Everyone was polite and courteous room was nice & clean as you would expect for a budget hotel - underground parking for a small charge - only problem we had was with the booking in booth - couldn’t get the code given to be accepted so had to wait until opening hours 4pm

Short city stay, train into town from bus and all day in Munich safe free underground parking, catch bus to station & then train into town straight forward with no hassle.

The property is too far from the bus stop. The receptionist is very unwelcoming. I won't encourage friends to stay in this hotel.

Self check-in doesn’t account for individuals who have already paid for their stay. So, I was essentially charged twice and now will have to be refunded.
