Good place to stay away from the city and easy parking. Room is clean and staffs are nice.

Klimaanlage einen Tag defekt, jedoch gleich am Folgetag behoben. Zugang zu seinem gut ausgestatteten Fitness Studio.

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Zimmern sind sauber. Fittness Bereich ist riesig groß und sehr gut ausgestattet!!!!

Leider war die Bar geschlossen ansonsten göbe es 5 Sterne.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although they have a bar and restaurant, they only offered breakfast. I found this very strange, especially in June, which is normally holiday time. There is a restaurant next door, but it is not the same as being able to walk downstairs and relax, without having to think about the weather.

Wonderful place to stay! Easy parking (very nice to have so close to Munich), incredibly cozy hotel rooms, and wonderful staff. Would love to stay here again!

It is a quite nice and clean hotel. The breakfast is really good. many options. Parking is easy on the site and free.

Das Zimmer war sehr warm. Auch mit geöffnetem Fenster kaum auszuhalten, da die Straße gleich davor ist. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Es war der Angestellten, am Schluß, auch nicht möglich eine Rechnung auszustellen. Einzig, das Essen war richtig gut. Wir werden dort nicht mehr übernachten.

The hospitality at this hotel was non-existent, the front desk did not even try to help answer my questions, the amenities were poor, the room was loud and not conducive to a good night sleep. We were there for 4 nights and not once was the room freshened up or new towels provided. The check-in process was much more cumbersome than it should have been, the breakfast service was mundane, and you were never made to feel at home. Avoid this property at all costs.

Hotel is beautiful and room is clean, large and very comfortable with large bathroom.

Dieses Hotel kann ich leider nicht uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielleicht zum Schlafen okay (nach dem Oktoberfest und 3 Maß 🍺). Die Matratzen sind nicht geeignet, insgesamt 7 Nächte gebucht(vor langer Zeit) und trotzdem direkt die Zimmer an einer großen Kreuzung bekommen. Schimmel an den Badfenstern, Ausstattung im "Gelsenkirchner Barock", keine Zimmerreinigung, Flughafen Shuttle Service (war in der Beschreibung aufgeführt) steht nicht zur Verfügung (hatten wir angefragt), Preis für Frühstück über 20 €, aber keine Möglichkeit eine frische Eierspeise zu bestellen - dafür Rührei auf dem Buffet kalt und mit Eierschalen versetzt etc.pp Der Service im Haus - bis auf eine erlebte Ausnahme - wirkt überfordert, wenig freundlich und ist vom Gedanken der Dienstleistung relativ weit entfernt. SCHADE!

We loved the cleanness of the property and neighborhood, but we couldn't access Wi-Fi WITHIN our room, which was very inconvenient. We asked a front desk staff to solve the problem, but none could help us. Also, we didn't get any housekeeping service even though we requested it by hanging it over the doorknob. Those two problems were so huge for us to come to terms with the fact that we just got unlucky.

I have been in this hotel for at least 5 times over the past 6 or 7 years. Services are a constant downhill vertigo. Last year they did not make up rooms as they said they did not after 10.00 am (why?) ,this year they claim they do not make them uless you put the tag on the door handle. This is the first time I hear such a useless comment. I asked for the manager but I have been told he was not there so I had to wait till next morning. No apologies , nothing. I had to ask (ask, not been offered as it should be) for towels and toilet paper. Next morning I was obviously ignored by the manager, he had better issue to deal with. So I decided to leave , but I want the money of my last night that I did not spend there , I want them back. Now, let's talk about the room, junior suite. What suite ? It is a stadard room with small window over the kitchen (imagine the smell with a outside temperature of 30 C). Inside the one ambient room (a suite shoud be two) a nice low cost chinese fan. The room is under the roof so hotter than hell. The toilet has a tilting window that closes when outside is humid or wet. Since the hotel is not in Sicily but in Munich the weather is often wet so the window stayes closed. A genius must have designed this. The room was not made up but in the past years when they used to make it up , they never washed coffee mugs or other stuff, too much of a work ! VIP service consists in not making up the room and no service. Compliments !!

