The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The condo we stayed in was beautiful as well. The only thing we were disappointed about was we were not allowed to park and use the beach until 1pm...we arrived at 11:30am. It was somewhat inconvenient having to go to the public beach for an hour and a half; however, we were on the beach and life was good! Beautiful day!

While the hotel was quaint and nice, to call it a beach "resort" is a bit of a stretch. When I think of beach "resort" I envision a tiki bar, a spa, and luxury amenities. The hotel is nice... it's quaint, but it has more of a beach side motel feel. It has a small pool that is hardly a "resort" pool. The restaurant is open to the public. So, despite getting there at 5: 00pm (two of us) we were told there were no dinner reservations available (even for hotel guests) until 7:30 pm - for dining outside. Guests had no priority over external patrons in terms of the restaurant. Looking at the menu, the dinner prices were insane $$$$. I think I could have eaten cheaper at the Ritz. So, it's a nice, clean beach side motel, but hardly a resort.

The hotel is located right on the beach. There is a great but expensive restaurant by the beach, only open for lunch and dinner. No breakfast served, but free coffee and danishes. Nice pool.

This resort was right on the beach which was perfect for our getaway. The room was perfect for what we needed. Chairs and umbrellas were supplied which was perfect especially for the second day since I was burned to a crips (lol). I would definitely stay again

Excellent location, as well as an excellent service by the beach service personnel in providing speedy service and locating an excellent spot as soon as we requested service including recommending reservations for dinner at the Turtle club. The service at the club and food was superb one of the best in Naples. Will definitely be recommending to my business associates, family and friends.

This was about my Fifth stay at VBR. This property is well kept for its age. It’s convenient that the rooms are so close to the beach since there are no bathroom services near the pool /beach area. Pool is crystal clear and having the noodles were nice to have to float in both the gulf and pool. On a disappointing note, the turtle club was closed for hurricane damage repair.

The check in and check out conditions are inflexible, we can understand that the rooms are not ready but you can’t use the beach before 1 pm on check in day or after 1 pm on check out. I booked by Expedia prepaid all expenses but they charged again the night, no one was available to solve the issue. Not a good place for a short escape. The beach is shorten that it was advertised.

The hotel in general was incredible, the cleanliness in the room I also think I lacked a little customer service, some people at the front desk were not as friendly or as cooperative as I would have liked, but more than that it was a pleasant experience!

The property was beautiful. Room outdated. Ocean view is not fullocean view unless you are at the one end by the beach. Last minute we were informed. We would have to move after the first day. Sadly it poured rain the next day and we braved the wind the next day to sit on the beach

Our condo was beautiful and had amazing views from every angle! The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly as was the amazing bar staff. Only downside was no breakfast at the resort or really anywhere in walking distance. Not a deal breaker. Amazing stay!

I love the hotel very much it’s my favorite hotel in Naples . The only issues was the front desk lady she can barely speak English and Spanish she is very rude and mean. The hotels was very empty and she made me wait 3 hours for a hotel room.

I have been coming here for many years , Each time it’s been amazing . Chris at the front desk goes out of his way to have our stay comfortable. This is the only hotel I would recommend.

The minute we walk in to check in the way I was treated was not the most "friendly or nice". every question I had they had an issue, or it was a solid NO (not even let me check, we can try maybe). I tried extending my stay by one more night willing to switch rooms if it was necessary or pay extra and I was told NEGATIVE absolutely Not that they were at a 99.9% capacity. I leave the front desk, a little disappointed but as I'm setting up, I log in and check online just in case and there were rooms available and sure was, not only rooms available I was able to upgrade to a better room for only $30.00 extra and stay for an extra night I was denied by the front desk member. honestly, I just wanted my kids to be happy if not I would of cancel and left since day one. the beach was very nice, overall, I would not go back due to lack of customer service and for been so rude.

I loved that it is steps from beach with beautiful sunset views. All staff is welcoming and attentive. Units have everything needed to enjoy stay. Easy parking across narrow street, easy to get to.Also enjoy bycicles that are provided

Our condo was beautiful and had amazing views from every angle! The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly as was the amazing bar staff. Only downside was no breakfast at the resort or really anywhere in walking distance. Not a deal breaker. Amazing stay!

While the hotel was quaint and nice, to call it a beach "resort" is a bit of a stretch. When I think of beach "resort" I envision a tiki bar, a spa, and luxury amenities. The hotel is nice... it's quaint, but it has more of a beach side motel feel. It has a small pool that is hardly a "resort" pool. The restaurant is open to the public. So, despite getting there at 5: 00pm (two of us) we were told there were no dinner reservations available (even for hotel guests) until 7:30 pm - for dining outside. Guests had no priority over external patrons in terms of the restaurant. Looking at the menu, the dinner prices were insane $$$$. I think I could have eaten cheaper at the Ritz. So, it's a nice, clean beach side motel, but hardly a resort.

Excellent location, as well as an excellent service by the beach service personnel in providing speedy service and locating an excellent spot as soon as we requested service including recommending reservations for dinner at the Turtle club. The service at the club and food was superb one of the best in Naples. Will definitely be recommending to my business associates, family and friends.

This was about my Fifth stay at VBR. This property is well kept for its age. It’s convenient that the rooms are so close to the beach since there are no bathroom services near the pool /beach area. Pool is crystal clear and having the noodles were nice to have to float in both the gulf and pool. On a disappointing note, the turtle club was closed for hurricane damage repair.

The listing on a booking website had the wrong room identified as having a roll-in shower for wheelchair access when I booked the room. We had a late check in, the booked room worked fine for the first night. The staff was incredibly accommodating at getting us into the accessible Room the next morning. The restaurant was fabulous, and being on the beach was perfect. Bonus perk, our son got married and we had the dinner at the Turtle Club. The food was phenomenal and so was the service. We will definitely come back!
