The stay was fine for what we needed. The most random thing was that the staff came in and refolded our towels, but didn't touch anything else. Not empty the trash can, remake the bed, nothing.

I would advise the hotel to spend money on easy upgrades to give the guest a better experience in the short term. The carpets are stained and the sheets were stained and well used. The upholstery on the one chair in the room was covered in so many stains it looked wet. The bathroom towels were haphazardly thrown on the shelf and not folded neatly. They were so old and used and frankly should be used as rags. The toilet had hair all over it and we were skeptical of it's cleanliness also. The heater/ac unit was incredibly loud and sounded like an engine starting every time it turned on. Neither my husband nor I were able to get much sleep. We will definitely remember this hotel so we do not reserve it again.

I have been using this place for almost 4 months now and, by and large, have been a decent place. Most of the staff are courteous and helpful. A few though; not so much. I instructed the lady at the front desk to give me 30 mins beyond the checkout time to checkout; at 11:30 am. By about 10:45 am, I started hearing activities outside my door, like someone preparing to get in. About 5 mins later, there was a bang at the door, When I opened the door, this fella goes, "Are you not checking out?" I told him what I told the lady at the lobby... I find this very distasteful, and if not that I have booked this place for the following week, I would not be showing up here again. After my current bookings, I'm not sure I want to use this hotel again. Such bad customer service in this case.
