Fairfield by Marriott Wilkes-Barre

While the staff was helpful the room was not in the best shape. Tv stands were dusty and i mean dusty to the point i could write my name in the dust. Not sure if someone just forgot to dust them but it was a pain point. The room door where you place your card to get in was broken, i tried with 4 different cards after going down to the front desk twice. The manager who was very nice came up and tried her card and somehow got it to work. While the door was not my main concern the cleanliness of the room was.

Dated room with a musty smell. Dated bathroom. Average beds. Below my expectations for a Fairfield Hotel.

Pool and hot tub was great hotel staff was friendly and speedy

It was just an ok stay. Expected a little better. Bed looked like someone was laying on it before us. Soap dispenser was in the bath tub floor. Glue came off holding it

Clean, fantastic, friendly staff, wonderful buffet hostess, tons of hot breakfast items.