Durchgelegene Matratzen und verschimmelte Türrahmen im Badezimmer.

Wir waren zwar nur für eine Nacht dort, aber es war wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft und sehr sauber, mit sehr freundlichen und nettem Empfangspersonal.

Ein gutes Hotel, leider sind die Zimmer im Sommer unerträglich heiß.

It was a nice place and a great price for the off season at the time I went the end of November. The only complaint I have is that the room was too hot and no way to adjust the temperature that I could see, and when I opened the window, the cars were too loud. All in all I highly recommend though :)

Lobby was in good standard. The room was very old and boost, especially from the staircase doors

Nice facilities, bit tight for four adults, not very accommodating for four (only wanted to give one key for four people, etc…). Loud beside road if windows open.

Check in was fast, even though it was busy we easily found parking. The room was clean and spacious, however, it was quite hot and the air conditioner doesnt really cool the room down. Breakfast was great. There were a lot of choices and it was fresh.

The parking was sufficient. The staff was extremely accommodating. We had a great time during our stay! It’s conveniently near the train station for easy access to Munich. There was an elevator and stairs. The bathroom was huge! The only thing I disliked were the pillows. They were down pillows but they were very flat. Other than that, bring your own pillow and enjoy your stay! The price is right!

The rooms were clean and spacious. Our room was in a separate wing which seemed a bit odd. The staff were helpful. We weren’t far from Munich by train though we had a car, it was easy to catch a train. There are a few restaurants nearby and a supermarket across the road.

The hotel was very nice and wven had some very nice items for sale. We arrived a bit late and ended up going to an Italian restaurant within walking distance, which I highly recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

Staff was friendly, clean room and breakfast was worth the extra cost. Although located in.a smalli country town it is only a minute walk to the train station.

I made an error with my reservation and the front office staff were more than accommodating! The pillows could be updated. On our day of checkout there was a fire alarm drill. No management was present to direct guests. It was left to housekeeping staff to manage guests, and they were not prepared for this. I loved the breakfast!

Ordentlich geführtes Hotel, mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Zimmer war geräumig, hell und sauber. S-Bahnhof war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Lebensmittelmarkt, Restaurants und Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

O quarto era gigante, um problema que enfrentamos foi o fato da recepção não funcionar 24 horas. Chegamos fora do horário, é possível pegar a chave para entrar, mas não existe um atendimento via WhatsApp ou outro aplicativo, apenas via ligação telefônica, o roaming do celular para ligações não funcionou, por sorte tinha um amigo que mora lá que estava acordado no horário e conseguiu nos ajudar. O café da manhã foi muito bom e completo. E o lugar é muito bonito. Além de estar bastante próximo à Munique.

Desværre blev vi modtaget i receptionen af en medarbejder, der ikke ville tale engelsk. Hun talte meget hurtigt og tysk, hvilket var svært at forstå. Vi følte os ikke velkomne på hotellet. Senere da vi henvendte os, viste det sig, at hun godt kunne tale engelsk. Det er et stort hotel med dårlig skiltning. Værelset var stort og rummeligt.

+ Sides: Location - close to SBhan, having carpark, variety in the breakfast was satisfaying and foods were delicious. The cleanliness was average. - Sides: We arrived at the hotel approximately ten minutes before the reception closing time. The staff member at the desk greeted us politely and briefly informed us about our room and how to reach it. However, no additional information was provided. To access our room, we had to exit the main building and reach a secondary building located just behind it via a concrete staircase, which felt like a fire escape. Since there was no elevator, we had to carry our luggage upstairs ourselves. We were not informed about the breakfast area or its hours; I had to ask for these details personally. Considering that we arrived close to the final check-in time, a courteous reminder or message such as “Are you on your way?” or “If you arrive late, please follow these steps” would have been appreciated. Especially for a property that appears to be family-run, a more attentive and welcoming approach would make a positive difference. Unfortunately, most of the staff seemed rather distant, showing little warmth or hospitality. Interactions felt purely functional, lacking friendliness or genuine engagement, which is not would expect from a hotel. In summary, the main aspects we found missing were hospitality, attentiveness and friendliness. We didn't feel good and comfortable, while we were staying.

