Great location within walking distance to the beach and the main area of surfers paradise with lots of dining options and shopping! The pool area was amazing, and the food and drinks were delicious, would recommend and would come back again!

We stayed for 3 nights. Our view was great on the 14th floor. The pool was still cold even though they claimed it was heated. The breakfast was very good. Great location.

Our two bedroom apartment had the best view from the 17th floor. We found everything in a walking distance and even had Car park. Which was a huge relief for us. Beds were fairly comfortable too. Had an awesome with time family in the pool and spa. I would come back here again.

The staff were lovely, the room was nice but no lamps in the bedroom and only one remote control. Only thing I did not like was the Wyndum is a timeshare, just got caught up on arrival and one voicemail. I really do not like timeshares. Overall a lovely place to stay, the breakfast was excellent and the pool area was really nice.

The location was fantastic and the tram stop was less than 1 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was great. It was clean and modern. It had everything we needed and they provided us with sufficient toiletries for our stay. (eg extra toilet rolls, paper towels, packets laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, tissue). I've stayed at other places and they don't provide you enough. The pool and bbq facilaties were clean and they even provide you with pool towels if you ask them. I was on level 8 facing the ocean view and tram line and my family had no issues with noise level, but for those who are light sleepers you might not like the slight sound of the tram passing by. One final thing, reception is on level 1 and not the ground floor, but there is a lift and so its not a hassle. At check-in, they do try to ask you to attend a time-share presentation on the following day and in return, they will give you some pretty good vouchers for attending. But if you kindly say you're not interested, they are respectful and professional about it and will let you get on with your holiday.

Good location, close to beach, restaurants and tram, free car park. The facilities in the hotel are very old, the chairs are sunken, and cockroaches were encountered twice in the room. I and family were quite concerned and disappointed about the hotel's hygiene control. In addition, hotel facilities displayed on the website do not match the reality.

Property is showing age. Dishwasher was broken, under sink was dirty and tv reception was intermittent. Sink was missing plugs but were given one when asked. Bath towels had holes and were ripped. Great location just needs some tlc.

We were disappointed in aspects of our stay. We had an overzealous membership sales woman trying to sell us hard like an Amway rep. To the point of us being pestered. The pool was filthy. Cloudy, slimy, milky. We booked this place largely for the pool. There were filthy used dinner plates the past guest put inthe cupboard without washing them. We let the staff know all this and no one seems overly concerned and didn’t offer anything to offset our dismay. The room we had was nice and clean and well appointed which was nice

Once we were moved to our second room as the first had a smell to it and was not completely clean, it was fabulous! The room was modern and a great space for a family. Staff were very friendly. My one criticism would be better communication of staff with customer. Several times we had been told we’d be getting a phone call about moving and we did not get the call and had to walk back and ask questions. They made up for it giving us a nicer room and being polite.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the location and amenities were generally satisfactory, I was quite disappointed with the housekeeping service. Throughout my entire stay in seven days my room was not cleaned or refreshed, which is something I expect from any reputable hotel. Upon arrival, the room was clean, but as the days went on, it became increasingly inconvenient not to have the room serviced. The trash bins were overflowing, the bathroom lacked fresh towels, and the bed linens were never changed. I had to do all of that by myself as I was with my two young children and kids make mess. I had to call reception every other day for fresh towels and sheets. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that there is housekeeping fee they charge if you want to get room service done. I should have been given the choice to opt-in or opt-out of daily housekeeping services without any extra fee because this hotel was not cheap, rather than assuming I didn't need them. So I had to clean rooms and I even asked them to bring the vacuum into my room and cleaned the rooms by myself. I mean the whole point of going on holidays is that when you come back to your room after a long day, it’s nice to see your room is being cleaned and fresh. I would recommend that the hotel reconsider its approach to housekeeping.

Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I arrived very early and they stored my luggage for me and gave me access to the pool area so that I could sit there until my room was ready. Room massively exceeded expectations. Extremely spacious and lovely views! (Wouldn’t bother paying extra for the ocean views) my room faced away from the ocean but the view of the sunset was still lovely! Definitely recommend staying here!

Great location. Clean. Great views. Furniture was a little outdated. TVs needed to be updated to smart TVs. Clothes dryer is dangerous and a fire hazard. Switch doesn’t work. Dryer will continuously run even when timer is up and when the door is open.

Loved our stay at Wyndham Surfers. My only suggestion would be a bedside lamp on each nightstand in main bedroom. Other than that. Perfect!

1 bedroom appt. Quite tired. Had to report some issues which, to be fair, were handled well: bathroom had mould on the ceiling, which was cleaned off. Shower head was old, small and grimy - this was replaced, but the shower screen door and shower head rail were both badly corroded. Some power sockets in bedroom did not work, and there was not the full inventory of kitchen items (was reported but not remedied). One of the party is Coeliac. Cafe/Bar had GF bread as an option to replace non-gf bread on menu items (eg avo on toast, eggs Benedict), but they could only toast bread in the same toaster as wheat bread. Should be able to cater better - easy to buy a separate toaster! Great location overall, pool area was nice and generally the room was OK taking everything into account. Disappointingly on checkout, the receptionist admitted that the Club Wyndham rooms have much more spent on them, and that the room we stayed in was personally owned so maintenance was not their issue.

