to be clean but after our overnight stay we could not wash our ass because of a water problem in the area and they didn’t adjust our cost and then it’s promised to serve us a hot breakfast but they didn’t because of I guess the water problem and a food delivery that wasn’t delivered.so basically my trip was miserable because I had to go out to purchase extra water and food I would never stay there again and I do want to be accommodated for my time and stay there. VALewis

Came in for a one night stay to visit family and the a/c didn’t work in our room. It stayed 81 in there. The pool was only open from 9-9 and if you did anything in afternoons you couldn’t use the pool.

Lakita, Dustin, and Sandy are all professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly Front Desk staff members. Joseph does a great job painting the property. His interactions with guests are positive and prompt. Property is clean inside and out. Breakfast was not the best for me. Room 109: the entry door needs to be fixed - possible issue with the door plate. Big yellow stain on ceiling, near window, is an easy fix. Ice Bucket does not belong in bathroom - unsanitary. Room 111: bathroom sink fills up as soon as water is turned on. Tub has a constant drip from the faucet, and tub needs a drain plug, too. A/C was set to 66° when I entered the room; it was freezing. I set to 72°. A/C ran almost constantly, did not maintain a regulated temperature. At night, A/C ran to the warm side. At the window unit the vents are bent. All of these issues are standard maintenance issues that occur in hotels. They should be addressed routinely. Safety and health issues should be addressed immediately. Since the hotel has been upgraded and modernized, these repair items only bring down the improvements that have been made. I'm sure some guests have reported the items I have noted here in. Also, Housekeeping should make note of these types of issues/repairs as they are in the rooms on a daily basis, and they should report these issues to the Maintenance Department. My reservation was not correct, had to pay extra to get what I originally paid for, I was booked from Sunday Aug 2nd to Thursday Aug 6, I tried to check out after 5 pm on Aug 5th, a day early, they said they could not check me out until the next day, or give me a receipt for the time stayed, then, they charged me and extra day for two rooms at 183.37. When I checked out a day early,, An added charge of 366.64, the rims had a bad odor, urine stains in the floor and the TV didn't work in room 305

They will say it’s part of the fees they are allowed to charge. The pool only fits about 10 people. Breakfast is the same everyday. Only sausage, hope you aren’t a bacon person. They have toast but don’t expect butter they will be rude if you ask for it.
