Tuve una increíble estancia. El desayuno súper variado y extenso. Todas las áreas muy limpias y un servicio impecable por parte de todo el staff. En especial a Christina Liu que nos ayudó muchísimo con compra de boletos para las áreas turísticas , ayuda con el idioma, ayuda con temas de la sim card para el celular. En fin un trato increíblemente espectacular. Qué gran hotel!

All staffs are unprofessional, rude and inefficient. As a five star prestigious hotel, I am shocked to experience such nonsense during my three-night stay! When I entered the room, it was so dark that I had to use my mobile phone’s flash light to turn on the master switch. I then called the reception to help, yet they took 45 minutes to send a technician over. The worst awaited and the technician dared to ask us to bear with the dimmed room!!! I went to the reception right away and requested to change a room and took another 30 minutes before we settled down…The check in experience was horrible and lousy. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was not up to standard and we had to ask three times before they refill food items. The most ridiculous thing was the staff did not take us serious before we complained to the manager; they even joked and laughed between themselves which was ridiculous. Stay away from this awful hotel if you can!

Room was outstanding (gold room). Gym and pool excellent. Staff were helpful.