Everything was great, it’s just the bed that they only have single beds, when you request to be a king or queen bed they just combine the two singles together to make it king/queen but when you sleep on the middle part of the beds where the lines are it feels awful, and the size of the swimming pool is average But the service, staffs, and cleanliness were great!

We stayed in apartment No. 1702. Great location and views out to sea from the balcony, open plan kitchen and lounge area and the two bedrooms. All facilities such as washing machine and dryer are in excellent working conditions. The kitchen is fully equipped and all necessities are provided in all rooms. However, the mattresses in the bedrooms are alittle on the stiff side. The large sliding door between the lounge area/balcony was very difficult to pull open. Although the apartment needs a revamp of its paintwork, and a replacement of a bathtub, the apartment is spacious, functions well and its clean throughout.

This hotel was close enough to walk along the Main street in Surfer's Paradise but far enough to be relatively quiet. There was a slight error with another guest being given the same room as us. The employee apologized for her error and compensated us with coffee and muffins. We were happy with our stay.

Great sized rooms for price point, great value. Only thing to note is the check-in process is painfully long. You need to be very firm, with your intention to checkin quickly and head to your room. They will try tempt you with a welcome drink, before they will give your room key. They do this to try sell you there time share product…

Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I arrived very early and they stored my luggage for me and gave me access to the pool area so that I could sit there until my room was ready. Room massively exceeded expectations. Extremely spacious and lovely views! (Wouldn’t bother paying extra for the ocean views) my room faced away from the ocean but the view of the sunset was still lovely! Definitely recommend staying here!

Wotif said check in time would be 2pm got therea little early went to check in told room not ready and that someone would calll me. No one did room was not available till nearly 4pm. They said there was a mix up with our booking and had us booked into a club room. Service was terrible no staff member was helpful or really apologetic. Room was supposed to a 2 bedroom suite was small aircon not working in living rooms and toilets never flushed proprtly and ensuite shower was overflowing on tiles. Wouldn't stay here again

Fantastic place to stay. Only downside was the somewhat pushy tatics of the sales department upon checking in, but on the upside the sales person i spoke to in the morning about it was quite pleasant & understanding. Excellent well kept rooms & great facilities.

Had a man from the Hotel sit us down after we paid for our room and push for us to go an hr meeting so they could sell us products. I told him no three times and we still kept pushing. Try frustrated that they want to charge for a roll away when we paid for 5 people in the room. Would have been to nice to be able to sit on the l lounge but couldn’t because we had to use the sofa bed. The hotel wouldn’t listen or want to help. No sheets left for us and had to ask twice. Took 2 hrs to receive the sheets. Room has very old. Curtains very broken. Bin and the cupboard in the kitchen smelt like a dirt nappy. Staff not friendly. Overall the stay was ok but the place needs some fixing up.

Stayed for 7 nights, hotel was in a perfect location, close to the tram line, Caville Ave, beach. The room was amazing on the 14th floor with a beautiful ocean view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again.

Property is great & so convenient to everything & the view of the beach is fab! 1 block from the beach & a light rail station is right over the road, cost $1.20 to get to Pacific Fair. 5-8min walk to Woolworths & loads of restaurant, a BWS (bottle store) 2mins walk away. The Italian restaurant right next door to the property is great, Longboard bugers 1 block away & the Surfers Surf Club 2 blocks away. The staff were fantastic, really friendly & helpful. You can grab a free surf or boogie board from reception. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were lovely, the room was nice but no lamps in the bedroom and only one remote control. Only thing I did not like was the Wyndum is a timeshare, just got caught up on arrival and one voicemail. I really do not like timeshares. Overall a lovely place to stay, the breakfast was excellent and the pool area was really nice.

1 bedroom appt. Quite tired. Had to report some issues which, to be fair, were handled well: bathroom had mould on the ceiling, which was cleaned off. Shower head was old, small and grimy - this was replaced, but the shower screen door and shower head rail were both badly corroded. Some power sockets in bedroom did not work, and there was not the full inventory of kitchen items (was reported but not remedied). One of the party is Coeliac. Cafe/Bar had GF bread as an option to replace non-gf bread on menu items (eg avo on toast, eggs Benedict), but they could only toast bread in the same toaster as wheat bread. Should be able to cater better - easy to buy a separate toaster! Great location overall, pool area was nice and generally the room was OK taking everything into account. Disappointingly on checkout, the receptionist admitted that the Club Wyndham rooms have much more spent on them, and that the room we stayed in was personally owned so maintenance was not their issue.

We had a great stay, our room was big considering we had a 1 bedroom with 4 guest. The fold out was a good size for our children. Kitchen, Bathroom & laundry were used often, We had a comfortable experience. We dined in the in-house restaurant and the staff, food and cocktails were excellent. Pool, spa and BBQ were great, the open plan meant we could relax on a sun bed and still see our children. A great location with beach, tram, restaurants and shopping all so close. We will be back!!!

Our apartment was very good. We had 2 single beds, my bed was extremely comfortable. We did not have ocean views being on the other side however you get a view of the hinterland and see the sunset, still a beautiful outlook. Easy walk to the shops, tram in the same road and a couple of blocks from the ocean. So central, I really enjoyed my stay.

The only thing that I didn't like was being told to sit down with staff for extra explanation of the amenities which was really just a lead in to a pressure sell of Club Wyndham. You really have no choice in this. When people are checking in they are often tired and just want to get the keys and get into their room. The treatment received was friendly but forced and offputting and may result in someone avoiding such properties.