L'hotel é in stile bavarese, camere molto spaziose e pulite. Colazione ottima e molto abbondante. Dovrebbe solo dotarsi di qualche canale tv europeo per essere perfetto. Si trova a cinque minuti dalla stazione di Sauerlach, quindi si può lasciare la macchina al parcheggio e andare a Monaco in treno senza problemi.

It was nice and I would use it again. Very convenient to U Bahn and bus. Grocery stores nearby.

This is not a chain hotel but a lovely traditional hotel in town that is not far from Munich. The staff was very helpful, town is small "real German town" not a big city but only 1/2 an hour away but the train was only 2 blocks from the hotel. And it ran every 20 minutes. We found 4 good restaurants that were all within walking distance, few stores, with very friendly people. I highly recommend this hotel for a true German Experience and an EZ trip to Munich without the hassle of driving

I stayed two nights in this lovely Bavarian style hotel and was very impressed by the spacious room, the staff and the location. It’s a 3 minute walk to the S-Bahn (suburban train) station, with trains every 20 minutes direct to Munich central station (or only 17 minutes to Giesing where you can change onto the underground). My room came with a Nespresso machine, complimentary water, lots of wardrobe space and also a large bathroom. I didn’t have breakfast but there was a hearty buffet and also a lovely bar area too. Definitely will stay here again!

Die Speisekarte beschränkt sich auf das Wesentliche! Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr großes zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer. Sehr verkehrsgünstig an der Autobahn gelegen...

It was a little out of the way, but not bad. Easy access to the train and a few restaurants nearby. Decent price as well.the bedding was just ok. I would stay again, but not the 1st choice based on location. I would just like to be a little. Loser to the main spots i wanted to go.

Good location to take train into Munich or day trip by car to other places in Bavaria. Good breakfast. Bit of wear and tear (sunlight blind broken) but clean and comfortable.

Det var lite service i resepsjonen ved ankomst. Restaurant stod det var åpen til 22, men kl.21 var det for sent med mat. Ingen alternativ i området.

Prima hotel voor een overnachting onderweg naar Oostenrijk. Hotel doet wat ouderwets aan, maar dat heeft ook zijn charme. Onze kamer had geen airco en was warm, maar we kwamen er aan op een dag dat het 30° was. Onze kamer lag aan de kant van een doorgaande weg waardoor er al vroeg kabaal van buiten kwam. Het ontbijt was boven verwachting en maakte veel goed. Al met al een prima betaalbare plek die ik zeker opnieuw zou overwegen als overnachtingsplaats onderweg naar Oostenrijk.

The lad in reception was great and really helpful. It's a pity the restaurant weren't so customer focused. 5 of us tried to eat in the restaurant but the staff member was avoidant and disinterested. We were given menus but decided we'd get a better service elsewhere. The rooms were fairly basic and inconsistent. We had 5 rooms in total. One had a sofa, 2 had baths, some had desks. All were clean with comfortable beds but could have been improved with tea and coffee facilities. Water was welcome though. I would stay here again.

Nach mehreren zufriedenen Aufenthalten auf dem Weg nach Südtirol waren wir dieses Mal nicht zufrieden. Das Zimmer war trotz ausgeschalteter Heizung so warm, dass man kaum schlafen konnte, der Fön im Bad funktionierte immer nur 30 Sekunden, danach schaltete er sich aus und die Matratze hat die besten Tage auch schon hinter sich. Beim Frühstück waren Rühreier und Speck bereits kalt und auf den Tischen stapelte sich das benutzte Geschirr, weil die einzige Angestellte nicht dazu kam. Entweder Kostensenkungsmaßnahme oder Personalmangel!
